Gov. Abbott’s idea to bus illegal migrants
from Texas to NYC and DC is getting their attention

Back in April, Texas's Republican governor, Greg Abbott, pledged to bus migrants who had entered Texas illegally to Washington, D.C. on a voluntary basis. It was laughed at in the press and among Democrats as a "publicity stunt" at the time. But the governor was dead serious, and kept that promise. Leadership is contagious, and Abbott was soon joined by Arizona's Gov. Douglas Ducey. For months, the states of Texas and Arizona have been sending charter buses of illegal border crossers being let in by Joe Biden's open borders policy to Washington, D.C.'s Union Station, near the Capitol building and now to New York City, led by Mayor Eric Adams,

Send a few busloads to Napa Valley, Martha's Vineyard, the Hamptons and Delaware. Let the 'undocumented' migrants that are just trying for a better life for their families, feel the love of blue state citizens. A few bus loads to Bill Gates beautiful Washington State wouldn't hurt, either. I haven't heard how many 'migrants' are being housed and fed by those woke, caring, rich Hollywood folks that keep lecturing us on how we should be more tolerant. Have any of them opened their gates?

Bowser can solve her "problem" by chartering a Red Line Metro train to Takoma Park. This is more political theatre serving the needs of both sides. All-hat TX Gov. Abbott gets campaign video of the libs whining and asserts "victory", although the hordes don't stop jumping the Texas border, and his busing costs twice what first-class air does. Bowser and Adams get their airtime portrayed as humanitarians concerned about the heartless dumping of these vulnerable humans in their cities without proper "preparation" and "resources" to receive them. Maryland, Northern Virginia, and NYC all need the cheap labor. The crime is a collateral "benefit".

I would chip in to send a couple of planeloads of illegals to a little town in Hawaii called Waimanalo. Since the illegal Kenyan POTUS started this immigration madness, it's only fitting that he enjoy the benefits of it as well,

#5, Governor Abbott is the candidate who must defeat Beavis O'Dork. This is beginning to get some attention and people are seeing what the Vegetable's lawlessness means to THEM. time for the libs to see first hand how this affects the border states, and they are being sent to "sanctuary" places who if true to their word, SHOULD welcome them there. Not in MY back yard has a new meaning, although the REAL solution is to follow the law already on the books which the Vegetable REFUSES to do-- this is what the 25th amendment and dereliction of duty to the Presidential Oath is all about. People don't seem to give a crap until THEY have to face it in their own 'backyard' affecting THEIR lives

"Any real estate property is primarily defined by its geographic borders. This principle must also apply to a country." On an individual level, this applies to house guests. As I discovered, if you let a house guest stay with you long enough (and that can be a pretty short time period), the "guest" can claim they are a resident of your property and you have to go through a formal eviction process to get them out of your house. As so many people have discovered, informally allowing your adult children to stay with you or letting the good-natured neighborhood old coot live in your garage apartment can morph into a legal right to stay there. There's been enough news articles about this sort of thing. If you have someone asking temporary shelter from you, get it in WRITING, stressing that the shelter is temporary, setting a definite end date and any restrictions you may want - in other words, a rental agreement, and make them SIGN it. You may find your adult children gets all huffy and stamp their little feet, but stick to it. You may find they can have alternate plans, after all. So who owns the land? Whoever can defend the land, depending on the land's size, from eviction notices (my second bedroom) to outright war (Ukraine). If you can defend it, it's yours; if you can't, it isn't.

I suspect the cost of busing those groups up north is still less than the cost of taking care of them in Texas would be, the benefits that must be extended and for an indefinite time.

In artillery, you fire a few ranging shots to get your targeting correct, and then you "Fire for effect!" by just pouring it on, once you know that you are hitting effectively. Abbott now knows that the buses are being effective.... Time to 'fire for effect', three or more bus loads a day, every day.

