Biden DOJ Sends a Warning to States Eliminating
Pandemic Election Law Exceptions

It is always amazing to observe how the Biden administration and Democrats ignore the preferences of the American people in deference to their own political ambitions. It is also interesting to note that they insist Biden won fair and square but they are also clinging to election law exceptions ostensibly put in place due to the pandemic — and presenting them as the norm for the future. Even though no one is really buying their “Jim Crow 2.0” narrative, they continue to charge ahead. On Wednesday, the Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) sent a guidance document warning states about the election security laws under consideration or already signed into law.

Comments:

The voting laws for Delaware are included in this article. All states should copy them to the letter and say that they are just following the president’s home state, since he doesn't seem to have any objections!

Most, if not all, of the exceptions to election laws cancelled rules that provided integrity to election procedures that protected against fraud. The lying campaign by the Democrats to prevent reestablishing integrity to our elections is a deplorable disgrace. The DOJ has is increasing becoming the Department of Injustice because of the biased partisans Biden has put in positions of authority.

Too bad the DOJ and FBI didn't care more about children being sex-trafficked than carrying water for the corrupt Marxist democrats. Jeffrey Epstein was given a sweetheart deal in 2008 by the Florida U.S. Attorney, (a murky "non-prosecution agreement" with felonies dropped) basically a one-year work release where he could leave the prison daily. Contrast that with sex-offender, Gregory Thomas Garcia, who was recently sentenced in Florida to 16 years in prison, for sex-trafficking minors, a crime identical to JE's and in the same state. Epstein had to register as a sex-offender in 2009, yet after finishing his cozy work-release sentence, he was able to start right back up with Lolita flights to the evil island, right under the nose of the DOJ and FBI. A registered sex-offender taking children to an off-shore island, in his private jet, along with other elite pedophiles, and no one blinked, until 10 years later when Trump came into office. If the witch had won, Epstein Island would be still be booming. The real story of the Satanic island is being covered up. A judge in the Maxwell case suppressed certain lurid details saying it was too "impure and sensational" for the public. I guess we can't handle it. The Netflix special barely scratched the surface, and some feel it was controlled disinformation. After all, the Obamas are on the board at Netflix. The FBI reportedly raided the island and secured hundreds of hours of video. All the video evidence was seized and placed in a large cardboard box, along with 2 laptops. The sealed box is reportedly sitting on a shelf in the basement of the Hoover building marked, "Do Not Open. See Chris Wray."

Someone should warn Garland that until he gains some knowledge of Constitutional law he might want to stop issuing empty threats. He is not going to dictate State election laws and no bill passed in Congress will change that. It is clearly spelled out in the Constitution.

Quoting various laws and the Constitution is useless as long as Biden can say, "I am da law!" and get away with it. He has more executive orders guiding the country than Stinky ever thought about. It is up to us to separate legal laws from communist mandates and act accordingly. The states that go along with the DOJ obviously plan to cheat and should be eliminated from the election. Citizens of those states should take their state and the feds to court. As we saw in 2020, mail-in ballots make an election pointless.

One of the most obvious misconceptions about liberals today is that they personify tolerance. The Oxford English Dictionary defines tolerance as "the ability or willingness to tolerate something, in particular the existence of opinions or behavior that one does not necessarily agree with. A recent poll by the Survey Center on American Life at the American Enterprise Institute found that Democrats are twice as likely as Republicans to report ending a friendship over a political disagreement (20% versus 10%). Liberals are also "far more likely than conservatives are to say they are no longer friends with someone due to political differences" (28% versus 10%).

Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott accused the Biden administration Thursday of “jeopardizing the health and safety of Texans on a daily basis” after Attorney General Merrick Garland threatened a lawsuit over a new order allowing state troopers to stop and turn around vehicles suspected of carrying illegal immigrants. In a letter to Abbott, Garland claimed the governor’s order was “dangerous” as well as “contrary to federal law and cannot be enforced.” The attorney general also claimed the order was unconstitutional, as it “interferes with [federal] immigration enforcement” and obstructs the “release of individuals and the ability of those individuals to comply with federal immigration law.”

The guidance, previously previewed last month by Attorney General Merrick Garland in his policy address on voting rights, outlines federal statutes that the department says elections officials must adhere to during such “audits,” such as preserving all federal elections materials

In addition, Toyota is also pushing back against EV-friendly policy through the auto industry’s main DC-based lobbying group, the Alliance for Automotive Innovation.
