Just how bad is the Biden administration and Democrat Congress's grossly misnamed "Inflation Reduction Act" of 2022? The Wall Street Journal has a shocking lead editorial titled "The IRS is About to Go Beast Mode" about the particulars of its $80 billion expansion of the IRS, which is six times the size of the tax agency's current $12.6 billion budget: The $80 billion is more than six times the current annual IRS budget of $12.6 billion. The money will be ladled out over nine years and comes with few strings attached. The main Democratic command is for the tax agency to bring the hammer down on taxpayers.

That many new agents - you know they aren't going for the top of the pile where the big money hides, they go after the little people and their retirement savings. Pelosi level of in-your-face money-grubbing gets a pass.

I’m guessing the IRS is about to shutdown all the conservative PACs and political organizations just like Lois Lerner did for Obama. They will freeze assets so the money can’t be used during 2022 and 2024 campaigns.

Perhaps they will crackdown on all those people getting free healthcare. The federal government is over 30 trillion in debt. They are going to look for ways to recoup that. This is just another way citizens lose their rights and freedoms.

I'm sure the next Executive Order Biden signs will be the requirement that every business in America employ at least one IRS agent to permanently oversee the businesses day to day (political) operations. Very similar to the Soviet Union embedding KGB agents in to every aspect of Soviet life. Sound familiar?

The IRS could start by collecting the back taxes owed by it's own employes. I have read 50% of IRS employees are in default on their taxes. They could also collect from moochers like Al Sharpton who owes millions. Surely there are many others who are in default. We should demand collection of those debts before they go after the average Joe citizen to fill the coffers. No one has any money left after groceries, gas and necessities under Biden!

#5, I am told that IRS Enforcement Agents are armed. This addition of so many IRS employees is interesting. Will they go after charitable donations? If a taxpayer donates used clothing to the IRS and makes a charitable deduction for that, the IRS, up until now, only requires a receipt from the charity. Dementia Jo and Adulterous Jill have a record almost bereft of charitable contributions. Will the IRS crack down on this area, demanding proof of purchase of the used clothing contributed? Will the IRS challenge the taxpayer-assigned value of the contributions, up until now, unchallenged? Will the IRS go after family foundations, which might be used to evade taxes? Will the IRS go after the Clinton Foundation to see if Chelsea's 10 million dollar wedding was paid for with foundation funds? (I know - silly of me to mention the Clinton Foundation.) The final area has to do with earned income credit and child tax credit. If you watch Judge Judy, you will learn of schemes for women to trade child tax credits with gentlemen friends. Judge Judy just shakes her head, and you will, too. Finally, early on in Barack's presidency, he proposed making a tax reporting requirement for the sale of precious metals, in an amount 600 dollars or more. Will the IRS do that? Barack let the proposal fade away.

Not one Republican has ever made a serious move to disband this organization, whose purpose is to produce pure drag on the economy, harming our competitiveness as a nation and wasting an incredible amount of time and money (accountants, tax attorneys, making decisions based on tax implications instead of rational business or personal reasons).

Gov. Abbott’s idea to bus illegal migrants

Back in April, Texas's Republican governor, Greg Abbott, pledged to bus migrants who had entered Texas illegally to Washington, D.C. on a voluntary basis. It was laughed at in the press and among Democrats as a "publicity stunt" at the time. But the governor was dead serious, and kept that promise. Leadership is contagious, and Abbott was soon joined by Arizona's Gov. Douglas Ducey. For months, the states of Texas and Arizona have been sending charter buses of illegal border crossers being let in by Joe Biden's open borders policy to Washington, D.C.'s Union Station, near the Capitol building and now to New York City, led by Mayor Eric Adams,

Everyone senses that the American economy under Joe Biden is in a rut. Inflation is at a 40-year high. Energy prices are skyrocketing. The prices of all goods and services going up. Meanwhile, the administration does little to alleviate these regular everyday problems. This is by design. Since the Industrial Revolution there have been two approaches to economics. One, sometimes called laissez-faire, is really a decentralized form of economic organization and productivity in which individuals, civil society, and private organizations have broad freedom to act as they see fit.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is rapidly building a reputation for herself as the high priestess of ill-preparedness. “I would have to get back to you on that” is her typical reply to even the most elementary of questions. She also isn't exactly an adept wordsmith. If she continues down this path, perhaps someday she may surpass Kamala Harris. Just yesterday, Joe Biden signed an executive order that ensures access to abortion for women following the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade (1973). Biden said the order helps women travel out of state to receive abortions, ensuring that health care providers comply with federal law

From the time Donald and Melania Trump descended the escalator to announce his candidacy for President of the United States, there has been little other than a torrent of hate directed at him, his family, and all who support him. We have endured the past several years being required to account for how we could support such a man. For me, it was simple. My support for Donald Trump in 2016 and 2020 (clearly explained to family and friends) came down to the three pillars of American exceptionalism

Sen. Joe Manchin (D. WV) continues to deserve credit, along with Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D. AZ), for holding firm on the filibuster. Without them, the Democrat wish list, including packing the Supreme Court, would have been met a year ago. However, after blocking the economically destructive “Build Back Better” bill, Manchin suddenly collapsed and agreed to a $739 billion bill that includes climate change garbage and increased corporate taxes. This deal is so bad that Sen. Lindsey Graham (R. SC), who’s reverted to his old, pre-Kavanaugh ways of putting collegiality ahead of America, strongly castigated Manchin.

For the past few days, I’ve been trying to explain to a millennial the concept of that “Great America” that is encompassed in Trump’s MAGA slogan (“Make America Great Again”). Marinated in modern academia, which hates America, he simply doesn’t get it. Perhaps that’s why I was stunned by the perspicacity in Michael Anton’s latest, which looks at the ruling class’s vision of America, a vision that, in its own way, is even more antithetical to the MAGA viewpoint than this young man’s generalized disdain.

The first Biden administration press secretary, Jen Psaki, was snarky and dishonest but she wasn’t stupid. The same cannot be said about Karine Jean-Pierre. Jean-Pierre, who defines herself by her race, gender, and sexuality, rather than by her abilities (which is really sad when you think about it), is staggeringly bad at her job, daily exposing the vast chasm behind her eyes and between her ears. The latest example is her response when asked about why it’s fine for the administration to fly illegal aliens across America but not fine for Texas to send them to Biden’s and Jean-Pierre’s hometown of Washington D.C.
