Should any powerful elected official in America use his influence to have an opposition newspaper canceled? Is it allowable for a president or governor to have such a paper literally taken out of print? Well, it happened. In Illinois. At least temporarily. (Snip) So, rather than try to defend his miserable record of failure as governor, Pritzker recently intervened directly to have privately-funded newspapers canceled and opposition TV ads removed from the airwaves in Illinois. Conservative media...please pay attention to Illinois! It is wrong to write off MAGA/America First voters here. The big city leftists are just as entrenched in New York and NYC is all over the place. Pritzker is a nightmare. New laws, rules, regulations, fine, fee's, and taxes constantly. As this article states, he's a genuine dictator. That jerk owns Hyatt Hotels and when the illegals were shipped to the suburbs, he sent them to a Republican county and housed them in the Hampton Inn. AND....while upset with the action, the "nasty, hateful MAGA terrorists" didn't kick them out or send them elsewhere. (They are working to correct the situation in the future) In January a bunch of new laws will kick in. Abortions until birth and another which does NOT allow the police to remove trespassers on your property. From unwanted people at your door, to squatters, vagrants, bad roommates police are forbidden to intervene. When people under house arrest go on the run police cannot go after them until 48 hours have passed. It is insane. This election give Republican's a decent chance. What I mentioned above plus the crime, that was once confined to the city mainly, is now everywhere. If your town has access to any Tollway or Expressway watch out. Towns 50 miles west of Chicago are having carjackings and the cars are always found on the Southside. Last year a woman in the Wendy's Drivethru out in farm country was shot and paralyzed. Everyone except the crazy (or those intimidated by gang leaders who now know who votes and from whom) people of Chicago want a change. If we were given more of a voice on a few of the national programs it might help. Illinois is a RED state except for Cook County and a few pockets of smaller "urban" areas. If they think New York can change, give us a chance too.

Pritzker could suffocate in his multiple chins and corpulence. We sympathize with #1. The thing to remember is, the commies learned early on how to exploit the large populations of cities, which the set about "radicalizing" as the first step in taking majorities, especially when you have large expanses of rural or sparsely populated populations. And then there are the suburbs, whose inhabitants are extensions of the cities, still think that way, can't think, in reality. So this is a big problem for the future of our Republic, and for beautiful and important States like Illinois which have been subsumed by the voracious Left.

Elections have consequences, and Illinois proves that big time. You get what you vote for, especially if you are too lazy to do any kind of research into the candidates records.

Throw this fat slob out of office. He never, ever abides by the law. He is above it. Stay in your home, masking, etc. not for this pig. Of course, one can understand that perhaps the masks did not fit his mug! Just get rid of this creep!

Biogen has agreed to pay $900 million to settle allegations that it paid kickbacks to persuade doctors to prescribe its multiple sclerosis drugs. The settlement comes after former Biogen employee turned whistleblower Michael Bawduniak sued the drugmaker in 2012 on behalf of the United States government under the False Claims Act. (Snip) Bawduniak's suit claims that Biogen paid physicians kickbacks from January 2009 to March 2014 in the form of speaking fees, consulting fees and meals to prescribe its multiple sclerosis drugs Avonex, Tysabri and Tecfidera, resulting in false claims to Medicare and Medicaid.

However, it followed several days’ worth of outrage online by disgusted viewers, many of whom tagged Netflix in their attacks.

John Fetterman is ahead of GOP nominee Mehmet Oz in the race for Senate, with Democratic state Attorney General Josh Shapiro leading Republican state Sen. Doug Mastriano by double digits in the gubernatorial showdown. Fetterman tops Oz, the cardiac surgeon and celebrity doctor, 51%-44% among those likely to vote in the general election, according to a Marist College Poll in Pennsylvania conducted Sept. 19-22 and released on Tuesday. Among a wider pool of all registered voters, the survey indicates Fetterman with a 10-point 51%-41% lead

Railroads and labor unions worked through the weekend to make a deal. There were little signs of progress, and rail companies are now taking steps Monday to secure shipments of hazardous and security-sensitive materials "in light of the possibility of a rail labor strike," the Association of American Railroads (AAR) wrote in a statement. On Sunday, Norfolk Southern released a statement detailing it had "begun enacting its contingency plans for a controlled shut down of our network at 00:01 on Friday, Sept. 16." The railroad said two labor unions are holding out on new contracts, "we still do not have a commitment not to strike and must act accordingly,"
