California NHL Team Requires 3-Year-Olds
to Get Vaccinated or Tested

In California, they’re trying to protect 3-year-olds. Or, alternately, they’re trying to protect themselves from 3-year-olds. Hence, anyone attending a San Jose Sharks hockey game will now enjoy the solace of knowing every toddler present has been either inoculated or negatively tested. On December 6th, the Sharks posted a COVID-19 revision at NHL.com. The team plays its home games at the SAP Center, formerly known as the San Jose Arena. “In accordance with an updated health and safety directive mandated by the State of California affecting ‘mega-events’ which includes concerts, sporting events, and other shows,”

Comments:

Spend hundreds of dollars and inject poison into your toddler, or stay home, read him or her a book, and go for a walk. Easy decision.

That's one way to get noisy, bored toddlers out of the stands.

It's just irresponsible. The same goes in Illinois. I just saw an invite to a Christmas concert that demanded children show proof of vaccination. The odds of death or harm from the vaccination exceed those of the virus, but that doesn't seem to bother the left.

There was a foreign student at college when I was there; he really wanted to cuss like an American, but he kept saying ''Go to the Hell!'' We'd just laugh and pat him on the back. I would like to tell that to California. I'll be so glad when the rest of my relatives can flee that evil empire.

Without any respect, what kind of moron would allow their child to be injected with an experimental substance? Contrary to what many believe these vaccines are still experimental and Big Pharma and politicians are the only ones protected - from liability litigation. I can see a future where unforeseen side affects materialize and the mandate crazies will blame Trump for Operation Warp Speed.

Not unlike Mark Twain, Joe Biden is known for his stories — for real; not a joke. And on Tuesday, the Leader of the Free World regaled gathered fans with a tale of criminal comeuppance. As it turns out, long ago in Wilmington, Delaware, a group of gangs had a penchant for mayhem. But Joe saw to it that their spree was nipped in the bud. The future Commander-in-Chief clobbered crime with that most effective of weapons, a phone number. While speaking in Wilkes-Barres, Pennsylvania, he spun his campfire yarn: “I remember…on the East Side in Wilmington, in one of those old Victorian…three-story apartment buildings.

The stunning reversals by formerly reliable leftist celebrities have been stunning, but also logical. Comedian and talk show host Bill Maher continues to advocate for socialist-style economic governance, but his commitment to classical liberalism has resulted in his speaking out in favor of science in his opposition to the transgender insanity from fellow leftwingers, and his embrace of the free exchange of ideas drives his rejection of cancel culture. Similarly, multi-billionaire Elon Musk had always considered himself to be left-of-center, but as America’s political center has shifted to the left with the Democratic Party’s base sprinting wildly to the radical fringe, the former hero of

As Joe Biden tries to keep his campaign promise to “cancel” $10,000 in federal student loan debt, legal challenges could emerge, and rightfully so. Nothing is free, and it seems like the middle class that the Democrats claim to care about will foot the bill. If this proposal by the White House faces legal challenges, it will force them to change course. Third Way is a centrist Democratic think tank, and the group has opposed Biden’s plan because of the possible legal challenges. Lanae Erickson, senior vice president for social policy, education, and politics at Third Way, said: “We’re very concerned that it is going to

Ask yourself a simple question. We all know who Rosie O’Donnell is, considering she’s been a fairly prominent celebrity for almost four decades. But examine the logic behind her celebrity status and ask yourself: Why? Why is Ms. O’Donnell famous at all? At one point in the 1980s, O’Donnell had a modest career as a comedian, but we dare you to come up with one memorable, laughable joke or bit that she performed. She had her own talk show for a few years, and then famously played the role of the most-left host of the insufferable program known as The View, but again, aside from perhaps a few antagonistic

Mayor Muriel Bowser and New York City Mayor Eric Adams claimed that Abbott was bussing illegals to these cities against their will. She said many of these individuals had no idea where they were headed. Abbott’s office denied the allegations, noting that they obtain the written consent of those being transported out of the state.

When attempting to rank or evaluate something or someone, context is everything. For instance, if we want to proclaim that a professional baseball player is an exceptional first baseman, we must first establish context. Are we comparing that player only to other first baseman playing today, in which case the bar is lower than it might otherwise be? Or are we comparing to him every first baseman who has ever played the game, in which case the great Lou Gehrig is indisputably the gold standard? Context is critical. So too does context affect one’s effort in trying to establish the qualifications of a country.

At least the BBC was honest about their scare headline: “World’s hottest day since records began.” The bottom line: We’re all going to burn up and we’re all going to die unless we throw an hysterical climate change tantrum and demand that our government take panicky steps to save us from the climate change demons. An archbishop in the Church of England said the opening of the “Lord’s Prayer” is considered “problematic” to some people because the 2,000-year-old prayer starts by addressing God as “Our Father.” Archbishop of York Stephen Cottrell told the General Synod, the legislating and ruling body of the Church of England, that referring to God as “father” might be offensive to some people because of the negative connotations of patriarchy. “I know the word ‘father’ is problematic for those whose experience of earthly fathers has been destructive and abusive, and for all of us who have labored rather too much from an oppressively patriarchal grip on life,” Cottrell said,

Stein’s Law holds that “If something cannot go on forever, it will stop.” The late Herbert Stein made the observation about economic trends, but his axiom perfectly describes Joe Biden’s shaky dance with political death. The president is trying to navigate a narrow path between two potential disasters. Each one could prove fatal to his tenure, but if the twain shall meet, he doesn’t have a prayer. And it’s a near certainty they will meet because the facts we already know are overwhelmingly stacked against him and more damaging information is coming soon. One track of his predicament stems from general public unhappiness with his performance.

Major legal rulings that dismantled the use of race in college admissions, undermined protections for LGBTQ people and tossed out President Joe Biden’s student debt relief program marked the end of a Supreme Court term in which the conservative supermajority continued to exert its dominance. The majority also doubled down on a controversial legal theory that limits the power of federal agencies to take unilateral action. Meanwhile, the justices rejected a far-fetched argument that would have limited the role of state courts in election disputes and turned away an aggressive attempt to challenge Biden administration immigration policy – both areas in which lawyers on the right might have overreached in their arguments.

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen was slammed for bowing multiple times when she met with China's vice premier He Lifeng, as some critics say the protocol error is a sign of American weakness. Yellen, who served as chair of the Federal Reserve before becoming Joe Biden's top financial official, wrapped up her first visit to China as treasury secretary on Sunday. Moments after bowing at least three times, Yellen then stumbled over He's name, calling him 'Vice Premier Hu.' Both Washington and Beijing said the meetings during her four-day trip were fruitful, although the visit - designed to help smooth a rocky relationship - did not generate any concrete agreements.
