Heisman Trophy winner and former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow got some amazing news during a recent live broadcast on ESPN.
Tebow, who is also well known for his Christian faith, has had some ups and downs over the past decade but his dedication to God has always remained his top priority.
While commentating a recent broadcast, colleague Joe Tessitore listed off 18 players as well as four coaches who were just inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.

Tessitore ran through the names one by one but he purposely missed one.

With staff picks like Kamala Harris and Karine Jean-Pierre, you have to hand it to the mush-mouthed and increasingly senescent President Joe Biden for knowing exactly whom to hire to make himself look like the smartest person in the room.
Just ask him; he’ll tell you how smart he is. Actually, on a good day, you don’t even have to ask him. He does tend to go on (and on) about his mostly imaginary accomplishments and prowess.
PJ Media’s own Ben Bartee already had fun with KJP’s latest (and most revealing) bout of chronic verbal diarrhea. On Thursday, the White House Spokesmodel got tripped up when

Joe Biden's best two months since becoming president ended on the evening of January 9, when White House lawyers revealed that classified materials from Biden's years as vice president had been stored in his Washington, D.C., office between 2017 and 2019. A few days later, the White House confirmed that additional secret papers had been found inside Biden’s garage in Wilmington, Delaware. On January 12, attorney general Merrick Garland appointed a special counsel to investigate whether Biden broke the law and revealed that another document had been recovered. And the scandal grew.
Biden lapsed into legalese. The West Wing built a stonewall in the press room.

The Department of Homeland Security said on Friday that non-citizen workers will now be able to report labor violations without having their immigration status held against them.
DHS will use the deferred action authority it has that gives non-citizens the ability to work in the United States. Deferred actions protects those workers from retaliation by exploitive employers.
"Unscrupulous employers who prey on the vulnerability of non-citizen workers harm all workers and disadvantage businesses who play by the rules," Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro N. Mayorkas said in a statement. "We will hold these predatory actors accountable by encouraging all workers to assert their rights,

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) surprisingly found himself on the defensive Friday while appearing on CNN as host Don Lemon called him out for claiming that President Biden has been “transparent” concerning the mishandling of classified documents.(Video) Schumer appeared on “CNN This Morning,” a place he probably considers friendly territory.
He told the panelists on the show that it was “too early to tell” whether Biden had violated federal law but insisted he had handled the situation “correctly.”
Schumer made it clear that he supported the decision by Attorney General Merrick Garland to appoint a special counsel to investigate the matter. He asserted that Garland’s comments on classified documents

Mark your calendars, buy your popcorn, and find your favorite State of the Union bingo board, "folks," because President Joe Biden has accepted an invitation from new House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) to address the legislative branch for a State of the Union address next month.
"The new year brings a new Congress, and with it, a responsibility to work towards an economy that is strong, a nation that is safe, a future that is built on freedom, and a government that is accountable," Speaker McCarthy stated in his invitation to Biden.
"The American people sent us to Washington to deliver a new direction for the country, to find common ground,

Three Salvadoran sisters have been rescued from an islet on the Rio Grande after they were reportedly abandoned by migrant smugglers, according to Mexico’s immigration agency.
The children, aged one, six and nine, were found after Mexico’s National Guard issued an alert Wednesday.
A task force with the National Institute of Immigration responded to the call and were able to safely remove the girls from the islet, known as Isla del Mudo.
Video footage shows the oldest girl carrying her baby sister before handing her over to one of the agents as she and her other sister clamber on to the boat.

Friday's White House press briefing brought more of the same non-answer responses from Biden's Press Secretary — Karine Jean-Pierre — who's turned into something of a broken record when it comes to her repetitive insistence that the president takes classified documents "very seriously." (He doesn't.)
President Biden's spokeswoman repeatedly refused to answer questions from White House reporters, often making a similar excuse for why she couldn't say, for example, whether Biden would sit for an interview with investigators: The White House Counsel's Office has already issued statements and she simply can't say anything further.

Former and current Biden administration officials have reportedly blamed the National Archives for mishandling President Joe Biden’s classified documents stashed in three separate locations.
According to a Friday CNN report that cited “former and current administration officials and others familiar with the process,” the National Archives refused to treat then-Vice President Biden’s records with the “same high regard” as it did former President Obama’s records.
“While the National Archives sends staff members to the White House to gather files and papers of the President, they do not treat all vice presidential papers with the same high regard, officials said,” CNN reported.

I believe most people hope 2023 is a better year than 2022. But I am not counting on it.
In just the past two years, our national government has spent roughly $13 trillion and authorized spending trillions more. Politicians use words and phrases like "investments," "long-term savings," "reducing inflation," "protecting Ukraine's sovereignty," etc. to justify this. Clearly, they are either lying or living in a fantasy world. Most of the money is being used to pay off campaign contributors and special interest groups, such as the climate change lobby, or to make politicians look good.
Inflation spiked to nine percent in June 2022, so the Federal Open Market Committee began raising interest rates to fight it.

Two years ago, after being fired by a nationwide wound care company for failing to generate sufficient revenue, I left clinical practice greatly disillusioned and carrying a two-year non-compete clause. Not until three weeks ago, did I again treat a patient, establishing my new clinical practice at a fitness center.
As I was finishing a workout, a man of about 40 sat down at the rowing machine next to me. Not particularly interested in good form, John (not his real name) appeared intent on beating the machine. The machine resisted. As I walked away, I heard a loud thud and saw John, collapsed next to the rower, after suffering an apparent cardiac arrest.