Here we have a couple of liberal Democrat Sanctuary City Mayors complaining about border State Republican Governors bussing a couple of hundred illegal aliens (so-called migrants) from the border area into their cities after those illegal aliens were allowed into the USA and were released into the country on their own recognizance, supposedly to await an immigration court hearing sometime years in the future. Beyond those hundreds of illegal aliens being bussed in, you don’t hear those liberal Democrat Mayors say a word about the whereabouts of the over two million illegal aliens released by Biden and his crew into the USA, a lot of who are also sojourning indefinitely in their and other so-called sanctuary cities all over the interior of the USA. Those liberal Democrat Mayors don’t want those illegal aliens to disappear out of their Sanctuary Cities, but are looking for Biden and his crew to send them billions of dollars in federal money supposedly to assist them in providing public welfare benefits and services to illegal aliens who are sojourning in their Sanctuary Cities. After those billions of federal dollars arrive, what percentage of that money will be skimmed off through public corruption is anyone’s guess!

One day after the FBI raided former President Donald Trump's Mar-A-Lago, agents confronted U.S. Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) and seized his cell phone while the congressman was at an airport with his family. Three FBI agents approached Perry, handed over a warrant for his cell phone, and then seized the mobile device — apparently without previously trying to contact his attorney. In a statement, Perry slammed the seizure and the Biden administration's politicization of the Justice Department. "This morning, while traveling with my family, 3 FBI agents visited me and seized my cell phone,"

Merrick Garland should have recused himself from anything pertaining to former President Donald Trump. Period, full stop. Think about it. President Barack Obama nominated Merrick Garland for the United States Supreme Court in 2016. With the presidential election looming that coming November, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell halted the nomination and refused to allow it to even go to the Judiciary Committee, let alone to the floor of the Senate for a confirmation vote. This immediately made Garland a major issue in the 2016 presidential campaign.

For liberal America, it’s time to pop open the champagne bottles. Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation raided Donald Trump’s residence at Mar-a-Lago this evening. Spencer wrote up the “siege” that’s taken place in Florida. FBI agents arrived unannounced and broke into the safe on the property. It was reportedly empty. The former president was not in the state; he’s in Trump Tower now. That’s another location that could be targeted within the coming days since it’s clear that the FBI has gone off the rails to prevent a duly elected president from running for office again.

Everyone senses that the American economy under Joe Biden is in a rut. Inflation is at a 40-year high. Energy prices are skyrocketing. The prices of all goods and services going up. Meanwhile, the administration does little to alleviate these regular everyday problems. This is by design. Since the Industrial Revolution there have been two approaches to economics. One, sometimes called laissez-faire, is really a decentralized form of economic organization and productivity in which individuals, civil society, and private organizations have broad freedom to act as they see fit.

Just how bad is the Biden administration and Democrat Congress's grossly misnamed "Inflation Reduction Act" of 2022? The Wall Street Journal has a shocking lead editorial titled "The IRS is About to Go Beast Mode" about the particulars of its $80 billion expansion of the IRS, which is six times the size of the tax agency's current $12.6 billion budget: The $80 billion is more than six times the current annual IRS budget of $12.6 billion. The money will be ladled out over nine years and comes with few strings attached. The main Democratic command is for the tax agency to bring the hammer down on taxpayers.

On Monday evening, the FBI took the unprecedented step of raiding the home of former President Donald Trump. What were they looking for? Astonishingly, what is being leaked to the media is that they were after documents that possibly violated the Presidential Records Act. Far from their promises of proving some grand conspiracy involving January 6th, it appears the Democrats, using the power of the nation’s federal law enforcement apparatus, are trying to take Donald Trump out with selective enforcement of provisions that are normally handled in a civil, not criminal manner. Where have we seen that before? None of this is a coincidence, and none of it is justified.

The decision by the Justice Department to conduct a full-scale morning raid on former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home does not seem justified, based on what we know as of now. If it is true that the basis of the raid was the former president’s alleged removal of classified material from the White House, that would constitute a double standard of justice. There were no raids, for example, on the homes of Hillary Clinton or former Clinton administration national security adviser Sandy Berger for comparable allegations of mishandling official records in the recent past. Previous violations of the Presidential Records Act typically have been punished by administrative fines, not criminal prosecution.
