Trump-Appointed Judge Blocks Biden’s
‘Sanctuary Country’ Orders Protecting
Illegal Aliens from Deportation

A district judge, appointed by former President Donald Trump, has blocked President Joe Biden’s so-called “sanctuary country” orders that have successfully protected millions of illegal aliens from arrest and deportation over the last year. On Tuesday, District Judge Michael J. Newman issued a preliminary injunction against Biden’s orders that prevent Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents from arresting and deporting most of the nation’s 11 to 22 million illegal aliens across the United States. The orders were imposed in September 2021 after the Biden administration was successfully sued by Texas and Louisiana for implementing similar orders at the start of last year.

I am so tired of seeing the illegal count pegged at 11 million. At least this article bumps it a bit by saying 11-22 million. Unfortunately that number is way off also. Back in the '90s a marketing firm set the actual count at 30+ million. These are people who get paid for accurate results. There was a small controversy about the estimate as their count included children born in the USA. Some folks felt that the children should not be included in the count but the estimate was being used to measure the impact of illegal immigration on taxpayer provided services, hospitals, schools, etc. Obviously these services would cost less and hence our taxes would be less if the illegals were not here. Getting rid of the illegals will be difficult if not impossible and that is what the left is counting on. Until and unless some laws are changed ie: welfare limited to USA citizens only, non-citizen familys made to pay tuition for all levels of schooling regardless of their child's status, cash up front at hospitals, etc all are good places to start.

Never mentioned is the strain of at least 30 million illegal aliens in our country on the fuel, food, medical, and water supply, not to mention the soaring crime rate. If our Country ever returns to being a Republic, every single one of these law breakers, (which means they are criminals, right?) should and can be deported back to their own countries and don't put up with anyone saying that there are too many to do that. They all must go if we have any chance to survive as a country.

All I want is for an announcement to be made in 2025 that states, if you came here illegally under the Biden administration, pack up because you are going to be sent back home. Furthermore, we urge you to please take any democrat politician of your choice to accompany you there permanently. They have amble funds to provide for you and your extended family and since your well being is their utmost concern, I am sure they are more than willing to assist you.

11-22 million? There were more illegals here than that back in the Bush II era. The number is probably closer to 40 million by now. If you take the time to look around you, I’ll bet that you’ll find that you’re surrounded by them.

There are about 25-30 million illegal aliens now in the USA, the vast majority being poor and generally uneducated, with millions more coming. On top of that the Biden crew is trying to figure out how to bring unlimited numbers of Ukrainian “refugees” into the USA. Clearly the liberal media has been using a “lowball” figure of 11 million illegal aliens being in the USA for a couple of decades hoping that most Americans will not take note of the greatly expanding number of illegal aliens arriving in the USA for years. The Biden and Democrat plan is to legalize as many millions of illegal aliens as possible, through a series of Democrat designed “path to citizenship” amnesty programs, believing that most legalized aliens will eventually transform themselves into socialist Democrat supporters and voters in the years ahead. The Democrats certainly would not be planning that if they ever thought that more than a very small percentage of the legalized aliens would ever be voting for conservative Republicans. If the Democrat “New American” voter creation plan ever becomes reality the Socialist Democrats would become the political party that would hold permanent political power in DC with the wimpy Republicans likely unable to get elected to dog catcher in many parts of the USA. That’s why Biden has embraced “open borders” and is flooding the USA with illegal aliens since he entered the White House. The long term Democrat objective of that drill is to bring as many foreign origin people as possible into the USA, who fit within the ethnic and racial categories of Democrat identity politics to eventually change the US population into a future circumstance whereby a vast coalition of minority peoples, of both foreign and domestic origin, would become the future majority population of the USA, replacing the current “deplorable” majority White population in enough places across the country to keep the growing socialist Democrat portion of the Democrat Party in permanent political power, with the mission of eventually transforming the current USA into some sort of socialist utopia in concert with a new world order. In that respect the Democrats must be careful in allowing massive numbers of Ukrainian refugees into the USA as they are White people, coming from corrupt and socialist Ukraine. So common sense will tell you that a big percentage of them will not be jumping with joy to vote for corrupt and socialist Democrats once they attain US voting rights.

Would a Supreme Court Justice Jackson, (who can't define, ''woman,'' nor human life), defend the USA and support the security of its sovereign Constitutional borders?! Would all the Supremes be faithful to their oath of office or would they cave to the shifting sands of political whims of the day? For the first time, we now have reason to ponder the unthinkable about the credibility of the Court.

We’ve actually heard about the Ukrainian counteroffensive around Kyiv for almost a week now. Volodymyr Zelensky and his military have pressed the argument that momentum had shifted on the battlefield, hoping to engage the West further in his national defense by demonstrating that Ukraine can not just resist the Russians but actually defeat them on the battlefield. Those efforts do appear to be paying some dividends in the last 48 hours, however. NBC’s Richard Engel reports from the government’s war room in Kyiv, noting that Ukrainian forces appear to have started to attack the bulge in the Russian line north of Kyiv with success:

What’s more, McCarthy said he is tasking every House committee with fully engaging in oversight matters — rather than just running everything through the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform — broadening the use of the levers of congressional authority to engage in a massive and unprecedented effort

NATO went after both Russia and China on Wednesday, first demanding that China stop the spread of “blatant lies and misinformation,” then warning Russia to stop its “nuclear saber-rattling.” Historically, such warnings from NATO have been little more than words that have changed less than zero, and given the unpredictability of Vladimir Putin–particularly now that he’s backed into a corner of his own making and Beijing’s increasing belligerent posture during the Biden presidency–it’s hard to see, to paraphrase Hillary, what difference any of it will now make. As reported by Fox News, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg told reporters such talk of nuclear war is “dangerous” and “irresponsible.”

Fort Worth, Texas- A former Boeing Co. test pilot was acquitted Wednesday on felony charges of deceiving federal regulators about a key flight-control system that played a role in two deadly crashes involving 737 Max jets. A jury in federal district court in Fort Worth found Mark Forkner not guilty on four counts of wire fraud. Prosecutors accused Forkner of misleading Federal Aviation Administration regulators about the amount of training pilots would need to fly the Max. The FAA required only brief computer-based training for pilots instead of more extensive practice in simulators that could have cost Boeing penalties of up to $1 million per plane.

The depression-era comedian Will Rogers once famously said he did not belong to an organised political party because he was a Democrat. Yet today the traditional factiousness of the Democratic coalition has been engulfed by an almost Stalinist attitude that brooks no dissent on its most treasured policies – even though these do not resonate well with the bulk of the electorate. To recover, Democrats need to find a way back to their historic base of working-class and minority voters, who now seem to be heading to the GOP. Who do voters blame for inflation, especially at the gas pumps? It’s not Vladimir Putin, and they don’t chalk it up to “corporate greed” either. A pair of new polls identify who gets the blame for inflation and how much it will occupy voters in eight months — and again two years later, Fed chair Jerome Powell suggested yesterday. We’ll get back to that projection at the end. The more significant of the polls comes from Emerson, whose polling has been a bit kinder to Joe Biden on job approval. He gets a 43/49 overall from Emerson, a slight improvement over last month’s 42/50. Among independents,
