Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe said the work of special counsel John Durham is taking a strange turn. He replied in the affirmative on Thursday when CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer asked whether a recent grand jury indictment against a cybersecurity lawyer accused of lying to the FBI and a fresh subpoena against a law firm with close ties to Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign shows the prosecutor found "essentially not much" so far in his inquiry into the origins and conduct of the Russia investigation. "There's really very little here relevant to what he supposedly was hired to investigate," McCabe added. "He's getting pretty far afield from the FBI..."

I would believe the opposite to anything McCabe says or anything said on CNN. Looks like the FBI itself was a victim, a victim of rogue FBI agents and Hillary. What is the opposite of "essentially not much" ?

It's a bit late to complain now, Andy. You should have told that to Mueller and Weissman when they we raiding, arresting and threatening Trump business associates in matters totally unrelated to Mueller's S. C. charter. Had you done that, we might believe you have some nobler principle in mind today other than just trying to save your butt.

Andrew McCabe - now there is a partisan name from the past! I guess he has been silent long enough for the left to believe he has been rehabilitated.

When will we ALL realize that WE are on our own. The Democrats ha e their agenda and the Republicans do nothing to stop them. Our Country is already changed beyond recognition and until we realize this is a SPIRITUAL fight and not a political fight, we will continue on the road to self destruction. I’m angry at the Democrats for being so foolish and stupid in their thinking, but I can respect them for being passionate about their beliefs. What are Republicans passionate about? Not a damn thing! The only thing they do is go on Fox news and expressing their outrage. And some of you are still tuning in to this 💩. Things will never change………..until things change.

Losing Rush has been tough. Until a few very long weeks ago, he was always in my life. Like other siblings growing up in the same home, we shared experiences that were exclusive to us. Our parents instilled in us -- and we thoroughly absorbed -- their Christian values: their love of God; their unconditional love for each other and for us; their belief in moral absolutes, of truth, of right and wrong; the paramount importance of family; the critical necessity of personal character and integrity; the value of human life; and the uncompromising duty to treat others with respect and compassion.

It used to be a thrill for conservatives to get “Drudged” – to have their piece linked on the Drudge Report. It meant traffic (which translated into money) and that a large audience would see it. By now, everyone recognizes Dr. Anthony Fauci. The director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases is one of the most cited immunology researchers of all time and unquestionably one of the most acclaimed.[snip] However, our elected representatives, the public and the media misunderstand his focused role and even his expertise as a scientist. Basic science underlying a viral pandemic is absolutely critical. But now is the time for the design of sound public policy — and that involves a far broader formulation than a single-minded focus on stopping COVID-19 at all costs.
