Pennsylvania showdowns: Fetterman topping
Oz, Shapiro leading Mastriano, in new poll

With six weeks to go until November’s elections, a new public opinion poll in the crucial battleground state of Pennsylvania indicates that Democratic Lt. Gov. John Fetterman is ahead of GOP nominee Mehmet Oz in the race for Senate, with Democratic state Attorney General Josh Shapiro leading Republican state Sen. Doug Mastriano by double digits in the gubernatorial showdown. Fetterman tops Oz, the cardiac surgeon and celebrity doctor, 51%-44% among those likely to vote in the general election, according to a Marist College Poll in Pennsylvania conducted Sept. 19-22 and released on Tuesday. Among a wider pool of all registered voters, the survey indicates Fetterman with a 10-point 51%-41% lead

Comments:

Losing to Fetterman is inexcusable.

It’s disgraceful enough that Fetterman is the Lieutenant Governor of PA but do the dolts living in that state need to inflict him on the country? Fetterman in the lead explains why Biden choose Philly for his extraordinarily vicious attack on half of America. Sad times.

Don't fall for this old polling trick that the libs pull off every election cycle. They are trying to discourage Republicans from voting (and given some of the reponses here, it seems to be working, at least a little). They intentionally skew the polling sample to get the result they want. Pay no attention to any poll associated with a news organization or a college. The only poll you can trust is Trafalgar.

I live in Indiana not PA. What I have noticed though, is that so many of my neighbors on my road have signs up supporting candidates -- and they are all Republican signs. There are not many houses on this road and it's the first time I've seen my neighbors put up signs. I think Republicans really are enthusiastic to vote. We put up one ourselves for the Republican candidate for Sherriff but we will vote for the other Republicans too. In my district, the Republican for Congress always wins -- but there are signs up for her too.

If Pennsylvania is going to elect Sloth from the movie, Goonies, as their next governor then Pennsylvania has hit rock bottom and should secede from the union without objection. The tattooed splutterer with the goiter is a joke as a candidate for public office. I would never be cruel about his condition if he were simply a private citizen, but for the democrats to put him forth as a candidate for a high public office is beyond inexcusable and makes their presumption a fair target.

FOX is reporting a Marist poll. Marist ALWAYS over samples democrats. The poll is also of registered voters, not likely voters. Trafalgar reported this week that even their polls may be off because Republicans, after being tagged as fascists, refuse to answer polls. Soooooo..... no one knows whats really going on.
