California Governor Newsom Survives Recall Election

Original Article

Posted By: Dreadnought, 9/15/2021 12:03:33 AM

California voters overwhelmingly chose to keep Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom in office in a recall election on Tuesday. Newsom was spared after a projection by the Associated Press showed that a majority of voters opted against recalling him. With 61 percent of the estimated vote in, early returns showed that 5.3 million voters supported keeping Newsom in office, while 2.5 million Californians voted in favor of his removal. The September 14 recall election was triggered after a petition to remove Newsom received more than 1.6 million verified signatures — a sign of Californians’ frustration

Stolen as expected. Californians didn't vote for any such thing. We are victims of the DNC fraud machine at the state level exactly the same as the entire country was in the 2020 Presidential and probably several others. We did not choose this man. We did not want this man. He was selected for us.

No surprises here. Didn't even bother paying attention to this after it came out that they were mailing out ballots to everyone and letting people print their own besides. Zero accountability. Elections mean nothing. When I read that Ashli Babbitt's house got three ballots, one to here and two to people that never lived there, it was totally obvious what was going to happen. You can vote your way into socialism, but you usually have to shoot your way out...

I doubt that a majority of voters opted against recalling him. With millions of illegal aliens allowed to vote, since they were signed up to vote with their "motor voter" rules, mail-in ballots sent to everyone, and obvious vote fraud, Larry Elder no doubt won, if they had had an honest election. You had to fold the mail-in ballot to mail it and computers often will not read the candidate at the fold. (why is there even a candidate listed where it must be folded?) Guess whose name, out of 46 candidates listed, is at the fold? If you guessed Larry Elder, you might be in favor of honest elections. You arrived to vote and were told you had already voted, for Newsom no doubt. Are you trying to vote twice, like the demoncrats do?

Now that they have cemented the criminal formula, and survived the acid test against the REAL American people, watch for the self-righteous anger and petty vengeance that these evil and aggressively authoritarian people are known for. Biden is such a caricature because his perverted dementia gives his rage and sociopathy a frightening, cartoonish purity, sort of like a movie "Killer Klown". But make no mistake: adherents to the authoritarian dark side of the American political scene share more than just a little of his sickness. I fear they will now feel free to "breathe in" the vindication of California. It is so hard to believe that we have blindly allowed this creeping leftist menace to grow while we treated it with tolerance and forbearance, just an academic pursuit of the socially insecure and politically sophomoric, but ultimately harmless. At the same time as we grew up for decades, vigilantly watching and defending against the international practitioners of the very same political dark arts, it apparently failed to inform our short attention spans and low-agenda leaders that the menace doesn't depend on borders or zip codes. I remember how my father, serving decades in two military services, spoke to me about American principles, the Constitution, and how much he felt that he owed the country his service... long hours in darkened rooms watching radar screens for the possibility of attack by foreign enemies of our traditions, rights and way of life... while many among us were stealthily working behind us, holding the doors wide open. I remember when I was younger, that it was accepted that we could debate and examine, at a sane arms length, such philosophies that poked and prodded, and sometimes even slashed and burned a bit, at the Constitution, capitalism, even God and individual rights and freedoms. But those were academic exercises, and when we were through we could sleep well, and dream of the things we could do and be in this good life. Ultimately, most of us grew up, in our own time, and learned to live and share in the real world, and in this great nation that allows such pursuits. But it is an entirely different and catastrophic matter that we went so far as to let people who never managed to reconcile with personal responsibility and peaceably settle into this life seize the reins, to weave into the tapestry like so many worms and tear at the heart of our fabric and distort our vision of life, reality and meaning as they have done through so many means. A slow-motion suicide that has been abetted by misguided tolerance, good will and expectations of mutual respect, directed at people who only see such features of civilization as opportunities to power. In just how many ways does it have to be said? These people who have come upon us as wolves masquerading as our fellow citizens, these totalitarians, socialists, communists... they are a virus, a cancer and an abomination in our midst. They are not Americans, neither in body or spirit. Face the fact that they do not understand nor respect our ideas or principles, and have only contempt and pity for the things the rest of us love and bleed for. Look at their reactions and performances at times of national emergency or collective sorrow for evidence that they are definitely the "Other" among us. Their lot should be exposure, public shame and disgrace, with their hands as far from the levers of power as possible. We must acknowledge that some prejudices are life-preserving, and edifying, and worthy, and that these people and their powers must be forced back into the sewers and dark crevices of life where they came from. My fear is that the good and the righteous have been pushed to a place where only the Founding Fathers' fateful advice for such times as these can bring the results needed. May God bless us.

