Sam Kunjummen expected the process to bring his wife's parents from India to their home in Apple Valley was going to be fairly straightforward. The IR-5 visa they are seeking, reserved for the parents of U.S. citizens, is supposed to be one of the easiest to get. (snip) The spokesperson added that U.S. embassies and consulates have prioritized services to U.S. citizens overseas during the pandemic but that they are working to resume routine visa services on a location-by-location basis.

We're the "native Americans" now, and other foreigners are establishing colonies. In the woke universe this is a form of generational karma.

#2 the "Family Reunification Act" allows immigrants to bring over as many family members as they want. Usually 10-12. That means that while 2 million illegals came here in 2021 when they bring over their family it will be 22 million. THAT is just in 1 year and bidass has 3 to go. Do you know how many cities that will be? 1 Mexico City, Mexico 24,500,000 2 New York City, United States 21,800,000 3 Los Angeles, United States 17,600,000 4 Chicago, United States 9,650,000

Most IR-5 immigrants are over middle age or are elderly people who have a hard time financially supporting themselves in the USA without welfare support from the government, including drawing what amounts in essence to Social Security and Medicare payouts, from government programs that have been set up under different names to service people who are not eligible for the main Social Security and Medicare systems, without those immigrants ever having to pay into the Social Security and Medicare systems as US citizens must do over their working lives. The leftist and socialist Democrats want to legalize and eventually grant US Citizenship to well over 20 million poor and generally uneducated illegal aliens so that the vast majority of them can register as future leftist and socialist Democrat voters. If that were to happen in accordance with already in force so-called chain migration schemes, every foreign parent in unlimited numbers of all those minted foreign born “New Americans” as the Democrats call them, would immediately become eligible for IR-5 immigrant visas as the parents of the new U.S. Citizens. That could easily amount to tens of millions of over middle age and elderly foreign people who do not speak English and who are either too elderly are who do not have the job skills to financially support themselves in the USA. So essentially as it stands today all those people would be eligible for social security and Medicare type government benefits for the rest of their lives without ever paying into those government public assistance programs. Beyond that they could also immigrate all their unmarried foreign children.

Donald Trump floated the idea of halting chain migration and birthright citizenship (both absolutely and immediately essential if this nation is to be saved) but it went nowhere, through some combination of the GOP insisting on demographic suicide in favor of short-term cheap labor, or his lack of conviction in backing up nice words with real action.

As #5 states, the IR-5 visa allows a naturalized citizen to bring in elderly people who would normally be excluded because they can't support themselves. This shortcut visa gets around the "public charge" issue. Does Sam Kunjummen know that the average wait for a legal non-IR-5 immigrant is 12 - 15 years depending on the country? Sam needs to quit whining and stay in line or pay a coyote to bring Ma and Pa Kunjummen across our southern border.
