Joe Biden made no bones about it: If he wins the presidential election, he will gut religious freedom protections that allow faith-based homeless shelters, charities, and small business owners to act according to their consciences. Specifically, he will shove LGBT ideology down the throats of religious Americans in the name of fighting “discrimination.”
On Wednesday, the Democratic nominee told Philadelphia Gay News that President Donald Trump has given “hate” a “safe harbor” by protecting religious freedom and enabling what Biden condemned as “discrimination.” “Donald Trump and Mike Pence have given hate against LGBTQ+ individuals safe harbor and

On Thursday night, Fox News Channel host Tucker Carlson continued to reiterate the mounting evidence of corruption by the Biden family, two days after his interview with Tony Bobulinski and two days into the “complete media blackout” that raises questions about how we can “maintain a democratic system when reality itself has been banned.”
Carlson said that, “until recently, no one debated” whether the Biden family was selling access based on their family name, but “since Joe Biden received the Democratic nomination,” “anyone in the media has claimed otherwise” with the Bobulinski blackout being the latest.

Austin has seen a spike in violent crime and officer retirements after the city council voted over the summer to immediately slash $20 million from the police department budget, becoming the first major Texas city to do so.
In August, Austin City Council members voted unanimously to cut about $150 million, or roughly one-third, from its police department and allocate those funds to areas like violence prevention, housing and mental health services. Only about $21.5 million was immediately removed from the department's funding in part by canceling three upcoming cadet classes and slashing overtime expenses.

Publication by the New York Post two weeks ago of emails from Hunter Biden's laptop, relating to Vice President Joe Biden's work in Ukraine, and subsequent articles from other outlets concerning the Biden family's pursuit of business opportunities in China, provoked extraordinary efforts by a de facto union of media outlets, Silicon Valley giants and the intelligence community to suppress these stories. One outcome is that the Biden campaign concluded, rationally, that there is no need for the front-running presidential candidate to address even the most basic and relevant questions raised by these materials. As riots and looting consumed Philadelphia this week after a fatal police shooting, a radical left-wing group, the “Philly Socialists,” began monitoring police scanners and relaying information to help protesters evade arrest. At one point, the Philly Socialists tweeted out a clue as to their street allegiances: “Do humanity a favor and learn what antifa stands for.”
The scene in Philadelphia was similar to scores of violent protests around the country since May, which have often featured a common and shadowy element – black-masked men and women who seemed as intent on breaking windows and confronting the police as chanting social justice slogans.

Everyone laughs at this. There is a truth to our line, though, one that hints at possibilities that are much more complex than whatever genitalia our child might be born with: the truth that we ultimately have no idea who—rather than what—is growing inside my belly. Almost certainly very serious. In the Indian tribe fraud case in which two Hunter Biden associates were convicted (Devon Archer's conviction was very recently reinstated on appeal), a lot of evidence regarding these key Biden Inc. players was gathered. One is now cooperating from prison. Next question: What will Devon Archer do? Obviously what they have to offer to the government, their bargaining chips, all have to do with Biden Inc. And the Biden Inc. case is open. Ongoing. But they've had to wait for the hoped for cooperation, working the documentary trail of evidence while they wait. There's another indicator, and it's a significant one.

It appears there may have been poor form as the money-grubbing makers tried to milk it for all it’s worth: The Southeast Asian suppliers have been accused of forced labor. In a clear sign that Democrats are starting to get nervous, Minnesota's top officials made a drastic move to interfere in the election by placing severe restrictions on the size of a planned rally by President Trump. According to reports, the attendance for Trump's rally in Rochester has been downsized to a paltry 250 people after Democrat Governor Tim Walz and rabid socialist Attorney General Keith Ellison intervened. Trump has made numerous trips to the battleground state hoping to capitalize on the public revulsion to the ransacking of Minneapolis this summer when the George Floyd video triggered a wave of violent riots and local Dems pushed to dismantle the police.

Detroit election officials are projecting 50% voter turnout in the city of Detroit, higher than in 2016, but lower than in 2012 and 2008 when Barack Obama's candidacy drew high voter participation. And the number of absentee ballots the city is expecting is now lower than officials had estimated earlier this month. Speaking Thursday to reporters in the basement of TCF Center in downtown Detroit, Detroit City Clerk Janice Winfrey and other election officials said they are working to prepare for a historic election in Michigan — a swing state that many will be closely watching next week.

The NYPD is investigating an allegation that people tried to vote illegally in The Bronx on Thursday — by shaving their heads to change their appearance, The Post has learned. The incident took place around 2 p.m. when the group of would-be voters entered an early-voting site at St. Frances de Chantal Church in Throggs Neck, law enforcement sources said. Despite their attempts at disguise, a person at the polling place recognized them as having voted there previously and confronted them, sources said. The group ran out and got away in two vehicles, but the person followed them, recorded the license plates and called 911, sources said.

