Hours after a violent mob of President Trump’s supporters breached the U.S. Capitol Building, forcing a lockdown and leaving four people dead, Congress reconvened to certify Joe Biden’s victory in the 2020 presidential election. Vice President Mike Pence, who presided over the vote count, formally announced the results of Biden’s 306-232 win over Trump in the Electoral College.(Snip)At 3:32 a.m. ET, Congress had certified enough electoral votes to surpass the 270 threshold that guaranteed Biden would become the 46th president, effectively ending a futile bid by Trump and his supporters to overturn the results of November’s election.

I was there. The enormous crowd was peaceful, carrying flags, praying and obeying the law. That is what most conservatives do. When Pence announced that he was going to go along with the voter fraud the crowd was disgusted. We felt this was the last straw along with every other republican politician betraying us. Yes, some did storm the capital out of pure frustration. Their goal was to fly their flags on the balcony of the Capital and to let the AOCs of congress know that they are not happy. These people were NOT destructive people, they were patriots that felt that they have been betrayed.
When I came home, my husband mentioned that there were people throwing rocks at the police. I was shocked because the people that were there were peaceful, but frustrated as hell. Later, we found out that there was at least one bus full of Antifa that mixed in the crowd.
What I will not forget is our Republican politicians turning their backs on this entire voter fraud mess. If President Trump starts a new political party, I'm done and gone from the Republican party. I'm also sure that a large number of the 75+ million will follow.

Seeing as how we are a uni-Party country anyway, maybe 75 million of us ought to re-register as democrats and take over that hot mess from the inside and put in our own “democrats” - the GOP has gone Whig.

GOP will have a hard time gaining trust of the conservative voters in the next election. They are all in positions to pad their pockets and care zip about their constituents. Pox on all of them.

Thanks for the info, #2. It's always good to hear from someone who was actually there! It's too bad it turned into the mess at the Capitol, but I blame that entirely on Mike Pence. If he had not put out that Letter, stating he was not going to do anything but Bless the Fraudulent Electors, I don't think the crowd would have surged to the Capitol. But when we/they heard what he said, it was the last slap in the face from someone in our party betraying us! He should have done his job, heard the objections, and made a decision. Instead, for some reason, he wanted to stick it to Trump and this was his way of being Mr. Big! His way of telling the Establishment he was still one of them! It worked, but it also set off the Thousands of Trump supporters! All on Pence, IMHO!

I told you they'd get this done in the wee hours of the night. That's how the Jews did it to Jesus.
The storming of the Capitol was barely storming. They ran like chicken poop, so it has to be spun as "storming." They were in such fear for their lives. May they live in fear everyday for the rest of their lives.
Posters #2, #4, I'm changing my party affiliation to Independent or nothing asap. I suggest others do the same. I've never sent these clowns money, now they won't get to count me as one of them. They want to be in the minority, I'll give them a hand. I wish there was a way to get my vote back from Lindsey Graham; that really bothers me that I broke down and voted for his arse, and he turned on the President two days after traveling with him to Georgia. What a horrible person. They're all horrible people. Judas Pence is a disgraced man. Yesterday proved what a liar he is; he's lied to the President and the American people for four years. His legacy is that he goes out the left's forgotten hero, a nobody.

If you ever hear me refer to Pedo Joe as the legitimate president, please correct me because I would be wrong.

Biden did not "win" and I wish they would stop saying that. Donald Trump and 74 million Americans were robbed. I wonder if our founders ever considered how much damage that a crooked and incompetent Supreme Court could do. First Obamacare, now this.

Poster #4's idea is brilliant. Imagine what smart people could accomplish within the current crop of tree stumps that make up the democrat party. I know I'm done with the republicans whether there is a third party or not.

The media CREATED the idea of Trump supporters 'storming' the Capitol.
EYE WITNESSES on the ground DO NOT corroborate this!
In fact, facial recognition shows those who DID enter the Capitol to be antifa/blm!!!
Another LIE being spun around the world IN DEFIANCE OF THE TRUTH.
The coup is complete, and they have gone to great lengths to perpetrate it.
We now live in an "information curtain" where the puppet masters will curate and create reality when we KNOW differently and they will ruin ANYONE who stands in their way--

I'm afraid that yesterday's events will be looked back on as President Trump's Waterloo. I watched the rally and our president was, as usual, superb. The only thing that disturbed me was his assertion that Vice-President Pence could derail the certification. That was never in the cards since the Constitution is very clear that Pence's participation was strictly ceremonial. I turned off the TV and went about my business and only found out about the horror that followed by station surfing on the radio.
Oh, what a miscalculation! President Trump went from under-dog hero fighting for election integrity to the spark that led to a tiny fraction of rally attendees to run amok, leading to the death of a woman. As Trump himself would say, "it was a disaster." Whether he should have foreseen that unstable supporters could have been so insane as to break violently into the capitol is moot. Had the rally not been held this wouldn't have happened. That the riot occurred during the process where federal representatives were arguing President Trump's case is tragic.
Whatever momentum Trump had generated to fix the obvious rigged electoral process that the Democrats have foisted on the country will hit, at best, big speed bumps and at worst will halted for good. I hope President Trump can somehow recover but I worry that like Napoleon, his run is over. The country will quicken its spin down the toilet.

The Republicans certify a fraudulent election, and commit suicide, rather than fight for the preservation of the constitutional republic. I am done with the Republicans. I really cannot support being stabbed in the back.

I saw NO rock throwing, NO water bottle throwing. The Enemedia is LYING about what happened.
There may have been a tiny number of antifa thugs in the crowd, but they didn't do much. The overwhelming majority of folks were peaceful.
THIS is your REAL "mostly peaceful" demonstration. Show me video of violence. I didn't see any other than the idiot officer who shot a peaceful demonstrator for no reason.
The Enemedia says that blocks of burned out buildings were "mostly peaceful" and this ACTUAL peaceful pushing into the Capitol was "a riot". LIARS all of them, including Fox.
