Former U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr soundly denounced the Republican president for Wednesday’s incitement of the #MAGA mob attack on Congress as a “betrayal of his office.” The onetime unflinching Trump loyalist trashed his ex-boss for encouraging thousands of his loyal supporters to storm the capitol. “Orchestrating a mob to pressure Congress is inexcusable,” Barr said in a statement to the Associated Press. His comments come a day after angry and armed protesters broke into the U.S. Capitol, forcing Congress members to halt the ongoing vote to certify President-elect Joe Biden’s election and then flee from the House and Senate chambers.

Barr, you cannot cover up your treachery and lies that you made to the American people. You told us a report was coming every quarter, before the election, and it was all lies, and you knew it. Lying to the American people should get you a lot more years in prison than lying to the FBI. You know you are a backstabber, Barr, and this diversion is your way of living with yourself. However, I am not living with you. You are a traitor and are a dishonored disgrace.

Perhaps of Barr had investigated Antifa they would not have been able (as seems likely from photographic identification) to infiltrate the peaceful Trump demonstrators and lead the attack on the Capitol.

This is what Trump said:
"And after this, we're going to walk down there, and I'll be there with you, we're going to walk down ... to the Capitol and we are going to cheer on our brave senators and congressmen and women," Trump told the crowd. "And we're probably not going to be cheering so much for some of them. Because you'll never take back our country with weakness. You have to show strength and you have to be strong."
Never heard the word...'storm.'

News item that received scant attention. Efrain 'Stone' Reyes, Jeffrey Epstein's last cellmate, was moved out of Epstein's cell the day before Epstein "killed himself." Reyes was then debriefed by Attorney General William Barr personally, released from prison, and died last month "of coronavirus." Professionals would call this typing up loose ends. Where is Epstein now? I have a guess.

Bill Barr talks about betrayal of office??
Is this the Barr who claimed the President of the United States was spied on the the prior admin??
Who said there was no predicate to the phony russia collusion case??
Who said mail in elections were "playing with filre"??
Then tries to blame the fire on the arson victim??
He failed to do ANYTHING to rectify those crimes. Nothing worse than a weakling who talks tough.
Not having to listen to bill barr is the good part of seeing this administration end.

The higher they rise .....the more ridiculous they become when they crash and burn. Fat Albert is such a disappointment, when he could have been a bright spot in a very crooked department (thanks to scum extraordinaire Eric Holder). Time to exit stage left with his bagpipe and weak character.

Barr spat on his oath of office for his entire tenure, seeking no justice but only the protection of the Capital's powerful, and this gentlemen then dares say that a President speaking Truth to Establishment Power, laying out how our institutions have betrayed us, is the one who "betrayed his office"? In DC we find the corrupt of the earth.

Bill Barr is just making sure he will get invitations to the Washington cocktail and dinner parties, and will probably be available as a commencement speaker (with the usual generous honoraria, of course) and interviews on PBS.

It is clear now that Barr who was recommended to President Trump by the establishment Republicans to fill the vacant Attorney General slot, was nothing more than a “place holder” for the DC establishment “UniParty” and never had any intention to legitimately investigating the Hillary Clinton created Russian collusion hoax and the conspirators who hyped it up and lied to hurt Trump. In the end Barr has turned out to be just another bureaucratic deep stater.

William Barr has great personal expertise in betrayal of his office, but his opinion is of no value. It would be great service to honor the many brave men and women who fought and died for this failed nation over the centuries to lift the lid on exactly what blackmail secrets are being held on trash like Barr, and probably 95% of the US Congress, the Supreme Court, and the rest.
