On May 28, 2020, just three days after George Floyd was murdered by a police officer and the country was erupting with sometimes violent protests, progressive data analyst David Shor issued a warning about the efficacy of riots: The research wasn’t his own. He was merely acting as a messenger. But at that particular moment in time, Shor became the enemy for a lot of outraged people. He was accused of being a racist. He apologized but the company that had employed him decided to side with the mob calling for his head and fired him. Today, Ezra Klein published a piece about Shor’s work since then. I am a fan of the red/blue two slope graphic, it is based upon 10 item scale of political values...don't know who makes them, but have saved a couple in photos. Wish I could post one here, it's similar but from 2016 with another from 2008, the repub "median line" barely moved right, while the Dem line which had been fairly close to the Repub line moved half the distance to the left edge, and the Peak for the dems as well as their baseline moved that far or further, leaving 25% or so of the Dems in the Repub zone. This current version has the bulk of the dems even harder against the left edge, leaving even more of their own party behind

The author of this article discusses the Democrats problems as if elections were fair and honest. The only way the Democrats would be in real trouble is if elections were some how made to be fair and honest, because they would end up losing the overwhelming majority of them local on up.

The dems problems are worse than stated. dems have been flooding the country with driven (not lazy), capitalist (not socialist), Catholic (not humanist), family-oriented (not Rainbow-ist), Hispanics who loathe everything they stand for. These are not the kind of people who walk across deserts to help dems destroy Eden... They may need government services now, but probably not for long, and then... Do you think the Afgani is going to become a multi-culti in the next few days? They are building their own punishment.

It doesn't mean anything if the democrats get to count the votes. Who will stop them when they block the Republican poll watchers? And if the police are called in these Marxist cities where most of the fraud occurs, who do you think the police will arrest? Voter fraud is the number one issue, and due to the corruption in the FBI and courts it looks like they can just do it again. Republicans are so lame. Most are corrupt.

President Donald Trump held a rally in Des Moines, Iowa, today. Now, like every Trump rally, you know it’s going to have a lot built into it. But this one, because of the location, has a little bit of a deeper meaning for 2024, because Iowa is the state front and center of any presidential primary run. Trump pointed to the importance of Iowa in the effort to take back the House and Senate in 2022, then the White House in 2024. The Republicans need a net gain of just one seat in the Senate and a net gain of five in the House to win back the majority. The only Democrat

Democrat political analyst David Shor on Friday warned the Democrat Party has become too elitist, exclusive, and intolerant of the American workers and the American family, which is threatening President Biden’s agenda in the Senate and future elections beyond 2022. “I think the core problem with the Democratic Party is that the people who run and staff the Democratic Party are much more educated and ideologically liberal and they live in cities, and ultimately our candidate pool reflects that,” David Shor told the New York Times about the Democrats inability to connect with working families in the middle of the country.

The U.S. court of appeals directed the Department of Justice to respond to the emergency motion by 5 p.m. next Tuesday.

Some days ago, Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, who is one of the moderates holding up Biden’s “build back better” agenda, was accosted and filmed in a public bathroom. The illegal immigrant activists blistered her for not supporting a pathway to citizenship via reconciliation, something the Senate parliamentarian has already said can’t be done anyway. But it was really the reaction to that scene that held the most impact. You expect far-left lunatics to be far-left lunatics. President Biden did not mention a labor shortage in remarks following the release of a disappointing jobs report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics on Friday. Biden blamed lower-than-expected hiring levels on the spread of the Delta variant of coronavirus. The Bureau’s report found that the U.S. added just 194,000 jobs in September, compared with the 500,000 expected by economists. “Remember, today’s report is based on a survey that was taken during the week of September 13…when COVID cases were averaging more than 150,000 per day,” Biden said. “Since then, we’ve seen the daily cases fall by more than one-third, and they’re continuing to trend down.” Biden also repeatedly

There’s a four-word expression that seems to be used a lot when it comes to Joe Biden and, in particular, his actions when it comes to the economy — fails to meet expectations. How many times have we heard this when talking about the jobs report under Biden? Well, here we are again. It’s October and now the September numbers are in and they “fail to meet expectations.” When even CNN has to say how bad it is, you know it’s bad. Here they are saying it’s “way less than expected,” less than last month, and “the worst of the year.”

Factories shut down and are just now revving up to full capacity. The “supply chain bottleneck” has become a fact of life. More than that, there’s almost $10 trillion worth of government stimulus in the West that’s burning holes in people’s pockets. But there are several other factors affecting the supply of many goods.
