Even before the Ukraine war began, people were speculating that something was physically wrong with Putin. He looked puffy, not as if he’d gained weight, but as if he were reacting to medicines. Speculation escalated with recent videos showing him clutching a table and with a badly shaking hand. Now, The Sun, a British tabloid, is claiming that Putin is going under the knife for a cancer operation, as well as suffering from Parkinson’s. As early as January 3, Britain’s Telegraph paper was suggesting that Putin is seriously ill.

Or, #2, Henry Fonda, playing the colonel in Fort Apache, the movie where Fonda wants to go out dying, fighting the Apaches, and did, with John Wayne promising to report that Fonda died honorably. Remember Nikita Kruchev, head of the Soviet government? Back around 1965, Kruchev, all powerful, left the room at a Kremlin meeting to use the bathroom, came back to find he had been ousted. Imagine what the top leaders can do to Putin while he is asleep on the operating table.

Our laws prevent our assassination of another country's head. There are no laws which keep us from assassinating war-mongering military leaders like we did to Iran's terrorist general. Putin has at his right hand such persons deserving of death and I suspect less criminally bent leaders could emerge once Putin and his like die.

One of my best friends who I was close with for 40+ years died last spring. He had been suffering from Parkinson's for a number of years, and had slowly developed a "knee problem", which turned out not to be a knee, but the beginnings of a somewhat unusual kind of Parkinson's. And then, he developed pancreatic cancer, and underwent months of chemotherapy, which accelerated his Parkinson's, unfortunately. I don't wish this on anyone. My friend was a year older than Putin is now when he died, about the same age when diagnosed. The short walking video of Putin very clearly shows right hand and right leg tremors of a substantial magnitude that he can't control. Clearly something is going on. And I think Mr. Putin is not long for the stage.

These are desperate times for the Democrats in Washington, the poll and the mood of the nation suggest that they will receive an emphatic shellacking during the mid-terms in November. The Democrats just have around six months to act. Desperate times demand desperate measures, so the Democrats are resorting to sneaky tactics such as ‘leaks’ hoping it will benefit them. They leaked messages between President Trump's chief of staff, Mark Meadows, and key GOP figures and Trump aides to portray Republicans as insurrectionists and fascists looking to subvert the course of democracy. The New York Times leaked a conversation allegedly between House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and Rep. Liz Cheney

The past few weeks have been extremely troubling for those who value democracy, freedom, human rights, and civil liberties within the United States of America. (snip) Recently, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas testified that a Disinformation Governance Board has been set up to counter disinformation (snip) Will they be able to prosecute people for spreading ‘disinformation? Will this board be restricted to focus on social media only as its tool, or will the powers also apply to ‘right-wing media’ directly? We do not know. However, that is not the only concern, there have been other assaults on democratic values.

Jill Biden is not an inherently interesting person. She’s been a teacher for some decades now, wrote an undistinguished thesis to get a meaningless Ed.D., and now functions as her husband’s nursemaid. She also lacks charm. And, of course, she’s White. Why someone thought a biography of her would be interesting is impossible to understand although a biography that took two people to write hit the market this past week—and completely bombed. Following the unprecedented leak of a Supreme Court initial majority draft opinion to undo Roe v. Wade huge controversies begin to surface! The document, first obtained by Politico, outlined the potential demise of the landmark 1973 ruling. The revelation sent shockwaves across the nation. Protesters gathered at the fenced-off Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. on Monday night. The leak is likely the product of an ideologically leftist law clerk seeking either to halt a nixing of the abortion ban or to engender support for court-packing, Alan Dershowitz told Fox News.
