Senator Kennedy Stumped Biden's Supreme
Court Nominee with One Question

Original Article

As Tuesday's Supreme Court confirmation hearing dragged into the evening hours, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) raised a simple question about when constitutional protections for life — or even just life itself — begins. When does life begin, in your opinion," Senator Kennedy asked Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson for starters. "Senator... um... I don't... know," Judge Jackson replied, followed by an uneasy, awkward laugh. "Do you have a belief?" Kennedy pressed. "I have, um, personal religious and otherwise beliefs that have nothing to do with the law in terms of when life begins," Jackson responded. "Do you have a personal belief though about when life begins?" Kennedy probed.

If Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson is a self admitted activist judge, does not her assertion that Roe v Wade is now Settled Law make her a living/walking oxymoron?.

When people say they do NOT KNOW when life begins, then how can they NOT give the benefit of any doubt to the unborn child? Abortion lovers MUST rely upon some fictional moment of magic that happens well after conception as the starting point for life. Absent some moment in time post-conception then birth has only two defining moments - conception and delivery. Nobody in their right mind can look at delivery and state that something magical happens when a baby leaves the uterus. There is nothing materially different there. There IS something strikingly miraculous however at conception. And this miracle must be overlooked as the starting point of life while some nebulous threshold takes its place. Some threshold that really does not exist at all. Interesting too is the fact that the same crowd that celebrates killing babies in a mid-morning 'right to choose' rally also shows up 10 hours later with candles, tears and and pleads for mercy for a convicted murderer who is scheduled to be executed.

The law doesn’t determine when life begins. It just allows for the legal killing of the baby. That truth cannot be spoken by liberals.

Does anyone really expect any differently. Keeping in mind that Democrats are actively taking God out of society and believe in abortion, does it surprise you that Joe Biden is using identity politics for his nominee. Black female is what Joe Biden was seeking. Well, when someone decides not to have God in their life, identity will be in everything but God. Democrats have become so entrenched in identity politics, they don't even recognize the slippery slope they are on. I hope people are starting to recognize what ALL of this is about: anti-God arrogance.

Why do I get the idea that if a Republican Senator asked the Judge, "What is your name?" the answer he or she would get is "Senator... um... I don't... know," It sounds like it's the only answer she's given so far.

The left has developed a series of answers to most questions about abortion which allow them to pretend that they view abortion as a necessary evil rather than as a sacrament of their religion (the latter being what they generally DO believe). Senator Kennedy asked her a question which she could not answer without revealing her true thoughts (both on abortion and on killing others whose existence is inconvenient).

Jackson's body language and verbal babbling in response to Kennedy's questioning said it all. As a judge, she couldn't care less when life begins. It's a woman's choice to abort a life she helped to create, whenever she wants and that the life has no right to exist if the woman doesn't want it to exist. Don't these confirmation hearings normally happen AFTER a SCOTUS judge dies or retires?

Look. You can single out Mittens, Liz Cheney, KUNTziger, Graham, McConnell, etc, but at the end of the day the problem is NOT Rinos. The problem is the entire Republican Party. This nonsensical binary choice we are given is part of the scam. It’s how they maintain power. Like I said. Even when conservatives achieve victory by having a democrat lose office, we LOSE because a Republican took there place. Same old game over and over. I’m a former Democrat who walked away almost three decades ago. Never have and never will register republican.

How is it impressive that Kennedy 'stumped' a quota? Quota is as quota does. If she had earn (you know, that merit thingy) her position answering questions would be a breeze. But totally unqualified elevated based on A) Race and B) allegedly a real woman to positions of power quickly demonstrate their incompetence when questioned. I have no doubt this moron quota will be confirmed with Democrats like Mirkowski, Collins, and Mittens in Schumers hip pocket.

I particularly like the exchange when liberals are questioned. Here it is in a short response, "Thank you for asking that Senator, I don't know". This kabuki theater is such a waste. The democrats will confirm along with some RINOs then there will be a 'wise Negress' on the Supreme Court. Just stop insulting us.

"At Tuesday's Supreme Court confirmation hearing dragged into the evening hours, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) raised a simple question about when constitutional protections for life — or even just life itself — begins." Life begins at conception. It's science, not law. Constitutional protection for human life begins when the Supreme Court says it begins. In Roe v. Wade the Court applied a three trimester framework. In Planned Parenthood v. Casey, the Court abandoned Roe's trimester framework in favor of the new test based upon fetal viability. Expect that the Court's fetal viability framework will be modified/refined in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health, now pending before the Court.

One more comment. Joe Biden didn't hesitate to practice discrimination against blacks during the Robert Byrd days because he is a discrimination kind of guy. It became part of his campaign in June of 2020. It just flipped because now he discriminates against the white guy. It wasn't just Biden. I read about people like Beth Moore, Max Lucado and a few other people jumping on the bandwagon. Yet, God's view is that all hearts matter. Enough said. . .

Slick "gotchas" from Senators mean NOTHING What means EVERYTHING is that RINOs will confirm someone who is not a jurist using the LAW to make judgements, but is a YOUNG ACTIVIST like Sotomayor and Kagan who will affect our lives for DECADES. The Demonrat Socialist Marxists were chomping at the bit to throw Breyer aside to sneak one of their agents into the system. She was only picked because she is a black woman. After the harsh, unfair, and MADE UP attacks in the media on Kavanagh and Barrett after confirming Gorshuch, she is going to get heavy support in the media to ATTACK those who show she is unfit at this time to be on the SCOTUS. Senator Cruz had plenty of evidence to show she supports Critical Race Theory being taught in the Early Childhood Education (3 year olds), Pre-K (4 years olds) and Kindergarten (5 year olds) to CONDITION and brainwash kids into believing that crap--- She was dumbfounded to try to come up with words. That spoke VOLUMES, but you can bet his colleague John Cornyn will vote to confirm her, even though he was Attorney General of Texas on served on the State Supreme Court.... So no more "gotchas" How about some sober thinking on how long this decision could affect our lives in a negative way for 30 or more years

If the pro-choice crowd cannot say when life begins, they must admit that there is a non-zero probability that when a mother aborts her child, the child is alive. As such, abortion could be murder.

A few days ago, porn star Stormy Daniels lost her appeal in her failed defamation suit against Donald Trump; she now owed more than $300,000 in legal fees to President Trump. "I will go to jail before I pay a penny," a defiant Daniels tweeted after the ruling. And all the while, most Republican Party "leaders" stand back and do nothing as they watch. We've got the only political party in modern history controlled by a small group of elected officials who fundamentally disagree with the prevailing viewpoints of 90% of the voters who put them in office. Election after election, their unstated yet indisputable campaign slogan is simply, "Vote for us because we don't hate you quite as much as the other guys."

It is said that an unreliable ally is worse than a sworn enemy. This is because you expect the enemy to act against you. But when an ally either chooses to be a bystander when you are attacked or sides with your assailant to attack you, the treachery is both shocking and unforgivable. One such consistently untrustworthy and unreliable ‘ally’ who has been a been a disappointment is Republican Sen. Mitt Romney of Utah. His latest betrayal came during a Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee hearing on Tuesday. Romney was the sole HELP Committee Republican to vote against lifting the mask and vaccine mandates in the federal Head Start program.
