FTA — Melugin noted that the Border Patrol agent in the video is “likely just doing what he’s been told . . .” Cops who stand down as rioters loot and burn with impunity and local police who assist feds in gestapo-like raids also do what they are told. So did Nazi prison guards.

The "LAW" says there are "Ports of Entry"...any other entry is "against the Law". Biden has a track record/pattern of doing the exact OPPOSITE of what the Law says, then making the claim it is simply a matter of "Prosecutorial Discretion"

There are several possible reasons for this act..One: .the border patrol was ordered to do it by their superiors or Two: Large numbers of border patrol agents are of Mexican/Latin descent, maybe their sympathies don't lie with Estados Unidos. You decide.

If they were ordered to do it, and didn't refuse such an illegal order, then they need to hang. That way, the next time some are given an illegal order, they can refuse and resign, rather than hang.

They are hard to find because the government keeps the force chronically under-staffed on purpose. We all know if BP had the support, financial incentives and elite treatment by DC they deserve, there would be a waiting list. I know retired patrol. We have never ever had a serious southern border. We have never had a serious serious wall that screamed we are a nation of law and order. Until we have that, even with Biden gone, we are not dealing with one of the issues we must to get beginning control of that border.

Texas, take the gloves off and charge the border agent with destruction of private property. If he was following orders, find out who gave the order and arrest that person. They will think twice before doing this again. If you ignore this, it will happen again.

Few places along our 2,000-mile southern border with Mexico more perfectly illustrate America's utterly dysfunctional immigration policy than a remote, private pecan farm in Eagle Pass, Texas. Under a simple white tent on the farm, U.S. Border Patrol agents are processing illegal migrants and then transporting them by bus to a nearby brick-and-mortar facility.

Prosecutorial overreach is not uncommon in high-profile cases. The prosecutors pile on the charges to frighten defendants with the prospect of long prison terms so they plead out. The state also hopes to throw enough charges against the wall to see what sticks. But the danger of overreach is that a judge may want to smack a prosecutor down for bringing unnecessary charges. Such is the case in the January 6 prosecutions. One of the rioters, Edward Lang, is facing 11 charges and pleaded not guilty to all of them. But a district court judge threw out the charges relating to “obstruction of an official proceeding” concerning Lang
