President Biden on Tuesday reacted to the leaked draft of the Supreme Court’s opinion striking down Roe v. Wade, saying he believes that "a woman’s right to choose is fundamental," and arguing that "basic fairness and the stability of our law demand that it not be overturned," while saying any potential final decision on the case by the high court should push voters "to elect pro-choice officials" during November’s midterm elections. The high court is poised to overturn Roe v. Wade, according to a draft opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito, in an unprecedented and stunning leak from the high court."We do not know whether this draft is genuine,

Fundamental starts BEFORE the sex.
Abortion shouldn't be necessary except in the case of rape or incest.

Why is it that only a woman has a right to a say about her body? Others don't have a right to a say about their bodies when it comes to vaccines etc. Seems in an ethical society if one group has the right to say what can and can't be done with their body, every other group should have that same right. But then, we are talking about Democrats here.

#6, does a human being conceived through an act that is not his or her fault, have a less right to exist than someone formed through an act of love blessed and recognized by society? Once you step in that direction there is no stopping.

Apparently, he did not have any concerns for this in his state, since it was only recently passed in Delaware to become in-line with Roe, to essentially codify, abortion and remove criminality in state law.
(In 2017, the Delaware legislature passed SB5, a bill which brought state law in line with Roe v. Wade.)
So, no one in Delaware will be denied the ability to abort even if Roe is overturned.

OH NO, some women will be inconvenienced by having to go to another state. The HORROR! If it's so Federally Fundamental, get a Constitutional Amendment. Go ahead, give it a shot. You lose, and you get to be just like everyone else under a Nation of Laws who doesn't get what they want.

I "suspect" Obama or one of his lackeys placed a call to one of the more agreeable Justice to leak this info. The plan is to rev up single-issue voters, the young, and pro-choice for the mid-terms. It very well may work. A few Republican Governors will stand up but most of the GOP elected officials will fold.

He and the other "Catholic in Name Only" politicians should be trembling at the thought of the day God Almighty judges them. Biden, Pelosi, Rep. Conor Lamb ^ Sen. Bob Casey in PA an numerous others need to repent but they sold their souls for power. Lamb stood at the altar a year or two ago & was married in the Catholic Church. Hope he and the others are shunned by other parishoners as they deserve.

#6, Ethel Waters, brilliant black singer/actress ( female lead in the classic movie, Cabin In The Sky) was the product of rape. Her mother, at age 13, was raped by a family friend.
Ethel Waters made significant contributions to our culture. Would we be better off if she had been aborted?

A woman does have the right to choose. The right to choose to make choices to take actions to not get pregnant. Sometimes they make poor choices and get pregnant. Killing a baby because you made a poor decision is not a choice. Abortion should not be a substitute for self control, smart choices, and birth control.

The dems latest scam is working again. Who even knows if there was a leak? When was the last time you heard about the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, heard about inflation, heard about bidens disastrous time in WH? Covid is in the rear view but they still have people wearing masks, would love to lock everyone down again. Look at the lie Hilary told about Russia, the mid terms were effected by it. That's where we're heading again. The dems will use anyone and anything to remain in power. They truly are a corrupt power hungry party. At this point I have a hard respecting anyone who is a dem.

If Biden was conscious he would know that what the Court is deciding is that the laws concerning abortion should be handled at the state level as it is not a Constitutional issue. The left can do nothing but throw flames at any hint of anything that is not part of their degenerate agendas

Next time one of these Dems says that, ask them what they mean by "woman". Somehow or another the fundamental contradiction in their dogmatic hodgepodge needs to be rattled apart. Their ideology on abortion and genderfluidity are egregiously incoherent. (Obviously, it's not the "man's" right to choose when "he" becomes pregnant...)

Actually Biden did not address the leak of the draft decision of Supreme Court, instead Biden “blew off” the question that was directed to him concerning the leak. Not surprising as Biden also claims to be a devout Catholic but has “blown off” the Catholic Church position on abortion, obviously for partisan political purposes.

The "Catholic" politicians believe they themselves do not support abortion, but do support a women's right to have an abortion. Therefore, they are not doing anything wrong. I often wonder how they are going to explain their belief to Almighty God.

As a Christian I believe we all will stand before God and give an account of our actions while we are here. What will those who are in the abortion camp say? The Bible says that children are a gift from God. What will their excuse be for killing that gift?

The left has been telling us for 50 years that the SCOTUS shouldn't ban abortions. It's merely returning the decision to the people in the states. Nothing in the Constitution guarantying a right to abortion, as there is with the 1st and 2nd, etc.
A woman would have A CHOICE to go to a state where they would still allow it. Like it or not.

The Dems want to now pay off tuition for select individuals. If Roe goes back to the states, the next thing they will want is free transportation costs and free medical care to a state that supports abortion. If the baby is named, could that state add it to their voter rolls and accidentally forget to purge it until the next major election?

Nooo...individual right of speech/press/religion are fundamental, keeping and bearing arms is fundamental.
All things YOU have tried to infringe, restrict, negate, govern and control.
NO WHERE in the Constitution is "Abortion" ever even mentioned, how can it be a "Foundation Stone"?
While we are on the subject of Fundamental:
"The powers not (specifically) delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people".

Yo, Joe...either a baby is a human, and entitled to the right to its life under the First Amendment, or it is not a human.
You pick.
Better be very careful, though, because you're putting your own life at risk. The same thread of illogic by which you justify killing babies also promotes euthanasia, in which those people too old, decrepit, and demented to be useful to society are eliminated.
And Joe, any functional human adult with half a brain recognizes that you are well past your prime.
