ABC News: 'Getting Rid of Trump Easy
Part'; 'Cleansing' America of 'Movement He

In the aftermath of the pro-Trump siege of the U.S. Capitol Building on Wednesday, ABC News Political Director Rick Klein is calling for a “cleansing” of the Trump “movement,” across America. Getting rid of Trump “is the easy part,” Klien tweeted; getting rid of the movement Trump “commands” is another. “Trump will be an ex-president in 13 days. The fact is that getting rid of Trump is the easy part. Cleansing the movement he commands is going to be something else.” “Cleansing the movement”? Just me, or does that sound a tad too close to “cleansing” Adolf Hitler and the Nazis from post-WWII Germany? The following tweet became “unavailable”

Trump is going to be a much more powerful voice as a former President. The Democrats know that, and is why they may try to rush through another impeachment proceeding and try to get the US Senate to remove him from office before his term ends in 13 days. If they get that job done, they keep Trump from being eligible to run for office again in 2024. With the House of Representatives and the Senate in session and in Democrat control they could impeach and remove Trump from office in a couple of days on party line votes without giving any reason. But if they do that in such a petty and partisan manner they will be splitting the country more than it is today. But the Democrats may not care as they know that Trump has learned a lot during his term in office, and if he campaigns against them in two years, chances are they will lose enough House seats to cause a loss of that Chamber of Congress; and that if Trump runs against their socialist candidate in 2024, Trump will be very formable as a candidate and could certainly win again, especially if the State legislatures tighten up on their election procedures to diminish or eliminate election fraud, that of course the Democrats will oppose. Trump could really screw up the Democrats if he ran as a conservative Democrat the next time around. If all else fails the Democrats could get a Democrat prosecutor to prosecute Trump in a Kangaroo court run by an activist liberal Democrat Judge who would try to give Trump the General Flynn “treatment”. The DC establishment has had it with any outsider again running for President as a populist with the support of ordinary Americans, and if they can will try to use Trump as an example of what they can do to any outsider who comes into DC to kick over their corrupt financial apple carts in the future.

So you are going to clean out your own minions then? Trump's supporters will always outnumber your mindless minions ABC, so get over it. Biden will get to hold the honor of the most illegitimate president that ever sat in the WH, and we the voters have a legit reason to call him Not Our President. But then, he has to get past the EC vote on the 14th first.

"Cleansing" is what Hitler planned to do in Germany circa 1930. "Cleansing" is what the Chikoms are doing to some of their minority populations to the north and southwest of China via concentration camps and other inhumane methods. And "cleansing" indeed is what the Soviet Communist carried on for years, first ostracizing, then persecuting, and finally slaughtering everyone they claimed as enemy: those events became known as "purges." So be afraid ....... be very afraid and make sure you are packing heat when you leave your home each day. We are dealing with a demonic and insane sliver of the population more dangerous than anything Wuhan can produce.

Can I suggest, the article written was intended to outrage us. To me, the thing to watch for now is recommendations of easy ways to protest, that actually are bad for us. This is a strategic launch of a wave of doing stupid, self-harming things. After what just happened, the right kind of protest is to clean up elections. It is not a massive economic boycott, not quitting Twitter and silencing yourself, not quitting the party where you vote. Just one thing: election cleanup. Any voice telling you to expend your energy in easier things is one to be avoided. Stay steady, and work on elections cleanup. Every time the subject comes up, whether of January 6, or what ever, answer back with a calm message about elections cleanup and with a call to specific reasonable action proposal. Do not take your voice out of the public square, do not boycott America.

#8, I can't find in the constitution where it says if a President is impeached and then removed from office that he can't run again. #28. especially the lazy cowards in the 6 swing states. In 2000, FL citizens pushed their way into the counting building and refused to be stopped from observing the counting of votes, as the law provides for them doing. What happened in GA? Or PA? Are they smaller and weaker than FL citizens? Because they failed to do what was done in FL in 2000.

Updated at 5:05 p.m. with response from Cruz and Hawley. WASHINGTON — In extraordinarily sharp remarks Friday, President-elect Joe Biden compared Sen. Ted Cruz to Hitler’s propaganda master in the way he peddled Donald Trump’s “big lie” about election fraud, though Biden stopped short of blaming Cruz for the riot by a pro-Trump mob at the Capitol as many Texas Democrats have done. Biden called Cruz’s effort “shameful.” The Texas Republican led an attempt in the Senate to block congressional certification of Biden’s victory in the Electoral College, insisting that widespread doubts about the legitimacy of the election demanded an emergency investigation to allay public concerns. January 6th’s events are being seized on as a game-changer, leading to calls to invoke the 25th Amendment, calls to impeach and remove President Trump, and discrediting Trump, his supporters, and conservatism. It has distracted attention from issues around the legitimacy of voting procedures in several key states, and guaranteed the Electoral College vote just before 4 AM that ratified Joe Biden’s and Kamala Harris’s inauguration as president and vice president. Applying the classic legal question “cui bono?” (“who benefits?”), it is clear that Democrats, anti-Trump establishment Republicans, the leftist media, and TDS sufferers all are victorious.
