As we’ve reported, classified documents keep popping up in President Joe Biden’s think tank, his garage, and now the “personal library” at his residence… and suddenly the president is in potentially big trouble, both legally and politically. If the most partisan and hyper-political attorney general ever is forced to investigate his own boss, you know things are serious. But notice the timing of the revelations. Often described as one of the greatest guitarists of all time, Beck – whose fingers and thumbs were famously insured for £7m – was known as a keen innovator. He pioneered jazz-rock, experimented with fuzz and distortion effects and paved the way for heavier subgenres such as psych rock and heavy metal over the course of his career.

Elon Musk is transforming Twitter from a government censorship bureau into a powerhouse of investigative journalism. The Biden Junta doesn’t like it. Musk’s tweet of “My pronouns are Prosecute/Fauci” drew a furious reaction from White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, who said criticizing Dr. Fauci was “dangerous,” “disgusting” and “divorced from reality.” Musk didn’t think so, and started digging deeper. On December 28, Musk tweeted, “Almost no one seems to realize that the head of bioethics at NIH – the person who is supposed to make sure that Fauci behaves ethically – is his wife.” That would be National Institutes of Health bioethics boss Christine Grady.

Former President Donald Trump called for an investigation into the FBI and “powerful corporations” for “systematically colluding” to advance a “censorship regime” in a video posted to Rumble Wednesday. “The now-famous Twitter Files have proven beyond all doubt that the corrupt officials at the FBI have been coordinating a massive censorship, surveillance and propaganda campaign against the American people and, frankly, against me,” Trump said in the video posted on Rumble. “In the most recent and notorious example, the FBI worked to stop the truth from being told about the Biden family’s criminality.”

Here’s something that will leave a bad taste in peoples’ mouths. Gov. Hochul quietly snuck a proposal to outlaw new gas stoves into the “New York Housing Compact” she unveiled during her State of the State speech Tuesday — urging people to ditch their kitchens’ gas grills and go electric. The ban would affect old-timers and millennials who are obsessed with cast-iron pans that are tricky to use on electric stoves.   CORRECTION*

Following yet another failure of government control of transportation -- the FAA system debacle -- Pete Buttigieg has been soundly thrashed again for his incompetence. The FAA failure is only one of many fiascos over the past year laid at the feet of the erstwhile secretary of Transportation. Recall when he and his “husband” were on paternity leave for nearly two months while the maritime shipping supply chain crisis was going on last fall. Next, he was AWOL during the railroad strike negotiations and really played no role in brokering a deal. As a matter of fact, he was on vacation in Portugal at the time.

Former President Donald Trump slammed President Joe Biden following the revelation that he was stashing classified documents at the University of Pennsylvania, which is reported to have accepted millions of dollars in mysterious donations from China. Trump speculated that China could have had access to the classified information because the Penn Biden Center reportedly received $54 million in anonymous Chinese donations between 2014 and 2019. “Biden’s documents are HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL, many pertain to UKRAINE, where Hunter was ‘raking in the dough,’ and FUNDED BY CHINA, which gave $55 Million to Biden, through Penn, and probably had easy access,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

After a chaotic start, Republicans finally earned one of their first wins of the 118th Congress on Wednesday as they used their new majority to approve two measures aimed at protecting unborn lives and pro-life facilities.  The first measure passed condemns attacks on anti-abortion abortion facilities, including crisis pregnancy centers that do not offer abortions but do offer other services to expecting mothers. A second separate bill that passed the House Wednesday imposes new penalties on doctors if they refuse to administer care to infants born alive following abortion attempts.

Democratic politicians are portraying the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care professionals to provide necessary care to infants born alive after failed abortions, as an attack on women’s rights. Democratic Massachusetts Rep. Katherine Clark and Democratic California Reps. Judy Chu and Norma Torres characterized the legislation as an assault on women’s freedom and bodily autonomy. Certain tweets also appeared to refer to a resolution in the House of Representatives condemning violent attacks on pro-life groups. “Abortion care is health care. @HouseGOP is putting legislation on the floor today that is part of its assault on women’s reproductive freedom,” Torres wrote Wednesday.

The answer is no. And so while there are many in my party who don’t want to admit that,

Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders (R-AK) signed an executive order on her first day in office, requiring state entities to replace the leftist phrase “Latinx” on official documents with the traditional terms “Latino” or “Hispanic.” “State offices, departments, and agencies” must review their official documents for singular and plural uses of “Latinx” and “submit a written report to the Governor detailing the findings of their review,” the order reads. All state entities have 60 days to swap out the genderless terms with “Hispanic,” the gendered “Latino,” or “Latina,” or their plural variations. As the Spanish language is structurally intertwined with gender,
