If Democrats could pull off an upset in Utah, it would have profound consequences for the control of the Senate — and the rest of the country. Republican senators are growing concerned by colleague Mitt Romney’s refusal to help fellow Utah Republican Mike Lee decisively win his re-election campaign — a posture that could potentially keep their party from gaining a majority in the November elections. Unlike every other Republican senator, the 2012 failed Republican presidential candidate is declining to express a preference in Republican Lee’s re-election effort against Democrat-endorsed Evan McMullin.

Mittens needs to remember that paybacks are hell and he can expect the same treatment when he's seeking reelection two years from now. There's a lot of Republicans who'd love to relegate his political career to the history books.

Romney is a nasty, envious, vindictive guy. He’ll never forgive Trump for winning the presidency and will never get over his own election loss. He was a weak candidate; that’s why little Mitt lost. He is of no help, nor use, to the Republican Party - or America. Message to Mitt? Get lost!

The swamp knows that Trump will not be caught flat footed again if he runs in 2024 and the immediate results show more of the same 2020. Romney and McConnell are defenders of the front and back gate on behalf of China, the Ukraine, Wall Street, the Globalists and those who have a seat at the table for the great reset. Lee is a statesman but it appears Mormon innerworkings trump Senate rules of Seniority, at least in Utah.

I'm totally convinced Romney is thinking about the one fine day when Biden is impeached and the Senate has to find a new VP, and he is counting votes toward being that VP, the Consensus Choice in a divided Senate. If he can't win an election he will force himself on us.

I don’t believe it’s this simple, but the actions of Romney, McConnell and others, reminiscent of their archetype McCain, seem to come from reflexive spite. And that spite it towards their own constituents who actually yearn for restraint in spending, taxation and regulation. There may well be crooked dealing going on - graft, money laundering, bribes, etc, but the one thing genuine about them is their contempt for the grassroots of their party and their voters.

What's the mystery? Romney is a RINO, aka Democrat. He's not a conservative and doesn't care about conservative issues and will -always- stick the knife in at every opportunity to prevent conservatives from advancing. I expect the other party to do everything they can to stop us. It's their job. Romney is a member of the other party even if there's a fake R next to his name.

Who will run as a Republican in 2024 to unseat Mittens in the GOP primary? I hope he gets beat as badly as Lizzard Cheney did in Wyoming. And I think I would have been better off voting for Obama/Biden than I did for Romney/Ryan in 2012. At least I knew that Obama and Biden were going to screw me as opposed to being slapped on the back by Romney and Ryan and then finding that they left a knife there. Sounds like Egg McMuffin or whatever his name is, is nothing more than a never-Trumper who moves as the wind blows, just as long as he remains never-Trump. Some days, I wish Trump would come out in favor of breathing, because these media, RATS, RINOs, and never-Trumpers would have to come out in favor of holding your breath.

Romney has always belonged to the Romney Party; he will run under the banner of whatever party will tolerate his presence, just like Obama, the "community organizer" (a/k/a "communist") who has no allegiance to the democrat party, but used it to advance his self-interest. He was a nobody from nowhere with nothing who has somehow managed to acquire a $9,000,000.00 home in Washington, DC, a $12,000,000.00 home in Martha's Vineyard and an estate in Hawaii that bought in 2019 for $8,000,000.00 and on which they are constructing three lavish residences at God-knows-how-much expense. Nice work if you can get it. The interests of the American people do not even register on these weasels' radar.
