Virginia Supreme Court strikes down Democrats'
redistricting plan

WASHINGTON - The Virginia Supreme Court on Friday struck down a voter‑approved Democratic congressional redistricting plan, delivering a major setback to the party in a nationwide fight with Republicans for an edge in this year’s midterm elections. What we know: The court ruled that the Democratic‑led General Assembly violated required procedures when it placed a constitutional amendment on the ballot to authorize mid‑decade redistricting. Voters narrowly approved the amendment on April 21, but the ruling voids the results. "This violation irreparably undermines the integrity of the resulting referendum vote and renders it null and void," the court wrote.

Comments:

A giant middle finger to Abifail Stinkburger, who attempted an unconstitutional bait-and-switch in order to steal four Congressional seats from Republicans. Justice has been served, but predidictably Virginia Rats are now claiming to be the victims of a partisan court. Can they get anymore pathetic?

The fact that the Virginia electorate is short sighted and stupid enough to vote for this abomination is something we still have to live with.

Obviously, there is a serious issue with many of the voters in Virginia. They bought the malarkey of "moderate" Spanburger. They elected an AG who called for the Gruesome murder of his Republican opponent and his infant children. Then they elected a legislature so enthralled with their political power that they rushed through an obviously unconstitutional amendment with false language that said foolish voters barely approved. This time, the State Supreme Court brought sanity back. But we cannot always count on that.

A three-judge panel overseeing a recount in a close Virginia state House race upheld the Republican candidate’s victory on Friday, a decision that also reaffirms the GOP’s takeover of the chamber and completes the party’s sweep of last month’s elections. Republicans also claimed the statewide offices of governor, lieutenant governor and attorney general in the Nov. 2 balloting. Those wins were a dramatic turnaround in a state where the GOP had not won a statewide race since 2009. Democrats still hold a 21-19 majority in the Senate— where elections won’t be held until 2023

Vice President Joe Biden confused the Philadelphia Eagles logo with the emblem of his own undergraduate university at a Sunday campaign rally in the City of Brotherly Love. “I know Philadelphia well,” the former vice president told the crowd at a drive-in rally in a church parking lot. “I married a Philly girl by the way and by the way got my Eagle’s jacket on.” But Biden’s parka bore the logo of the University of Delaware Blue Hens — where he received his bachelor’s degree. The mix-up was quickly noticed by President Trump’s campaign.

The South Carolina House voted last night to open the door for redistricting in a special session a week from now. The measure still has to pass the South Carolina Senate; however, with the Indiana outcome at the forefront of their political future, the redistricting is more than likely. As a consequence, South Carolina Democrat James Clyburn is potentially going to lose his gerrymandered seat in congress. Given Clyburn’s stature as one of the key architects of the DNC ballot harvesting and election counting fraud via the AME Church network, Democrats are apoplectic.

The Virginia Supreme Court's ruling striking down Democrats’ costly redistricting push sparked an uproar on social media over the massive sum the party spent to pass the now-defunct congressional map. Virginians for Fair Elections, the main pro-redistricting group, raised north of $64 million in support of the Democratic-friendly gerrymander that could have netted the party four GOP-held seats in November’s midterm elections. Nearly $40 million of that came from an outside spending group aligned with House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., who was heavily involved in the effort to redraw

It's incredibly demoralizing to law-abiding, rule-following, normal Americans to watch Democrats publicly commit crimes without ever getting in trouble for it. I’m not talking about the indictments and prosecutions of high-level Democrats on charges that may or may not hold up in court — the Jim Comeys and Letitia Jameses. These prosecutions may or may not be at least partly politically motivated, but Democrats will always think that's all they were. And the refined legal arguments for conviction stand little chance of success in leftist jurisdictions like Washington and New York. I’m talking about Democrat politicians who knowingly flout the law, brazenly and openly, on video for all to see.
