Jan. 6 Committee Will Hire a Writer to
Create a 'Compelling Narrative'

Original Article

It’s really a shame that the master propagandists of the mid-20th century in Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia missed the 21st-century revolution in imaging. Think what Goebbels and his Nazi cohorts could have done with modern CGI. Or what Stalin could have done with deep fakes. Democrats on the Jan. 6 Committee are not similarly handicapped. They are beginning to prepare a multimedia presentation that will be available online when their final report is released (probably about six weeks out from the midterms). And they plan to hire a writer as “part of its effort to turn its largely secretive work into a compelling narrative, multiple sources tell CNN.”

What a bunch of sick people to do this to Americans who were there to just ask Pence to look into the fraud before signing off on the election. Everyone knows the only people in danger were the 2 women who were murdered. Someone has to stop this committee from committing more crimes. Republicans?

This pretty much sums up the skillset of this group. No one has the ability to document the findings. They need to hire someone so they can blame someone else when the bs is challenged and the 'narrative' falls apart.

It definitely needs to be a fiction writer, because the narrative spelled out by the report with have little in common with what actually happened. The overwhelming majority of the people who entered the Capitol that day did so at the express invitation of the Capitol Police. Many of the others were likely Antifa and FBI plants.

Here we go again. Democrats have found yet another opportunity to falsely label their political opposition as racist. The Supreme Court confirmation hearings for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson began on Monday and the left is already characterizing Republican senators as vicious racists for daring to question her qualifications. Even Mr. Magoo could have seen this coming from a mile away. Several members of the left-wing chattering class have already started lobbing erroneous accusations of racism at GOP lawmakers for questioning the nominee. At the time, she was the highest-ranking woman in the history of U.S. government. She was not in the line of succession for the presidency, however, because she was a native of Czechoslovakia. “She was surrounded by family and friends,” her family announced on Twitter.

Hollywood celebrities including Leonardo DiCaprio, Mark Ruffalo, and Jane Fonda are protesting a Canadian natural gas pipeline that they claim represents a threat to the climate and indigenous rights. Their demand to defund the pipeline comes as energy prices are soaring around the world, putting a squeeze on working class families and sending a dire ripple effect throughout the global economy. The pipeline at the center of the fight is the Coastal GasLink, which transports natural gas across the Canadian Rockies in British Columbia to the Pacific coast. Celebrities are putting pressure on Los Angeles-based City National Bank, citing the bank’s parent company, the Royal Bank of Canada,

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that gas prices are painfully high. You also know that the Biden administration is doing nothing to help ease the strain. The fact of the matter is that Biden’s energy policies — which we can summarize as “just buy an electric vehicle” — have much to do with the high price of gas. Even though the Biden administration has shut down domestic oil production, various government officials have approached states that are less-than-friendly to the U.S. — like Iran and Venezuela — seeking oil. But even if the administration still stubbornly refuses to drill for domestic oil,

Republicans are reinventing voter mobilization — by recruiting drivers at gas stations as they pump some of the costliest fuel in history. “I’ve never been so excited about gas in my life,” said GOP activist Scott Presler. Presler sent dozens of volunteers to gas stations across the city and Long Island on Saturday to sign up new voters ahead of November’s midterm elections — and to convince registered Democrats to switch parties. The effort comes amid an incredible price surge at the pump — $4.78 a gallon in Manhattan on Friday, up from $2.99 a year ago — that has motorists casting blame on President Joe Biden.

As Tuesday's Supreme Court confirmation hearing dragged into the evening hours, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) raised a simple question about when constitutional protections for life — or even just life itself — begins. When does life begin, in your opinion," Senator Kennedy asked Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson for starters. "Senator... um... I don't... know," Judge Jackson replied, followed by an uneasy, awkward laugh. "Do you have a belief?" Kennedy pressed. "I have, um, personal religious and otherwise beliefs that have nothing to do with the law in terms of when life begins," Jackson responded. "Do you have a personal belief though about when life begins?" Kennedy probed.
