Note that 4 people were injured in a shooting on the light rail line. They spend billions of public transportation then let gang bangers and other hoodlums have free reign.

Violence intervention is not prevention. Somebody shows up with a clipboard to take notes along with a mop and bucket to clean up the blood and they get paid with money that used to be in the police budget.

"Violence intervention groups"? Sounds like total BS to me. I have a violence intervention power tool that I keep on my right hip every day....it is .45 caliber, made by Colt. Old design, works great.

The news that the federal government is seriously considering a ban on the sale of gas stoves caught many normal Americans off guard. It shouldn’t have. Nor should they believe it when a regulator says they won’t actually ever ban the thing. In recent decades, regulators have wormed their way into every corner of our lives – banning some products, ruining others, and pricing others out of reach of working families – all allegedly for our benefit. The only thing that’s surprising is that they hadn’t targeted gas stoves earlier. This week, the Consumer Product Safety Commission Commissioner Richard Trumka Jr. said that gas appliances
