A 5-year-old died Thursday night after being shot in Brooklyn Park. According to Brooklyn Park police, officers responded to a home on Florida Avenue near 81st Avenue North at around 10:20 p.m. There, officers found a 5-year-old who'd been shot in the head. They attempted to render aid but the child died at the scene. Investigators say early indications are a 13-year-old boy was handling a gun around several other juveniles as they attempted to make a social media video. At some point, the boy fired the gun, hitting the 5-year-old.

Why were these children in the park at 10:20 p.m. with a gun? Why was there a 5 year old in the park with no supervision? What is the matter with these parents?

Did they cross state lines? No?..."No Charges", but what'a'bout the baby daddy? Did HE bring the gun in from out of state? Did the 13yo's Mother drive him to the scene?

Next we'll hear how they were "good kids" and this is just bad luck. Or that it's the fault of the gun. Teach your children gun safety at an early age. If they are taught properly, they won't be unsafe. "Hiding the guns" and keeping the kids ignorant is a broken, dysfunctional approach....which gets you this result all too often.

Brooklyn Park is the name of the subdivision. Second sentence says police responded to a home. Didn't happen in a park.

The M.I.A. parents of these kids should be held accountable. What freakin pathetic, moronic parents allow their young children to be out at 10:30 p.m., on Thanksgiving no less. And on top of that they have a freakin loaded gun trying to make a social media video. Everyday its something more outrageous than the day before. NYC has become a 3rd world sh** ho**. Appalling...

Is this one of those households I see on TV commercials where the entire family sits around the table for dinner or in the living room watching nice programs on the big screen they purchased for the holiday. You know the fine race of people going camping in their Subaru wagon. Those people? I'm so surprise! I guess the 'teen' was making a social media video of how to hold a handgun 'gangsta' style' you know, sideways while holding their crotch to keep their baggy pants from falling off. I'm getting numb to kind of news coming at us daily. Let's go Brandon.

Democrats have long wanted the government to parent or co-parent your children, so it shouldn’t surprise anyone that President Joe Biden said the quiet part out loud Monday night. Is the administration upset that you might be spending too much time with your family? The statement is also rather vague. The “nearly 2 million” number, I assume, represents the 1.8 million-woman reduction in our labor force during the COVID-19 pandemic. But it’s untrue to claim this loss is only due to women leaving work to care for a family member. There are myriad reasons why the pandemic and government-induced shutdowns could have diminished the female workforce.

I reported earlier today on the announcement about the new COVID variant out of South Africa that immediately had some freaking out because it was supposedly “heavily mutated” and that the spike protein was “dramatically different.” That raised questions about whether immunity and the vaccines would be protective against it. There were also suggestions that it was “highly contagious among young people.” So, it seemed obvious they were gearing up to go crazy over this again. Then we reported on Dr. Anthony Fauci claiming they needed more time and information to decide on whether they needed to be talking about travel bans, that they wouldn’t be implementing a travel ban yet.

In early August Gideon Schreiber and a team of virologists at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel began playing around with the spike protein of the Sars-CoV-2 virus–the protein that allows the virus to enter our cells–to see if they could predict future mutations that could yield dangerous new variants of Covid-19. At the time, Schreiber noted with concern that there were a variety of ways in which the spike protein could evolve. If all of these mutations occurred at once, it could yield a variant that was both extremely transmissible and potentially capable of evading some of the body’s immune defences
