The talk of an upcoming ‘red wave’ being produced by this November’s general election began in earnest over a year ago, once it became clear that the presidency of Joe Biden was headed for complete disaster. The Democratic Party’s grip on the White House may be secure for another two-plus years, but their control of Congress is exceptionally tenuous, with razor-thin margins giving them the majority in both houses.
The overtaking of both the House of Representatives and the Senate in three months is undoubtedly there for the Republicans’ taking, and they should be able to put Democrats back in the minority without much difficulty.

One has to understand that the GOP's definition of America and how to save it is unlike any definition or vision you or I have. Their goal and focus is solely on how to gain and maintain power for the Party, and you and I are simply fed table scraps and kept modestly content so as to not upturn the whole system. Carlin was 100% correct! It is a club and we ain't in it.

The comment on weak candidates in Pennsylvania and Georgia is true — and a problem of our own making. Especially in the case of Dr. Oz, I have to wonder what will happen AFTER he’s elected

There is one economic area that is being overlooked and must be added. We progressed from Biden economics to Biden inflation to Biden recession. The next level of pain is fast approaching, the Biden depression. A financial depression is defined as a reduction in GDP of 10% or more over a one year period. We had a 2.5% GDP reduction in the past two months. Everything that the Biden administration has done economically shows they are out of touch with reality and unable, or unwilling, to see the pending disaster. We are headed for a 1930's era disaster depression and the blame is totally on Biden and the Democrat party.

The Republicans that voted for the “chip” deal that is laden with pork may have changed the November red wave into a ripple. Never under estimate the Republicans ability to blow an election.

FTA: "For several years now, bringing up federal spending and the need to curtail it has been taboo for both parties. It is the new ‘third rail’ of politics, and everyone including Donald Trump has avoided it. ...Out-of-control spending leads to not just a monstrous national debt, it also feeds inflation, and most Americans can grasp that concept."
Nonsense. Federal spending is a never-ending "stimulus" for our economy. Every national pol remembers what happened to Bush41 in '92 when a minor downturn was made "the worst economy since the Great Depression" by Clinton, who won with the hep of Ross Perot and "real conservatives". Every administration uses Federal spending to manipulate our economy. Reagan used our military re-build, for example. Dubya used housing.
Folks deride Keynsian economics...but support it when the spending is done to their liking. Few complained when Congress, with the President's assent, quickly allowed $14 TRILLION to be pumped into our economy via stimulus, paycheck protection, medical subsides, military hospitals (that saw very few), and Project Warp Speed...among other appropriations. If anyone wants to talk about inflation, that's where to start.

As Bathhouse said of Biden, never underestimate the Republicans' ability to (screw) things up. Even if they take power, bet the under on accomplishments and you'll win most of your bets. 10-1 they won't touch Hunter.

The GOP is owned by globalist arms dealers and is shackled to the ultra-corrupt Secret Police apparatus that George W. Bush allowed to be put in place following 9-11.. Cheney and Kinsinger are not outliers.
The GOP needs to be cleared out of the way so that the CommuNazi Democrat socialists can be more easily eradicated.

The article includes a one sentence reference to disastrous democrat open border policies. That is a disappointment and so are many members of the Republican Congressional caucus who are secretly open border advocates. When Speaker Ryan refused to bring border wall funding to the floor of the House, liberal Republicans rejoiced because that allowed them to talk tough about border security without a requirement to go on the record with a vote. A win win for them.

One issue voters must hammer home:
1. We will drag those who don't govern correctly. And, they'd better know what WE mean by correctly.

The GOPe is too busy measuring the drapes and toasting their victory before it is in the bag. I'm sick of Reps./Senators constantly bragging about all the investigations they will do IF they have power. Don't they realize this energizes the Dem base?
Unless you are talking about energy policy, gas prices, food inflation, trans tyranny in the schools and immigration, keep your mouths shut until you win! Then investigate WHEN, not IF, you have power. The GOPe are going to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
