India has developed an effective traditional vaccine using inactive genetic material called Covaxin. Why don't we hear more about this drug instead of having the experimental gene therapy regimen pushed upon us every waking moment? Other than the fact that the feds have somewhere between 20 and 40 Billion bucks or more tied up in the mRNA drugs, I can't think of a single reason. The Covaxin is about 1/5 the cost per dose of the gene therapy jab. As for Liz, if she has to quarantine, there goes the dims' balance of power in the Senate for a while.

ATLANTA — Johnny Isakson, an affable Georgia Republican politician who rose from the ranks of the state Legislature to become a U.S. senator, has died. He was 76. Georgia Gov. In the Senate, he was known as an effective, behind-the-scenes consensus builder. His own views on flashpoint issues such as abortion became more conservative over the years as Georgia’s own politics shifted from blue to red. In 2015, Isakson disclosed that

VATICAN CITY -The Vatican on Saturday warned conservative Roman Catholics who have balked at Pope Francis' decision to restrict the old traditionalist Latin Mass that they were sowing division and engaging in "sterile polemics". The Vatican department overseeing sacraments and liturgy issued a directive in response to bishops' requests for clarification following a document in July in which Francis overturned decisions by his two predecessors and tightened access to the Mass. Since July some conservatives, including bishops, have openly defied the pope, resulting in the latest chapter of what some have dubbed the Church's "liturgy wars". Religious conservatives in the

If you aren’t white, you may not be able to go way outside. At least, that appears to be the belief of a North Carolina State University professor. KangJae “Jerry” Lee — of the school’s College of Natural Resources — recognizes the racism keeping you from enjoying the great outdoors. Cultural differences, he asserts, can’t explain why there aren’t more black people fishing, hunting, and hiking. Also an insufficient excuse: income disparity. The instructor laments America’s adventure/nature gap, but he’s bulls-eyed the culprit: systemic racism. Wichita’s KAKE recently jawed it up with Jerry on the lack of outdoor equity.

The fact that the FBI has lost its way has been on public display for at least five years now. Truth be told, it probably strayed off course way before that. But during the Trump Presidency, it became too obvious to ignore. It has been involved in everything from the creation of an “insurance policy” against the peaceful transition of power, to the targeting of parents as domestic terrorists for the sin of disagreeing with school boards. How did our “premier law enforcement agency” stray so far from its motto of fidelity, bravery, and integrity? Simply put, the FBI’s current state is the result of horrible leadership.