I wouldn't be too hard on the Californians. Vote fraud is the norm and will be present in every election. All the institutions are corrupt, the media is corrupt. The people have no say. There will be no peaceful resolution to this problem, things are about to get very ugly for all of us. This is why the audits were/are so important and why the left is fighting them with everything they have. They are sick and tired of having to pretend to care what we think or want. It doesn't matter that he won by fraud. What matters is that he won; like xiden, he will govern as if his win were legitimate, and no one will stop him from completely gutting California. It used to be a great state. Republicans should have known that they would cheat just for cheating sake number one, and number two, they would steal this election so they wouldn't lose two governors from the two largest leftist enclaves having just lost Cuomo. Both of these clowns were going to run for president. Now, one clown still has a chance, and we all can't wait to be just like California. CA will be changed forever! Now the Dems have a firm grasp on elections there, so Republicans who had hoped to turn things around are going to give up and leave that State in Droves. That has already happened, but those who remained on the fence (Pending this re-call) will now follow the others who moved to more Republican Friendly States! Why in the world would anyone want to live in a place where you have to step over Homeless people? Why would you stay there and try to raise your family when your children can't go to School? Why would you live in a place that has a huge Crime problem, yet those in charge refuse to jail those who are causing the Crime? The same 2 takeaways we have had since the election of Bush in 2000, 1) elections are rigged 2) we may call ourselves Americans but we are not the same, just like the French and Germans are Europeans but they are certainly not the same. Our country is currently ruled by an immoral and really quite evil kleptocracy and this has been going on for decades. It really is time for this country to dissolve into independent regional countries with an agreement covering 3 pts. 1) Free movement of goods between regions(countries) 2) Ability of citizens of all regions to freely relocate to any other region 3) Shared military cooperation regarding borders only (anything else would be a coalition of the willing LOL). Bye Bye California and sympathies for any sane person still living there but hey you still have the freedom (for a limited time only I suspect) to move.

The World Bank said in a statement that the decision came after internal audit reports had raised “ethical matters, including the conduct of former Board officials as well as current and/or former Bank staff” and a board investigation conducted by the law firm WilmerHale. The US, UK and Australia are setting up a trilateral security partnership aimed at confronting China, which will include helping Australia to build nuclear-powered submarines. The initiative, called Aukus, was announced jointly by President Joe Biden and prime ministers Boris Johnson and Scott Morrison, joined virtually by videoconference. They presented it as the next critical step in an old alliance. Morrison said teams from the three countries would draw up a joint plan over the coming 18 months for assembling the new Australian nuclear-powered submarine fleet, which will be built in Adelaide. The project will make Australia only the seventh country in the world to have submarines propelled by nuclear reactors.

Yesterday, most of us were stunned to find that in the aftermath of the January 6 disturbance on Capitol Hill, Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Mark “White Rage” Milley had contacted his Chinese counterpart to promise that he’d give him advance notice of any attack on China carried out by an unstable President Trump. This is from the Washington Post’s promotion of the book “Peril” by Bob Woodward and Robert Costa. Twice in the final months of the Trump administration, the country’s top military officer was so fearful that the president’s actions might spark a war with China that he moved urgently to avert armed conflict.

“Americans’ views have dimmed on the way President Joe Biden is handling his job as president.” So begins the report from Quinnipiac University, on Biden’s job approval rating. And it just keeps getting “better” — this week, with Secretary of State Antony Blinken testifying in both chambers of Congress about Biden’s Afghanistan debacle, only opening his mouth to change feet. A new national poll from Quinnipiac has the beleaguered president’s job approval rating underwater, with 42 percent approving, of Biden’s overall job performance, compared to 50 percent who disapprove.

Earlier this month, President Biden signed an executive order with a lofty goal: he wants over half of all vehicle sales to be electric vehicles by 2030. The CEOs of GM (GM), Ford (F), and Stellantis (STLA) attended the White House event and threw their support behind the measure, pledging to put billions of dollars into manufacturing EVs and to work with Democrats to have American workers produce them. “There’s no turning back. When Joe Biden’s Health and Human Services made the announcement earlier this month (LINK) that they were taking full control over Monoclonal Antibody drugs (mAb) in order to begin rationing the highly effective treatment for COVID-19 infection, several people sounded alarm bells as there was the potential for rationing of COVID treatment based on political ideology. Representative Chip Roy of Texas was one of the first to raise concerns (link). The change in HHS approach followed republican governor Ron DeSantis of Florida promoting the use of mAb and opening up dozens of treatment centers throughout his state. SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Despite warnings the race would be close, California Gov. Gavin Newsom decisively defeated efforts to kick him out of office, a win the Democrat cast as an endorsement of his handling of the coronavirus pandemic and his party’s liberal values. Newsom cruised to victory in the recall election Tuesday, boosted by healthy turnout among an overwhelmingly Democratic electorate, ensuring the nation’s most populous state will remain a laboratory for progressive policies. With an estimated two-thirds of ballots counted, the “no” response to the question of whether to recall Newsom was ahead by a 30-point margin.

President Biden is standing by Gen.
