WASHINGTON – President Joe Biden wants to take a victory lap on the infrastructure deal he signed into law last month and to pitch Americans on his social and climate spending bill working its way through Congress, but the coronavirus has other plans. The president was elected on the promise of bring the pandemic to an end, but fears over the global spread of the omicron variant prove the shadow of COVID-19 may loom larger than the administration anticipated. Much like this summer, when the delta variant ripped across the country and undercut the White House's celebration in the pandemic fight

I think most people are not afraid of this virus anymore. But that doesn't mean the media and that despicable I am Science guy won't try to keep it going. They stand to make too much money from killing as many people as they can with those shots.

Uhm, fears are waning. Omicron is not a significant influence on the markets as of now.

What USA Today really means is that as the Liberal media spread hysteria in the effort to grow fear over Omicron (which even the pandemic-manic doctors and nurses say is easier to spread but mild in effects), Biden has something else to blame his hare-brained bumbling on. Even though this time that blame seems totally devoid of plausibility.
For this "new" variant, there should be no fear. Maybe others, maybe; but not this.

I’m officially declaring the pandemic over. A very good friend of mine who has been hiding in fear of the dreaded COVID told me today he’s done. He read the Omicron was a nothing burger, yet saw the Incontinent Potato and the Science Troll were ordering him to remain frightened. He came out from under the bed, burned his masks, and declared himself DONE being afraid. This is extremely significant. I don’t think this is a one-off. It’s happening everywhere. They only have power if you give it to them. People are taking their power back. I am encouraged.

This is total BS. biden's handlers are 100% behind this newest scare tactic.
Having a new strain of Covid gives Demon-Rat states the excuse they need to shut down in-person voting and have everyone vote by mail or Internet. That is the main way the Demon-Rats cheat with impunity. Mark my word. At least 20 seats in Congress that Republicans will win the majority of legal votes will still go to Demon-Rats through vote fraud.
Total and complete evil!!!! FJB!!!!

I read the article. What the yahoos at Yahoo are trying to gaslight us about here is, Biden wants to explain how concerned he is for us, and how hard he’s working on lowering inflation but darn that ol COVID is robbing Joe of his victory lap.

I have friends in South Africa. They ALL say that this new strain is mild. And that the only people dying are the ones getting the vaccine, booster, or already have had the vaccine.

This is USA Today writing this article. "As omicron fears grow". I'm not sure where they are getting that. Most of the people in the U.S. are saying they are not worried or they really don't care. This is bothering the current Administration because they keep imposting stupid mandates to try to up the fear. Fauci can hit the media and try to create fear, but everyone knows he is far from being coherent and has proven he does not know what he is talking about.

I'm not afraid of it. I read the statement from the health director of South Africa, about how it is a mild virus and does not cause increased hospitalization. But never underestimate politicians and their ability to screw things up.

The headline says it all: FEARS GROW.
That's the only thing this adminstration of communists is capable of. It's the primary section of their playbook. The next fear will be the collapse of the economic system. Unfortunately, that's all too real.

I agree that the pandemic booie man seems to have lost it's might on the public. Most of the disastrous terrifying alarms, warnings, predictions have just received a ho-humm from the public.

Despite a 100% lockdown of people getting into or out of Australia the Omicron variant has been found there.
It has emerged naturally from within vaccinated people, nothing to do with Africa.

Aww - poor baby. Dems gleefully exploit the pandemic when is suits their needs. Then turn around and bemoan the fallout of their own draconian COVID policies.
