President Biden on Tuesday reacted to the leaked draft of the Supreme Court’s opinion striking down Roe v. Wade, saying he believes that "a woman’s right to choose is fundamental," and arguing that "basic fairness and the stability of our law demand that it not be overturned," while saying any potential final decision on the case by the high court should push voters "to elect pro-choice officials" during November’s midterm elections. The high court is poised to overturn Roe v. Wade, according to a draft opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito, in an unprecedented and stunning leak from the high court."We do not know whether this draft is genuine,

Why is it that only a woman has a right to a say about her body? Others don't have a right to a say about their bodies when it comes to vaccines etc. Seems in an ethical society if one group has the right to say what can and can't be done with their body, every other group should have that same right. But then, we are talking about Democrats here.

#6, does a human being conceived through an act that is not his or her fault, have a less right to exist than someone formed through an act of love blessed and recognized by society? Once you step in that direction there is no stopping.

Apparently, he did not have any concerns for this in his state, since it was only recently passed in Delaware to become in-line with Roe, to essentially codify, abortion and remove criminality in state law. (In 2017, the Delaware legislature passed SB5, a bill which brought state law in line with Roe v. Wade.) So, no one in Delaware will be denied the ability to abort even if Roe is overturned.

A woman does have the right to choose. The right to choose to make choices to take actions to not get pregnant. Sometimes they make poor choices and get pregnant. Killing a baby because you made a poor decision is not a choice. Abortion should not be a substitute for self control, smart choices, and birth control.

Actually Biden did not address the leak of the draft decision of Supreme Court, instead Biden “blew off” the question that was directed to him concerning the leak. Not surprising as Biden also claims to be a devout Catholic but has “blown off” the Catholic Church position on abortion, obviously for partisan political purposes.

The left has been telling us for 50 years that the SCOTUS shouldn't ban abortions. It's merely returning the decision to the people in the states. Nothing in the Constitution guarantying a right to abortion, as there is with the 1st and 2nd, etc. A woman would have A CHOICE to go to a state where they would still allow it. Like it or not.

The Dems want to now pay off tuition for select individuals. If Roe goes back to the states, the next thing they will want is free transportation costs and free medical care to a state that supports abortion. If the baby is named, could that state add it to their voter rolls and accidentally forget to purge it until the next major election?

NO WHERE in the Constitution is "Abortion" ever even mentioned, how can it be a "Foundation Stone"? Yo, Joe...either a baby is a human, and entitled to the right to its life under the First Amendment, or it is not a human. You pick. Better be very careful, though, because you're putting your own life at risk. The same thread of illogic by which you justify killing babies also promotes euthanasia, in which those people too old, decrepit, and demented to be useful to society are eliminated. And Joe, any functional human adult with half a brain recognizes that you are well past your prime.

You may have noticed something interesting in the reaction to the leak of the Supreme Court draft opinion referring to Roe v. Wade.First, Democrats are pretending like the draft is a final opinion of the Court and going all-in to gin up the anger on the left for the midterms.Second, Democrats are attacking the Court — going against all norms that one doesn’t criticize or try to affect an ongoing case, not to mention that you shouldn’t try to threaten or intimidate SCOTUS justices. But that’s exactly what some of them — like Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer — are doing. But third, they are also not criticizing the leak

Justice Samuel Alito’s draft opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Center is a masterful account of why Roe v. Wade was wrong from the start and why it should be jettisoned. For liberals shocked by the prospective ruling, and for conservatives who thought it might never happen, it’s worth taking a look at Alito’s clear reasoning. “We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled.” In 1973, the Court in Roe v. Wade imposed unrestricted abortion for any reason all the way up to viability (which was then roughly the end of the second trimester) and, under a malleable “health exception” in a companion case, even right up

The reasons for the Left's perverse sexualizing of very young children make sense only if you are sexually neurotic. None of it makes sense if you are a rational, healthy, sexually normal person. For example, what is to be gained by first graders learning about drag queens and transsexuality? How is a child's life improved, how is the culture improved when children whose brains are not physically equipped to process such information get exposed to it? If it is the hope of sexualizers that children will be more accepting of perversity, to what end? No government-schooled child of any age should be taught matters of sexuality, sexual behavior, basics.

ROME—Since the beginning of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Pope Francis has floated the idea that he wants to take a trip to Kyiv to try to broker a ceasefire. But now he says he would prefer to go to Moscow to try to talk some sense into Vladimir Putin, who he has not outwardly condemned in the now nearly 3-month-old war and only did so lightly in a lengthy interview with an Italian newspaper. “I feel that before going to Kyiv I must go to Moscow,” he told Corriere Della Sera in an interview that ran on Tuesday. But the

The leaked draft of the Supreme Court’s decision to end Roe v. Wade has caused uproar on the Left — and it’s only going to get worse. Get ready for an epidemic of disgusting, hysterical, socioathic behavior the likes of which you’ve perhaps never seen. Swallwell’s comment is particularly stupid, as two sitting justices are in interacial marriages. Former President Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle, have dusted off their aloof, cool, intellectual act to bless us with their thoughts on the recent development. The former president tweeted out a document entitled

The Walt Disney Co. has lost nearly $63 billion in market capitalization since it decided in March to embrace radical LGBTQ activism and declare war on Florida by opposing the state’s Parental Rights in Education law. Shares of Disney have plummeted 23.5 percent since the start of March, falling from $145.70. Market cap is down $62.6 billion, from $265.3 to $202.7 billion. For the past 12 months, Disney has seen its stock drop more than 30 percent, making it the worst performing stock on the Dow Jones Industrial Average. Disney’s free fall comes as the company has embraced woke, far-left politics, specifically the exposure of young children to radical LGBTQ ideology.

Portland Public Schools plans to provide free menstrual products in both the boys’ and girls’ bathrooms as districts move to comply with an Oregon state law for “menstruating students.” “Starting next year (2022-23), products will be available in all restrooms (male, female, and all-gender) in every PPS building where education occurs,” said the April 19 memo titled “Update on PPS Implementation of Menstrual Dignity Act.” Last year, Democratic Gov. Kate Brown signed HR 3294, which requires K-12 public schools and universities to stock bathrooms with tampons and sanitary pads at no cost to students to give them the “opportunity for safe, dignified self-care.”
