As LGBT employees at Disney get ready to stage a walkout on March 22 over Disney’s attempt to remain neutral on Florida’s “Parental Rights in Education” bill, conservative staffers have issued an open letter of their own.
Published Monday and provided to The Daily Wire in advance, the authors reveal that they do not feel safe in their jobs and say that Disney has “come to be an increasingly uncomfortable place to work for those of us whose political and religious views are not explicitly progressive.” The staffers say they’ve watched silently as Disney villainizes and condemns political leaders who share their opinions:

FTA: "Disney has 'come to be an increasingly uncomfortable place to work for those of us whose political and religious views are not explicitly progressive.'" This describes the modern American workplace almost everywhere these days.

Disneyland back in the 60s was pure magic....that’s all gone now, dead as it’s creator.

Disney's deep pockets grinds plaintiffs to dust.
Depressed revenues grind Disney to dust.
The woke employee mob knows this. Note the lack of calls for boycotts over the bill. The lockdown at the parks taught them no money, no job.
The Disney customer's checkbook is king here.

A conservative at Disney; living in Orlando, I did not know there was such a thing. I thought they were all gender fluid, it seems like every one there is questionable.
Seriously, I can really believe claims of hostile work environment. The management there does not seem to represent or even condone traditional family values. The whole situation is shameful.

It's time, yea, past time for parents and grandparents to take this matter into their own hands.
If you want your children and grandchildren groomed into a confused state so that pedophiles have an easier task to turn the kids, then, by all means, allow Disney to entertain your offspring.
Otherwise, protect your progeny and DUMP Disney. Walt must be spinning in his grave. I hope so. The only people buying into Disney should be the lgtbq+-()# skinny jean manbun crowd. Let's see if Disney can live on that.

My employer "officially" backs that woke BS, but privately is another matter. We have a few freaks that work in other sections but the vast majority of us are normal One manager who I had never met before asked me what my preferred pronouns were. I asked him what the hell he was talking about. He said in a very quiet voice "I hadda ask".

Thank goodness there are conservatives willing to stand up to the progressives at Disney! It’s unfortunate the Disney family dumped their responsibility for running the company and turned it over to the left coast. Money talks and if conservatives could just sit back and not buy or do anything Disney, they may have to sell the parks to survive. Maybe a conservative buyer could make a deal and revive the parks in the spirit of the good old days.

Disney has not been politically neutral since at least sometime in the 1990s. It almost certainly goes back further than that, but they started to reveal their stripes then.

Disney is experiencing the same thing which has almost destroyed the Boy Scouts. Roughly a decade ago because of pressure from lawsuits over sexual abuse, the BSA came out AGAINST homosexuality not just in leaders but in non-adult scouts. By taking this stand against a nearly non-existent problem, the fallout caused BSA to reverse themselves with a wide-spread perception that the BSA were 'pro-homosexuality'. The economic consequences have been catastrophic. The Mormons and Southern Baptists have withdrawn their support and membership has collapsed. All for naught the BSA took a stand on a matter unrelated to their purpose - making good men out of young boys. Disney would do a lot better by refusing to endorse or officially deny LBTQ politics. It isn't Disney's reason for being. Making money is.

We've done several Disney cruises and they're fun. On Sundays while cruising at sea we've asked on board cast members if there will be any religious service (silly us, we like to give thanks to God for allowing us the privilege to cruise, to keep us safe and for Him to watch over us and our home while away.) It's hit-or-miss for the ten Disney cruises we've done. Depending on whether an off-duty cast member has time to lead the service, it'll happen - or not. But it's happened more than not. Usually you'll get several families (out of thousands aboard the ship) to come together to worship with hymns and a brief lesson while at sea.