Tuesday’s election is without question the most important in most of our lifetimes. America can pick the soft tyranny, guaranteed to grow harder, of the Democrats, or stand athwart history, to borrow a phrase from William F. Buckley, and yell stop. Voters must choose wisely. There’s a future at stake.
President Donald Trump is not a perfect man, nor is the Republican Party a faultless institution. But the Democrats, as constituted today, are flawed beyond repair. On Wednesday, former Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) released an ad for Democratic nominee Joe Biden, arguing that the Democrat “will best restore decency and civility in the White House.” He lists “character, moral leadership, and integrity” as reasons to vote for Biden. Yet Biden is not some shining example of moral integrity. If Flake wants to make the integrity argument and he cannot stomach President Donald Trump, he should abstain from voting for president as he did in 2016.
“I’ve been a conservative Republican my entire life. I’ve never before voted for a Democrat,” Flake says in the video. “But, this year, principle and conscience require me to do just that.”

Even if Donald Trump had lost the 2016 election, instead of won it in a surprise, the media’s coverage of his campaign and supporters would have been a horrific failure. They presented that race as unwinnable for Trump and as if his support was inexplicable.Their response to their 2016 failures has been not to improve their journalism in any way, shape, or form, but to decide that they didn’t do enough to bias that election in their preferred direction. Their nearly four-year temper tantrum has resulted in far worse 2020 campaign coverage than even the depths of their 2016 coverage. It’s as if they looked to the Candy Crowley debate

Prospects for Republicans maintaining control of the Senate appear a little brighter as there are some polls showing Republicans very competitive in two Midwestern battleground states.John James, a rising star in the Republican Party, is closing in fast on incumbent Democrat Gary Peters and some polls show James within the margin of error. James has been aided by a large infusion of cash from Senator McConnell’s Senate Leadership Fund and with the polls all over the lot, it may come down to Election Day turnout. The other Midwestern state where some experts say the Senate race is still competitive is Minnesota.

When it comes to achieving confirmation of conservative judges, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has good reason to be “tooting [his] own horn.”
The Kentucky Republican admitted that’s what he was doing when telling the New York Times on Tuesday that the judicial confirmations in a polarized Washington, especially those of three Supreme Court justices in less than four years, were more “consequential” than the accomplishments of any other majority leader. If he isn’t right about that, he certainly is close.
The raw numbers don’t lie, and they tell much of the story. Indeed, the more numbers one peruses, the more impressive McConnell’s record looks.

It is a squeeze to reduce the number of logically indisputable reasons why President Trump should be reelected to a single column, but I will attempt it. Reelection is the only way of restoring the conditions that Trump created that eliminated unemployment prior to the onset of the COVID-19 crisis. This, coupled to his near-elimination of illegal immigration (against fierce Democratic resistance), generated greater percentage income growth amongst the lowest 20 percent of income-earners than among the top 10 percent — a noteworthy start on addressing the universal income-disparity problem.

But natural gas combustion isn’t just bad for Earth’s atmosphere. Researchers at the Rocky Mountain Institute, a nonprofit advocacy organization for sustainability,

For those who rely on the legacy media for election news, it would be easy to conclude that early voters have already doomed President Trump’s chances of reelection. CNN analyst Harry Enten, for example, advises us that the current high volume of mail-in ballots confirms national polls showing Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden with a comfortable lead over Trump. Likewise, Slate tells its readers, “The Early Voting Revolution Is Already Helping Joe Biden.” But we have seen such headlines before. Just prior to Election Day 2016, Politico ran a story titled, “Record-breaking early voting fuels Democratic optimism.” That optimism turned out to be delusional, as will this year’s premature exhilaration.

You may not have even noticed it if you ever watch the Cable News Network (CNN), but over the last four years there has been a subtle, nigh-imperceptible shift in attitude toward President Donald John Trump (R). Back in 2016, CNN cheered Trump’s campaign. They gave him countless hours of free airtime and were absolutely delighted when the GOP nominated him. They couldn’t believe their luck! But then Trump… y’know… won. So now they don’t seem to like him quite as much. If you watch carefully and read between the lines, it’s almost as if they’re insanely desperate to get him out of the White House.

Nothing threatens the progressive project more than the existence of a Supreme Court that adheres to the Constitution. It’s really that simple.
That’s what the tantrum over Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation is all about.
The notion that the same Democrats who shelved the judicial filibuster and now threaten to destroy the separation of powers with a revenge scheme to pack the Supreme Court — the same people, incidentally, so fond of smear-drenched confirmation hearings — are sticklers for process or decorum is simply ludicrous.
For one thing, no norms have been undone by the confirmation of Barrett.

In traditional presidential campaigns, the two major parties offer contrasting ideas and policies. The Democratic and Republican candidates barnstorm the nation to make their cases.
Not this year.
Democratic nominee Joe Biden is more or less a virtual candidate, mostly communicating from home via Zoom. He offers few detailed alternatives to the first four years of the Trump administration.
Instead, Biden is running on the idea that Donald Trump caused the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting economic recession, and that he’s responsible for violence in the streets.
But Biden rarely offers contrasting visions of what he would have done differently than the Trump administration —
