Republican Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Matt Gaetz, Louis Gohmert and Paul Gosar showed up at the federal lockup facility currently housing roughly 50 January 6 detainees in order to inspect the conditions of the political prisoners. They were looking into accusations of mistreatment, including being denied access to lawyers, beatings, and solitary confinement. They were denied. [Tweet] The same four reps attempted to meet Attorney General Merrick Garland to discuss the treatment of the January 6 detainees last Tuesday, but they were not allowed in the building. They held a brief presser, which was shut down by commies after about 20 minutes.

We live lin a country where the people in power can lock their enemies up, keep them in isolation, and treat them in direct conflict of the law. RIP United States of America.

We are going to get nothing from the courts, which are corrupt leftists. Republicans are going to activate their own security and militias, or they are going to be ruled and overran.

Democrats have crossed the Rubicon in this country and have gone full blown Marxist. Denying basic rights to American citizens used to get democrats in a tizzy. Now, they are the tyrants. I am shocked that they can get away with this injustice, but it just goes to show the powerful grip these totalitarians have on this country. Who would have ever believed this would happen in this country? I can only imagine what the world must think about the home of the free and land of the brave.

They will take your rights: We now have political prisoners. They will take your wealth: They will need trillions of dollars for their spending. They will take your lives: Remember Ashli Babbitt. One of two things will happen. Either Washington will cave to popular pressure, and clean up its act, or we will be ruled at the point of a gun.

Someday, somehow, these prisoners will be freed, much to the left's chagrin. Then the games will begin. They will sue for millions and win,, if there is any justice left in the US. Those Jan. 6th events were amateur hour when it comes to rioting. These people are being held to send a message to us not to ever disagree with democrats.

OP, thank you for posting this valuable article. In regard to your comment, I would like to suggest that lighting a powder keg, rather than being unwitting, is their plan. The radical left is probably surprised at how long it’s taking and nothing would render the U.S. weaker than an internal war. The question I have is whether we are at the razor’s edge of a Marxist takeover or are we already a Chinese colony. Also, what can be done? I can only think that patriots refuse to pay federal taxes, deny any federal authority not covered in the Bill of Rights including masks and refrain from buying products made in China whenever possible. But first we have to know the facts.

OP, I wish that were true. Unfortunately, the dems were shrewd enough to stage the Jan. 6 “insurrection,” and many on the right bought it just enough to be hesitant about any type of physical reaction. Case in point, look at what many posters here had to say about some Republicans that defied Nancy Pelosi’s latest dictate. .

So, Members of Congress get stonewalled and run off by a few prison bulls. No guts, no glory. These twits should have sat on the lobby floor and been dragged out, even arrested, cuffed and hauled of screaming like some of their Democrat colleagues do. But, gee, that might go on their permanent record. We don't want trouble... And where are the "true conservatives" demonstrating at this facility day after day? You know, the ones who want to water that tree of liberty. Yeah, they have jobs and are too busy, and it might start a fight, and it could go on their permanent record, too.

Stick a Fork in Liz Cheney—She's Done 10 replies

Rep. Liz Cheney, recently dubbed a “Pelosi Republican” by Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, has lost the support of her constituents and is on the fast track to losing her next election in 2022. According to polling data, a mere 23 percent of primary-voting Republicans plan to vote for her again—a whopping 77 percent plan to vote for someone else. Cheney’s image has been destroyed by her vote to impeach Trump earlier this year and her support for the partisan January 6 commission. President Trump wants to use his influence in the party to push out wobbly Republicans who didn’t support his Make America Great Again agenda.

One of the most obvious misconceptions about liberals today is that they personify tolerance. The Oxford English Dictionary defines tolerance as "the ability or willingness to tolerate something, in particular the existence of opinions or behavior that one does not necessarily agree with. A recent poll by the Survey Center on American Life at the American Enterprise Institute found that Democrats are twice as likely as Republicans to report ending a friendship over a political disagreement (20% versus 10%). Liberals are also "far more likely than conservatives are to say they are no longer friends with someone due to political differences" (28% versus 10%).

It is always amazing to observe how the Biden administration and Democrats ignore the preferences of the American people in deference to their own political ambitions. It is also interesting to note that they insist Biden won fair and square but they are also clinging to election law exceptions ostensibly put in place due to the pandemic — and presenting them as the norm for the future. Even though no one is really buying their “Jim Crow 2.0” narrative, they continue to charge ahead. On Wednesday, the Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) sent a guidance document warning states about the election security laws under consideration or already signed into law.

Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott accused the Biden administration Thursday of “jeopardizing the health and safety of Texans on a daily basis” after Attorney General Merrick Garland threatened a lawsuit over a new order allowing state troopers to stop and turn around vehicles suspected of carrying illegal immigrants. In a letter to Abbott, Garland claimed the governor’s order was “dangerous” as well as “contrary to federal law and cannot be enforced.” The attorney general also claimed the order was unconstitutional, as it “interferes with [federal] immigration enforcement” and obstructs the “release of individuals and the ability of those individuals to comply with federal immigration law.”

Former Sen. Carl Levin, Michigan’s longest-serving senator, died Thursday at age 87. Levin’s family and the Levin Center at Wayne State University confirmed his death in an announcement late Thursday. “He had a penchant for seeing the world through the eyes of people who struggled against injustice and was called to hold our democratic institutions accountable to everyone – first as a student activist, then as a young defense attorney, Detroit City Council member, and U.S. Senator,” the statement said. The announcement didn’t include a cause of death, but Levin had been fighting lung cancer, The Detroit Free Press stated.

The “Karen” meme is back, and it’s funnier than ever. The 2020 Tokyo Olympics are currently well underway but that doesn’t stop the fact that people are already talking about the 2024 games. The next cycle of the Olympics is set to be held in Paris, and while the logo was released back in October 2019, fans can’t help but roast the design again. The logo is very reminiscent of the “Karen” meme — a Caucasian woman with a short haircut who always “needs to speak to the manager.” The Parisian emblem is meant to depict three symbols: the Olympic flame, a gold medal and the hair and lips of Marianne,

Unreal! The Biden DOJ put out a warning to states who choose to audit the fraudulent 2020 election results! First, they threatened Arizona. Now they’re threatening the rest of the country! ABC News reported: The Justice Department on Wednesday released guidance intended to caution states embarking on so-called post-election ‘audits’ of vote counts for the 2020 presidential election that they must not run afoul of federal voting laws. The guidance, previously previewed last month by Attorney General Merrick Garland in his policy address on voting rights, outlines federal statutes that the department says elections officials must adhere to during such “audits,” such as preserving all federal elections materials

The Verge reports that Toyota, the world’s largest carmaker, is working behind the scenes to stall any federal mandates that would ban gas-burning cars. According to The New York Times, a top Toyota executive has met with congressional leaders behind closed doors in recent weeks to advocate against the Biden administration’s plans to spend billions of dollars to incentivize the shift to EVs. The executive, Chris Reynolds, has argued that hybrids, like the Toyota Prius, as well as hydrogen-powered fuel cell vehicles should also be in the mix. In addition, Toyota is also pushing back against EV-friendly policy through the auto industry’s main DC-based lobbying group, the Alliance for Automotive Innovation.

Jackson Women’s Health “is an ideal vehicle for the Court to finally overrule Roe v. When superstar gymnast Simone Biles withdrew from team competition this past week at the Tokyo Olympics, citing emotional exhaustion that was hampering her ability to perform, the world gasped. And yet it made perfect sense. Biles was simply saying “no” to the enormous pressure, physical and psychological, that an event like
