John Durham Puts Hillary Clinton On Notice
In New Filing: ‘Active, Ongoing Criminal Investigation’

Original Article

Special Counsel John Durham put Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Jake Sullivan and others on notice by calling his investigation into the Trump Russia story an ‘active, ongoing criminal investigation’ 3 times in a new court filing. Durham has been following the evidence and all signs point to the Hillary Clinton campaign. A former Clinton lawyer, Michael Sussmann, will stand trial for lying to the FBI this spring. Senior Legal Affairs Reporter at POLITICO, Josh Gerstein, said: “Special Counsel John Durham court filing calls his probe ‘active, ongoing criminal investigation’ 3 times. Also says indicted lawyer Michael Sussmann is seeking info on NYT in-person meeting with the FBI.

Comments:

After a slow start Durham's investigation is picking up steam. I'll be the optimist here and say if he doesn't get the witch he'll get somebody high enough that it will the clinton's public persona for good. Don't forget Epstein Island still is looming.

#4 said, "I'm guessing Merrick Garland will soon fire Durham." If I'm not mistaken, before former AG Bill Barr stepped down, he took formal steps to convert Durham's status to a true "independent" prosecutor, independent of the AG's office, so that no successor to Barr could fire him. I think Durham is bullet-proof, at least from being fired by the Biden Administration, if not from actual bullets. Otherwise, I think his funding would have been cut off by Garland or Biden long ago. I harbor no illusions about Hillary actually being charged, but I'd settle for Comey and his FBI cronies being tried for their crimes.

It appears that most of us are of the same opinion which is such an indictment on our justice system because we have learned through the years that there simply is no justice when it comes to the Clinton crime family. One thing is for sure is that Durham does not get in any hurry and #3, makes a good point regarding the statute of limitations. It has to be looming over this case. It would be interesting to know when articles like this one appears who is getting nervous. Nonetheless, like most here I have grown weary of waiting for justice in Washington DC.

Durham is being allowed to do just enough to prevent the peasants with pitchforks and torches from getting restless. I look at the Clinesmith prosecution as proof. Oh, and by the way, I read that Clinesmith's license to practice law was restored sometime in December; if I lied to the court like he did, I'd be salting the fries at Mickey D's for gainful employment.

I'm not exactly sure which French detective Durham reminds me of: Is it: a) Javert --- from Les Misérables --- always chasing poor Jean Valjean over the same loaf of bread. Or is Durham more like b) Inspector Jacques Clouseau --- who can't find his butt with either hand, even using a flashlight? Or is he really c) C. Auguste Dupin --- from "Murders in the Rue Morgue" ... who finally figures it all out!

As indictments and new court filings indicate that Special Counsel John Durham is investigating Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign for feeding false reports to the FBI to incriminate Donald Trump and his advisers as Kremlin agents, Clinton’s role in the burgeoning scandal remains elusive. What did she know and when did she know it? Top officials involved in her campaign have repeatedly claimed, some under oath, that they and the candidate were unaware of the foundation of their disinformation campaign: the 35-page collection of now debunked claims of Trump/Russia collusion known as the Steele dossier.

One of the main tenants for a stable and law-abiding society is a judicial system that enforces laws and ensures equal justice for all.The reverse is true in progressive cities, resulting in an increase in crime. Various government organizations, even all the way up to the Department of Justice, have gone astray. Social justice warriors are now in positions in the DOJ to implement “racial justice”, which determines how to prosecute cases based on the race and/or social justice cause, not commensurate with the crimes committed.A perfect example can be seen in a murder committed by a BLM arsonist.

Characters are identities rather than complicated individuals, themes have been twisted into lectures, and the desire to entertain and enlighten replaced with the desire to preen, divide, and insult. Hollywood no longer wants us coming together to share a universal experience. Instead, Hollywood wants to pervert our children with gay porn and transsexual voodoo, wants us to cheer our own virtue and judge the other fella based on
