Almost certainly very serious. In the Indian tribe fraud case in which two Hunter Biden associates were convicted (Devon Archer's conviction was very recently reinstated on appeal), a lot of evidence regarding these key Biden Inc. players was gathered. One is now cooperating from prison. Next question: What will Devon Archer do? Obviously what they have to offer to the government, their bargaining chips, all have to do with Biden Inc. And the Biden Inc. case is open. Ongoing. But they've had to wait for the hoped for cooperation, working the documentary trail of evidence while they wait. There's another indicator, and it's a significant one.

Does the FBI have a duty to disclose prior to the election? Or maybe a duty to hide until after the election, and then conveniently forget if Biden wins?

I would say if they had all of this information, and the Laptop, for over a year and did nothing with it (including telling The President about it), I think they are not serious at all! In fact, they have been hiding it! So, heads should roll when Trump wins! It should be the first thing he does when he walks into the Oval Office. Fire Wray and round up all the people who have helped hide this Biden scandal and fire them too. Then clean house in the CIA! If Trump is going to get anything done this next term, he MUST get rid of all those who have been working against him. Some are even in the White house! Get Ric Grennell and hand him a big broom!

Serious or not, DOJ won't go after anyone with the Biden name. This is small potatoes compared to an attempted coup against the president, and they've had plenty of time to do something that. But nothing.

Since they've had it for almost a year now--including while the president was being impeached--and, yet, nary a peep out of them, I'd say they're about as serious as a car full of clowns!

I guess the FBI was waiting for Hunter to come and pick it up like the Delaware computer shop owner.
I expect that it sat unopened until a week or so ago, That is, if anybody could find it.

Wait for it... there will be a Comey like announcement that no reasonable prosecutor would file a case. A Hillary burger all over again. Count on it.

Since the fbi chose to sit on the hard drive for a year, its investigation isn't serious. Just window dressing.

They've proven they have no interest in justice for the elites. I'm sure all the damning evidence has been burned and the ashes buried by now, just like always.
Now if you use the wrong buzz word in an e-mail, get ready to be tracked for the rest of your life.

It is VERY serious. They are exploring any and all means to cover up for Joe.
Joe has already been selected by the polls. Do not bother with the election. The FBI will not last through 4 more years of Trump. It is a life and death matter. Either Trump goes or the FBI goes. And animals being killed show a lot of strength.

So the question is: What will an utterly corrupt organisation do about corruption? Let's see if we can hazard a wild guess....

As serious as the Hillary email investigation. That's what I think. Replace Comey's replacement, the swampy creature, Mr. Wray.

Had Gulluani not gone public, no one would have ever known. The results of the election will determine the investigation outcome.

Goofy Wray is not a serious man. I think that answers the question.

The FBI started out chasing bank robbers but Hoover soon learned there was a lot of power to be had in political blackmail. I wonder what % the FBI brass negotiated with Hunter? To think he had to give up his hooker and crack money, are there no descent government officials?

serious? It is a department-wide effort to hide the truth from the American people. The FBI is 100% corrupt top-to-bottom, as is the entire 17-agency Obama KGB-Gestapo. Not one single person has ever stepped forward to expose the corruption. Not one. Every one of them must go, and the top several layers must go to prison.

You know it’s serious when Romney’s associates get dragged in.
