Following the unprecedented leak of a Supreme Court initial majority draft opinion to undo Roe v. Wade huge controversies begin to surface!
The document, first obtained by Politico, outlined the potential demise of the landmark 1973 ruling. The revelation sent shockwaves across the nation.
Protesters gathered at the fenced-off Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. on Monday night.
The leak is likely the product of an ideologically leftist law clerk seeking either to halt a nixing of the abortion ban or to engender support for court-packing, Alan Dershowitz told Fox News.
I think everyone’s missing the point! Our court systems only work with trust in the system. Sad day no matter who did it. The decision does make me happy though, if true...

I didn't even know who the guy was and I already suspected it came from the chambers of the "wise Latina woman" because she has been so brazeningly politically biased in her public comments -- MUCH more so than Kagan and somewhat more so that RGB was (though, RGB was pretty brazen in my opinion). The new SCOTUS probably doesn't (or at least she shouldn't) have access to the opinion because she was not there to hear the case.

Are there any immigrants or first or second generation people from India besides Dinesh D'souza who aren't hardcore communists?

The problem with the Indian community in America is that they are over-educated. They come from very traditional home that highly value education. Unfortunately, they get into elite schools, where they are indoctrinated and their brains are turned to mush.

Don’t attribute this guys “Indianness” as the cause to broad brush Indians. Don’t forget the crowd that gathered to see Pres Trump in India and in Texas. Most Indians are conservative, even if they don’t say it out loud. It is also likely that many are swayed by herd mentality of following the prime time headlines

More than likely, the Democrats hired Christopher Steele to craft a "leaked-looking" SCOTUS Brief out of "whole cloth" to help move things along in favor of Demonrats. /s

We have Indians who own our local small truck stop. One of my most conservative friends on fb and a really nice guy. Of course, business owners tend to be conservative.

anyone can say anything they want in this country but when it comes down to dismantling and deconstructing our very basic governmental structure it places the language at a very different level
- what happened here is, a traitorous and overt action to do just that, it cannot be tolerated and the very thought of having our society thrown into even more chaos than it already is, is not something most Americans would ponder and / or support
- the lawlessness of the demcommie party has made it so, every American is fearful of the government, that is not good, the must be stopped and not tomorrow

A Jain in India is very pro-life - all life. I guess those beliefs get tossed out the window when the pursuit and implementation of communism is at stake for lefties.

So when do American Patriots get busy saving the Republic by rounding up Ftards and Kwirdoz and publically executing them?
They hate this country and everything it stands for. Believe me, America and the world will be much, much better off without them.
Prove me wrong.

Look for the leaker to get the Eric Ciarmaelli "whistleblower" treatment by the media, where it is not allowed to even speak the name of the whistleblower in the protective custody of the deep state coup plotters.

Not treason. Morally wrong, probably illegal, and reprehensible, but not treason.
Article III, Section 3, Clause 1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Regarding my #5 Post -- I was referring to Indians that we tend to see as elected reps or working in high levels of government. Those are the ones who tend to be on the Left and if you look at their resumes, you'll find that most of them went to Ivy League schools. They probably came from conservative families who are still conservative and very hard working. The same holds true for immigrants from East Asia. The ones who are business owners tend to be MUCH more conservative.

I doubt much mystery exists in the halls of the Court. At the least the Justice employing the leaker should be shunned by the others until resignation from the court. #1 is exactly right, and there is only one way for the court’s honor to be restored. A Justice must go.

This is a democrat plan they will whoop and holler around a bonfire about this. The natives will be restless they already started with the call to debate it already when nothing is proven. This is a distraction from the problems the vegetable in chief has gotten us into. Everything happens for a reason let's see how this plays out. Trump along with his family had FBI microscopes constantly up their back sides let's see what happens in this.

Thank you, Ruth Bader Skidmark, for being such an evil self-centered Gollum that you held out until you finally dropped dead.
The federal judiciary holds far too much power over our lives. It needs to go.

Lots of speculation about Amit being the leaker. Has any reporter, and I use the term loosely, asked him about it?

I guessed it right after I heard it that the treasonous leaking jack hole had to come from the offices of the Wide Latina. If it is true this person should be thrown into a King Cobra snake pit. Sorry I mean firing squad. No I mean prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. On second thought option two and call it a day.

I think that the info on Amit Jain may be for the wrong person, a different person with the same name. I thought law clerks were fresh out of law school, not a person who had been a CEO of a venture capital fund, etc. The person pictured looks like a young Yalie, kind of wet behind the ears, a bit light.
