The Republican Party needs to ramp up its election outreach or lose voter support, at least according to a very succinct survey. Indeed, the proverbial Grand Old Party may not be so grand right now. The GOP’s popular appeal is not resonating with voters as the clock relentlessly ticks toward Election Day.(Snip)“Considering the failure of Afghanistan, inflation, student loans, the recession we are in, the attempted vaccine mandates, the border, and President Biden’s dark and dangerous speech recently, the Biden administration has been a complete disaster, and his record low approval numbers show that. Logically, one would think that national Republicans would be riding high, able to take advantage

Comments:

The Republicans could run on how they fought President Trump tooth and nail on closing the border, on ending birthright citizenship, on stopping colossally wasteful government spending, and on reducing the scope and scale of government, for starters. That's no different from what the Democrats do, but admitting such would at least be honest. As is, the Biden junta is steamrolling the USA with no resistance whatsoever from the GOP, give or take the occasional zesty tweet from Ted Cruz. What will they do? Nothing at all, according to their track record going back many decades.

These prancing pashas of the Senate seem unwilling or unable to actually get out and ask for people's votes. They have done nothing except hide under their various rocks and deserve whatever they get; however, we, as constituents, deserve better! I was particularly irked by Mitch McConnell's complaints about the "quality" of the candidates running on the GOP tickets across the country.

Maybe if they grew spines and spent as much energy fighting the communists as they did fighting Trump. And it wouldn't hurt if they'd quit electing slimy mud creatures like McConnell as leaders. And start kicking out the likes of Romney and Graham. I'll probably vote for republicans in November, but they really haven't given me a reason to. So far I havent seen a lot of difference between them and the communists. Ignore what they say. Look at what they do (or dont do).

The Democrat/Republican dualism construct is becoming unhelpful. The people should stop thinking in terms of D's and R's, and start thinking in terms of G's and P's. G's being those politicians who run for office to advance the interests of the clan of government. And P's being those who serve to protect and advance the interests of the people. The T's would, of course, be the flat out thieves.

Too many republicans are wimps. They act like country club types that place civility above all else. We need more kick ass people running for office just like Trump. We need people that are honest and actually care about the people of this country. Politicians are cunning, demented, seek to become rich, and focused on reelection above all else. I think trump set the standard for people with a business background and his example should be followed by any more. The political elites sneer at the entrepreneurial class as a lower class simply because they compete in the business world, not some saintly gifted class where lies, so called nuance, and happy talk rule the day. Politicians know that in their world it is the art of the spoken word, nuance, and political gamesmanship that decides success. They could not be winners in the real world of competitive capitalism (ex: Obama). The political class is no different than the Hollywood class. They both act out roles and pretend to be something they're not. The better than can lie and obfuscate the more successful they become. Enough of this licentiousness.

You know the more radical democrats become the more feckless and cowardly Republicans are shown to be. How can any reasonable person stand by and do nothing while these evil democrats destroy our beloved country? As Edmund Burke so wisely said, “The only thing necessary for evil to triumph is that good men do nothing.” Republicans are killing it then. They act like they don’t have a clue as to how to confront or challenge these horrific democrat policies. If that be the case, they are unfit to serve as our representatives. Get into the fight or we lose this country. How can they stand idly by and watch it be destroyed?

I believe Republicans will win big time simply because the vast majority of voters are experiencing what the country will become if demosluts are elected again. The people running the Republican party will try and remain a minority party, but the complete ineptness of the demosluts, the purely anti-American bills and rhetoric being put out by the demosluts along with the utter blatant lying on the part of every demoslut will ensure Republicans will win.

I would never say that Republicans are a wonderful alternative to the Democrats. They are the lesser of two evils. But Trump’s endorsements during the primaries have been golden. They’ve seen what happens to them if they cross us. We need to keep that momentum going.

The fight in on to snare the "independent/undecided" voter! What do the GOP/RINOs offer? We KNOW what we got with the demonrat/socialist/Marxists.... Higher prices for EVERYTHING, and a near police state misuse of government authority. The biggest threat is the loss of free speech from Big Tech and the media to PREVENT anything except the "approved" message from Big Brother getting out to the citizens. This is just one reason why Lucianne should be your homepage in your browser! Time and time again, we have seen those who have valid questions about how things are going be de-platformed, stunted, unable to reach all of their followers, being put in "fail" for satire, and banned from an audience for things which were posted years ago! BOTH parties need new blood who is not primarily focused on GETTING RICH. To quote Jack Nicholson's Joker character in the 1989 Batman movie "What this town needs is an enema"!

The only other choice is not to vote at all and I'm not going to do that. I just detest the way republicans stabbed President Trump in the back because they were all in the 'good ole boy's club' at the time. Republicans had it all and blew it starting with Paul Ryan the jerk. I owe republicans nothing and they deserve nothing until they do their best job helping the next President, but I doubt it.

I haven't given a penny to any Republican organization since January 2020, and don't intend to. My state had a primary a month ago, and some smug Republican called me and identifying himself, said, "can we count on your vote in next week's primary???" When I replied "No," there was a stunned silence, followed by an "Oh." I hung up before he had a chance to say anything more. What's the point? Republicans squandered the two years they controlled the House, Senate and Presidency. The ONLY thing they accomplished was getting three "conservatives" on the Supreme Court.
