Unreal! The Biden DOJ put out a warning to states who choose to audit the fraudulent 2020 election results! First, they threatened Arizona. Now they’re threatening the rest of the country! ABC News reported: The Justice Department on Wednesday released guidance intended to caution states embarking on so-called post-election ‘audits’ of vote counts for the 2020 presidential election that they must not run afoul of federal voting laws. The guidance, previously previewed last month by Attorney General Merrick Garland in his policy address on voting rights, outlines federal statutes that the department says elections officials must adhere to during such “audits,” such as preserving all federal elections materials

Comments:

If they were confident that no nefarious deeds took place, they wouldn't be so afraid of audits.

I know it will never happen. But the first thing the Rebublicans should do after impeaching Biden and Harris is to defund the Dept of Just-Us, FBI and IRS. And tell theses now unfunded organizations that funding will be returned when they prove beyond an unreasonable doubt that they put the nation first and Democrats will be treated like the rest of us. Watch how fast no money leads to radical (i.e neutral) change.

What's to keep BW Biden's DOJ from declaring all these audits are invalid? Ultimately nothing will happen, but more and more people will realize the election was stolen. The other thing that will cost them votes is inflation. My friend went to purchase a ribeye steak at the grocery and the price has doubled. But Hey! We are saving the planet! What will determine what happens going forward is who runs for President, and whether or not election fraud will be thwarted.

What a cynical perversion of the real law. The message is that anything that potentially could show illegality is a violation of federal law. Joseph Heller had it right in "Catch-22". This is also an example of prior restraint. The DOJ is assuming that any auditors like Cyber Ninja will commit crimes before they have even gotten in the door. In what third world bannana republic is this considered equal protection or justice under the law.

Bye Dung's guidance means jack sht. Just like yesterdays' 'guidance' about the legality of vaccine mandates, DoJ has zero authority to do anything but flap their lips on the subject of legality. In fact, they have even less to say about what states do with their elections, as the Constitution specifically gives the state legislatures control over elections. Merrick Garland needs to stay in his lane, and STxU.

This DOJ “guidance” has no legal standing. The memo has Lawfare group fingerprints all over it. It’s an attempt to intimidate state and local officials in conducting the audits, provide local dems cover for non-compliance on subpoenas, and drives right into a direct violation of the 10th Amendment.

The DOJ has no Constitutional authority to meddle in State election laws. They know this. At the end of the day this will be presented to the Supreme Court and that’s where election integrity will live or die. I’m not placing bets on it either way.

Ignore the "guidance". What are the Feds going to do they don't always do? If they take any action to interfere they will end up in front of SCOTUS ASAP. The legal hacks will have a difficult time to explain why a state's post-election examination, which has no bearing on the election outcome, violates any civil rights obligations.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that the DOJ are going to construct violations of federal law based on canvassing of voters AFTER the election. The DOJ "guidance" tips their hand by indicating that merely asking questions of minorities is intimidation that may affect FUTURE voting. Do the state audits really need canvassing to de-certify the results? Hundreds of thousands of fraudulent votes can be proven without canvassing.

Common sense will tell you that if Biden, Harris, and Obama’s crew that now works in the Biden White House and Dept. of Justice were on the up and up and really thought that the election results were legitimate, they would back the States conducting comprehension forensic election audits that would show that Biden legitimately won the election. The Constitution 'Trumps' federal law. The federal government has no power to change how states perform federal elections. That power is given exclusively to state LEGISLATURES. Even state governors have NO SAY. Legislatures set the rules for voting in federal elections. Governors have no veto power over what the legislatures say. Governors have absolutely NO Power to set or change voting rules. If legislatures want to have audits of their votes and correct fraudulent results, the federal government cant say a word about it.

If bureaucrats, judges and government officials who were not members of their state legislatures had not cancelled the existing procedures for providing ballot integrity, audits would not be necessary to weed out fraudulent ballots. If Attorney General Merrick Garland insists that federal statues can override the state legislatures in defiance of the U.S. Constitution, he proves, yet again, that he is not Supreme Court Justice material.

One of the most obvious misconceptions about liberals today is that they personify tolerance. The Oxford English Dictionary defines tolerance as "the ability or willingness to tolerate something, in particular the existence of opinions or behavior that one does not necessarily agree with. A recent poll by the Survey Center on American Life at the American Enterprise Institute found that Democrats are twice as likely as Republicans to report ending a friendship over a political disagreement (20% versus 10%). Liberals are also "far more likely than conservatives are to say they are no longer friends with someone due to political differences" (28% versus 10%).

