Gov. Ron Desantis recently made the boss move of suspending a State Attorney who signed a pledge to not enforce Florida’s abortion and childhood transgender transition laws. Now, Andrew Warren is pledging to defy DeSantis, saying he will continue to do his job.
That happened on CBS News, with Warren accusing his state’s abortion law of being “unconstitutional” while slamming DeSantis. On Thursday, I did a write-up on Warren’s initial reaction, predicting that he’d be on CNN soon. Well, I guess I was off a little bit, but the point remains the same. These liberal outlets love to try to paint DeSantis as some kind of fascist

Is AG Warren going for martyr status so that he can use that to run for office?

The local leftist Tampa news stations are supporting Warren who was actually crying. DeSantis took him by surprise! OMG - the horror of that. This guy is the model of what Soros wanted in a DA and toed the Soros line, in return for the Soros $$$. (Amazing how they criticize LIV golf for the source of funds but Soros trying to destroy America from within is acceptable). DeSantis will continue to make mincemeat of this leftist man-boy. Bring it on Ron - rub it in this fool's face.

Go crying to Papa Soros why doncha? You have ZERO grounds to challenge your REAL boss, doofus. Arrogating powers not in the Constitution of Florida, an AG should know better, and what was Soros thinking throwing millions of dollars away like this? At least THIS has gotten the attention of Tucker Carlson and Fox News, unlike the previous Soros "Secretary of State Project" thata resulted in Joe Biden getting 80 million votes in 2020 under highly suspicious circumstances.

Regardless of Florida's Constitution, the U.S. Constitution vests the power and duty to interpret a law's constitutionality in the U.S. Supreme Court. When the Supreme Court upheld Roe v Wade, no state's constitution was allowed to overrule that decision, so the converse is true. I wonder how the AG bases his "unconstitutional" claim, since clearly the Supreme Court of the U.S. has ruled otherwise. Whether the Florida Constitution gives the governor the power to defrock another state elected official, I do not know. With Texas being a weak governor system of state government, Abbott lacks that power. I have to assume DeSantis has that power in Florida.

#4, George Costanza actually did that with two different jobs - the first with the real estate firm, the second with the company that hired him because they thought he was handicapped, but he wasn't. (But with the second job, he had a valid employment contract.)
Then there was the Penske file...

How is this idiot going to "do his job" when he can't even go to his office and has zero authority. Additionally, he would still have his job and not be suspended if he had actually done his job instead of ignoring the laws he disagreed with. What a putz (i'd use another term but would get banned by the word police)

He is squirming because DeSantis has his records. I hope DeSantis has a full forensic examine of every communication and every bit of Soros money this punk took. A full peel back of the Soros corruption would be a glorious gift to freedom in the slip sliding USA.

He's not talking about continuing to do his real job; he means he will continue to do the job Soros appointed him to do. That job has nothing to do with upholding the laws; it's all about obstruction and destruction of the laws. How old is Soros? Good grief!
