California Bill Would Classify Not Affirming
Child’s Transgenderism As ‘Child Abuse’

Original Article

Posted By: Beardo, 6/9/2023 8:50:57 PM

A recently amended California bill would classify not affirming a child’s gender identity by one or both parents as “child abuse.” AB 957 was introduced into the California legislature by Assemblymember Lori Wilson (D-Suisun City) and state Senator Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco). The bill rewrites much of the state’s family law and classifies “a parent’s affirmation of the child’s gender identity as part of the health, safety, and welfare of the child.” The bill amends Section 3011 of the Family Code, which deals with child custody disputes, and requires that a court determining the “best interests” of the child must consider affirmation of transgender identity.

Looks like the appeal of murdering babies in the womb has somewhat lost its titillation. Now democrats have turned to actually torturing small children and young teens with hormone blockers and then harmful lifelong hormone therapy and finally, barbaric genital mutilation to affirm their personal sexual sanctimony. Evil does not begin to describe their behavior. It is a crime against the most vulnerable among us and is being pushed by medical professionals, pharmaceutical companies, the government and woke parents. Tell me, how is this not on par with what Joseph Mengele was doing during the Hitler years?

I realize that California has a certain percentage of conservatives within its' population but it seems that every bit of extreme disgusting lunacy comes from there. Once the wall on the Mexican border is completed, we need to continue from San Diego and build it all the way up to Canada. We would be better off without Washington and Oregon as well. China built over 5,000 miles of wall from mud and stones over four millennia ago and most of it is still standing, surely we can accomplish it faster with modern technology. Once they kill themselves off, we will have hundreds of miles of nice beachfront property at reasonable prices.

Attorney Lin Wood, known for filing challenges seeking to overturn former President Donald Trump's 2020 election loss, is giving up his law license instead of facing possible disbarment. More specifically, the challenges stem from claims that the bans go beyond what these denominations view as reasonable restrictions.