It is always amazing to observe how the Biden administration and Democrats ignore the preferences of the American people in deference to their own political ambitions. It is also interesting to note that they insist Biden won fair and square but they are also clinging to election law exceptions ostensibly put in place due to the pandemic — and presenting them as the norm for the future. Even though no one is really buying their “Jim Crow 2.0” narrative, they continue to charge ahead. On Wednesday, the Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) sent a guidance document warning states about the election security laws under consideration or already signed into law.

Texas Republican Gov. In a letter to Abbott, Garland claimed the governor’s order was “dangerous” as well as “contrary to federal law and cannot be enforced.” The attorney general also claimed the order was unconstitutional, as it “interferes with [federal] immigration enforcement” and obstructs the “release of individuals and the ability of those individuals to comply with federal immigration law.”

The Delta variant is much more contagious, more likely to break through protections afforded by the vaccines and may cause more severe disease than all other known versions of the virus, according to an internal presentation circulated within the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Dr. Rochelle P. Walensky, the director of the agency, acknowledged on Tuesday that vaccinated people with so-called breakthrough infections of the Delta variant carry just as much virus in the nose and throat as unvaccinated people, and may spread it just as readily, if less often.

Hate crimes documented by police disproportionately list Black people as attackers, according to a new report by several civil rights groups for better protections under hate crime laws. Released Wednesday, the report is a comprehensive national review of hate crime laws that shows where laws variate.(Snip)Though the majority of hate crimes in the U.S. are committed by white people, motivated by racial or ethnic bias, the crimes disproportionately reported Black Americans as the attackers. In at least 13 states, Black Americans were listed by law enforcement as the perpetrators in hate crimes at a rate roughly 1.6 to 3.6 times greater than the size of the state's

McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas could become Harry Reid International as soon as September, a Clark County official said today. The county could conduct a ceremony and put up a new sign this fall to mark the renaming of the airport for the former longtime U.S. senator from Nevada, said Commissioner Tick Segerblom, a leading advocate for the renaming. The County Commission unanimously voted in February to rename the county-owned and operated airport for Democrat Reid, a Searchlight native who spent more than 30 years in Washington, mostly as a senator but also as a U.S. representative. He was Senate majority leader from 2007 to 2015.

A new coronavirus variant that originated in Colombia has been detected in South Florida. Variant B.1.621 has yet to receive a Greek letter designation from the World Health Organization (WHO), but it is starting to make an impact in Miami. Carlos Miyoga, CEO of Jackson Health System in Miami, told Local 10 that the strain accounts for around 10 percent of cases in the area. Health experts suspect that constant travel between Miami and Colombia caused the variant to travel in the state and are urging residents to get vaccinated. The variant was first discovered in January in the Colombia, where, at its peak in late June,

The chief judge in DC's federal court questioned the Justice Department's decision to offer misdemeanor plea deals to nonviolent US Capitol rioters, saying at a hearing Thursday that the relatively light punishment might not be enough to deter similar attacks in the future. "Does the government have any concern ... of the defendant joining a mob, breaking into the Capitol building" in the future, and "terrorizing members of Congress, the vice president, who had to be evacuated," Chief Judge Beryl Howell asked prosecutors during the plea hearing.

Black Lives Matter is giving a Rhode Island senator an ultimatum to cut all ties with a controversial country club accused of only admitting white people — even though he has already denied being a member. BLM Rhode Island told WLNE that Democrat Sheldon Whitehouse has until next Friday to either resign or cut ties with Newport-based Bailey’s Beach Club — or it will make his life miserable, the station said. “We’ll go to his club, we’ll go to his office, we’ll go to his home — wherever we need to go,” one of the chapter’s directors, Mark Fisher, vowed.

Throughout the “back the blue” craze of the Trump era, one thing became abundantly clear that largely quelled it — police follow orders. That includes orders that are patently absurd and violate the basic freedoms of individuals. Yes, law enforcement officers generally do good work and are to be respected for that, but if you are expecting them to stand up to their authorities to protect the rights of individuals, they are almost always going to disappoint you. Take that revelation and do with it what you will. Another example of that has emerged within the Capitol of the United States. Nancy Pelosi has ordered

DENVER – Denver Police Chief Paul Pazen has had it. He says his officers are arresting a record number of armed felons, but the Denver County Court and Denver District Attorney’s Office are releasing them with low or no bonds.(Snip) He says a third of the people arrested for homicide last year were out on parole at the time and most of them were convicted felons. While felons are, by law, prohibited from having a gun, Pazen says his officers are arresting a record number of armed felons. They’ve picked up 415 so far this year compared to 280 on

Fox News host Tucker Carlson hilariously called Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin a "neurotic cat lady" during Thursday night's "Tucker Carlson Tonight" opening monologue. Austin's Twitter account posted a video of the fully-vaccinated defense secretary exiting his plane on Thursday wearing a face shield and a face mask during a visit to the Philippines.
