The FBI’s Washington Field Office released a surveillance photo on Thursday of a person suspected of leaving pipe bombs near both the Republican and Democratic National Committee headquarters on Wednesday.
The grainy images does not have much detail, as the suspect is wearing a hooded sweatshirt and mask at the time the photo was taken.
The incidents happened as supporters of President Donald Trump stormed the US Capitol and rioted as members of Congress counted the Electoral College votes.
The FBI said there is a $50,000 reward for information that would lead to the location, arrest, and conviction of the suspect.
Twitch has locked President Donald Trump’s account indefinitely following the riots that took place on Capitol Hill on Wednesday.
“In light of yesterday’s shocking attack on the Capitol, we have disabled President Trump’s Twitch channel,” a Twitch spokesperson said in a statement, according to the Verge. “Given the current extraordinary circumstances and the President’s incendiary rhetoric, we believe this is a necessary step to protect our community and prevent Twitch from being used to incite further violence,” the statement continued.
The company added that it would reassess Trump’s account after his term as president ends on January 20.

Like pretty much all conservatives, I have consistently criticized riots and other forms of political violence for many years. That includes yesterday’s Washington, D.C. riot. You can’t say the same about liberals, however. Until yesterday, one might have thought that liberals consider rioting and other forms of political violence to be as American as apple pie.
You could write a book in support of that proposition, but for now let’s cite just a few examples. Do you remember when President Trump was inaugurated on January 20, 2017? I part company with many thinkers I esteem on the right when I say: What happened yesterday does not call for invoking the 25th Amendment. We all know the history of this amendment, we know why it was passed (memories of Woodrow Wilson’s stroke, which left him largely incapacitated and effectively made his wife the unelected president, followed by fears surrounding the assassination of John F. Kennedy), and if we’re being honest with ourselves, we know that it does not apply to Donald Trump.

A young man named John Sullivan was there. He's from Utah and the founder of "Insurgence USA," which is a group dedicated to "racial justice and police reform." According to numerous news reports, he has a history of organizing leftist protests and identifies with Black Lives Matter.

The horrifying images at the nation’s Capitol on Wednesday — during what should have been a peaceful counting of electoral votes — was well-covered by the news media, which had been expecting a raucous 24 hours (both inside and outside the government chambers).
It also pulled in a lot of media that’s been carefully trying to toe the line between acknowledging the real world and reporting on non-“newsy” subjects. Which is pretty impossible when you have domestic terrorist cosplayers pushing aside security and invading the offices of elected officials without fear of arrest.
Presumptive Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer called on Vice President Mike Pence to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove President Donald Trump from office.
“What happened at the U.S. Capitol yesterday was an insurrection against the United States, incited by the president," Schumer, D-N.Y., said in a statement on Thursday. "This president should not hold office one day longer."
Schumer joins a growing contingent of lawmakers from both parties to call for Trump's removal, either by using the 25th amendment or through impeachment.

Congress certified the Electoral College results early on Thursday morning, after a pro-Trump mob overran the Capitol building and forced lawmakers to evacuate the premises.
Shortly following the certification, President Trump released a statement affirming that he would transfer power to Joe Biden on Inauguration Day. The statement came amid unconfirmed reports that Republican officials were looking into removing Trump by invoking the 25th Amendment of the Constitution.
“Even though I totally disagree with the outcome of the election, and the facts bear me out, nevertheless there will be an orderly transition on January 20th,” Trump said, adding that he would “continue our fight to ensure that only legal votes were counted.”
The new party line that social media and the propaganda narrative media are enforcing is that any questioning of the fairness of the past presidential election amounts to incitement to violence. Apparently using that illogic as a basis, Jack Dorsey’s Twitter actually censored a video that President Trump posted, calling for demonstrators to go home and be peaceful.
That sort of thinking would lead to Twitter suspending the accounts of anyone complaining about racial injustice, since Black Lives Matter demonstrations have wreaked so much damage on so many cities, in the name of racial justice. Of course, the same standards never apply to leftists and conservatives when Twitter is censoring.
The press was having a field day bashing President Trump in noting the resignations and withdrawals from his White House of some rather cowardly officials.

I have two words for the Republican Party establishment: Not Happy Birthday. It’s along the lines of “Trump You,” using a few different letters earlier in the alphabet.
Most Trump supporters, like myself, have been optimistic that just like in the movies, good will win out over evil, middle earth will live in peace with men, elves, and dwarves coexisting for the common good, rather than being enslaved like orcs. It’s often hard to understand the impact an event will have in the future when you are going through it in real time or soon after.
