The White House on Tuesday warned Republican governors of Texas and Florida that President Joe Biden would override their efforts to fight coronavirus vaccine mandates in their states.
“We know that federal law overrides state law,” she said referring to state attempts to ban vaccine passports.
She accused Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and Texas Gov. Greg Abbott of playing politics by issuing executive orders that fight vaccine passports.
“Why would you be taking steps that prevent the saving of lives that make it more difficult to save lives across the country or in any state?” she asked.
Psaki argued that the governors were “putting politics ahead of public health.”

Psaki seems to think that just because biden says it, it is a law. What planet does that numbskull come from? Lets's go, Brandon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A Presidential mandate is not a federal law, is it?

You remember at the Kavanaugh hearings, I think it was, that Miss Lindsey, in a rare Republican moment, said that he hoped to God that the Commucrats never got power because of what they'd do with it? This, amongst other things, is what they do with it. Forget law...we're into dictatorship territory. A mandate is not law. Joey's presidential edicts can only apply to the Executive Branch of government, of which he is the titular head. I'll be curious to see Florida's and and Texas' response.

Psaki, an executive order is not a law. Governor Abbot's executive order is also not a law, but he said he was going to pass it into law in the current special session of the legislature. That is going to make it much more difficult for the federal government to override a state law with an executive order, based on an emergency that doesn't exist.

For decades, Southerners have said the Civil War was not about slavery, but about STATES RIGHTS. In other words, FREEDOM. With all that's happening, I hope that many states will wake up to that fact.

Before Brandon can violate the 10th amendment he must first make a law. Threats are not laws. Put up or shut up you weasels.

You mean like opening our borders and allowing millions of unvaccinated illegal aliens to stream in , then distributing them all across our country? Circle back to us on that one, Psaki.

The difference between TX & FL vs. F Joe Biden is that TX & FL have taken action, Joe has merely stated intentions. Let's see how an F Joe Biden EO for a vaccine mandate survives the courts.

By refusing transplants. Why is congress allowed to pass on the jab. Also tat the CDC. People working there don’t have to take the jab Illegals. Don’t. I want to know if Muslims have to take the jab. Or the refugees from Afghanistan and the ones hussien brought over when he occupied the WH. Planned parenthood. Are their customers vaccinated. How about abortion facilities. The right to travel from state to state is guaranteed by the U.S. constitution.
Public health is, and always has been, a state function.

Sorry, Lunch Bucket. You do not have the authority to do so, since the Constitution doesn't grant it. EOs cannot supersede State Law. In fact, EOs have no authority whatsoever outside of the Executive Branch of the Federal Government; something that is often overlooked by Lugenpresse morons. This is why Xiden's non-existent vax mandate does not apply to Congress or the courts. It can't - by law.
Commies really hate that pesky law thing, and do their best to ignore it away.

Executive Orders were devised to be used in national defense emergencies. Just because the illegal alien from Kenya abused the privilege does not mean that Joe the Sniffer can. We had an explosion in firearms sales and an ammo shortage a while back. Ever think about why that happened? Do not test us.

So the hundreds of thousands of unvaccinated you've seen on the news for the last year was just your imagination. Would never have happened, because there's a rule against it.

The cowards in congress, for over 80 years, have given the power of legislating to the executive branch via rule making. This is known as administrative law. It is immoral and a direct assault on liberty. The executive will take power when he/she sees the opportunity. There is plenty of evidence throughout American history.
Tyranny comes to power in the West through elections. Most tyrants in 20th century Europe came to power through elections. The most hated example is Adolph Hitler. Think it can't happen here? Remember the Jewish warning to "Never Forget?" Well, the cultural memory of those atrocities is being erased, and you can be damn certain it CAN happen here.

Jen, when Brandon gets his "law" introduced, argued and passed by both the House and Senate he can then sign it. And don't try Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905) since it only pertained to 1 state and chickenpox.
