Democrat political analyst David Shor on Friday warned the Democrat Party has become too elitist, exclusive, and intolerant of the American workers and the American family, which is threatening President Biden’s agenda in the Senate and future elections beyond 2022. “I think the core problem with the Democratic Party is that the people who run and staff the Democratic Party are much more educated and ideologically liberal and they live in cities, and ultimately our candidate pool reflects that,” David Shor told the New York Times about the Democrats inability to connect with working families in the middle of the country.

As we reported earlier today, Southwest Airlines canceled hundreds of flights yesterday claiming, initially, that it was due to bad weather and that there were air traffic control issues.
But their issues continued, with another 1,000 flights canceled today, as well — almost 28% of their total flights. This was the second straight day of significant issues.
As we noted earlier, the claim of “weather” didn’t match what was happening in the country, and it wasn’t hitting other carriers. So, that wasn’t the real story. Fox’s Leland Vittert indicated that there was a “mass sickout” in protest of vaccine mandates. That many scrapped flights is obviously an internal problem, not weather.

US Senator Kyrsten Sinema wants to cut $100bn from climate programs in major legislation being pushed by the White House, a report says.
The Arizona lawmaker is one of two centrist Democrats who are essential to passing a $3.5 trillion budget bill and a $1 trillion infrastructure bill, legislation which is a signature part of President Biden’s domestic agenda.
Ms Sineman, who started her political career in the Green Party, is now demanding the cuts be made on climate provisions in the budget bill, according to The New York Times.

A U.S. court of appeals temporarily reinstated Texas's six-week abortion law, issuing an administrative stay of a preliminary injunction granted to the Biden administration earlier this week by a federal judge that blocked the controversial law's implementation.
