What would be unpardonable is if US President Donald J. Trump simply replaced a brutal Islamic dictatorship with an equally brutal non-Islamic dictatorship -- as seen in other adversaries of the West such as Russia, China, and North Korea. At the height of the violence in mid-January, Trump memorably told the Iranian protesters that "HELP IS ON ITS WAY", while calling on the anti-regime activists to "seize control of your destiny." Iran is still drawing out negotiations as it reconstructs its nuclear and missile sites. Meanwhile, concerns are growing that Trump is losing interest in the plight of ordinary Iranians. There was some public discussion of 'radical Muslims' versus 'moderate Muslims' a few years ago. President Erdogan of Turkey, a Muslim, came back with a forceful comment. He said, "There is no moderate Islam, there is only Islam." And I think he's right. This baloney about non-Muslims inventing some built in excuse like "that was done by a radical Muslim", or "fortunately, that government is made up of moderate Muslims" is just external confusion and non operational. Read their "holy book" where there are dozens of places where Muslims are told that it is their religious duty to convert, enslave or kill all 'unbelievers'. One commenter once said, "The radical Muslim will cut your head off with a rusty butcher knife. The moderate Muslim won't do that, but he'll hold you down while the other guy does it." Expecting anything good out of Muslims that doesn't come from them figuring that they don't have the ability to carry out their religious duty to convert, enslave or kill you is a vain hope. Islam is dangerous. ALL of them.

I lived in a Muslim country for several years. Most of them are in the low IQ range. The culture in primative. They hate a lot. Only a small percentage are trustworthy. For most, eight grade or less education. They are filthy. etc, etc.

The countries that are described as moderate are simply more skilled at keeping the snakes hidden under rocks. I spent some time in Kuwait and the treatment of women is the same as in almost every other one of their countries. They have the usual strict rules but the police and the elites have no problem breaking them. Americans are accepted there because we saved their bacon from Saddam.

It's too bad more people, Americans in particular, don't pay heed to the summation of poster # 2. All the information is out there on muslims, including their history. The higher the percentage of muslims in any location, the more problems crop up and then they eventually take over. If America were smart, we'd send all muslims back to their original locations. They want conquest, nothing less.

It's a quagmire!!! We have to end this now!!! The price of gas!!!! The US dropped two atomic bombs on Japan - who are we to condemn Iran!!! And so it goes. Iranian leadership is banking on the legacy media and the ignorance of too many Americans to force Trump to accept a deal that is favorable to the Iranian leadership, Muslim fanatic or not. And of course, no return of the Crown Prince even as a temporary transition leader. sigh....

There is an inherent contradiction within Iranian culture. One the one hand, Iran under the mullahs, have been at the vangard of violent, radical Islam throughout the region since 1979. On the other, Islam is, historically, a foreign concept to Iran. From what I understand of Persian culture, there is a latent resentment against Arabs when they foisted Islam in the region following the collapse of the Sasanian Empire...to this day. There is a genuine spiritual hunger in Iran for an alternative to Islam. When--not if--the current Islamic theocracy collapses, that will be a real opportunity for the Christian church to fill that void. There are many underground house churches that exist in Iran. Wouldn't be something to witness a mass Christian conversion of that country? Can you imagine the impact of that throughout the Middle East? G-d is sovereign no matter what.

There is no such thing as a "moderate Muslim' what not just the US but the entire Western civilization refuses to accept is Islam is not a religion, at least not as the West defines a religion. Islam literally means "submit" it is a totalitarian system dedicated to the subjugation and or elimination of non-believers. Islam exists in a perpetual state of conquest, Jihad is war against non-Muslims, Jihad is not only obligatory for every Muslim it is the highest virtue in Islam over prayer or worship.

As the U.S. continues to debate immigration enforcement and humanitarian protections, the Dominican Republic has quietly implemented one of the most stringent migration crackdowns in the hemisphere. The immigrants in question in the Dominican Republic are coming from Haiti, the poor French-speaking country that occupies the western third of the island of Hispaniola. The border between the two countries represents the only international land border in the Caribbean. According to World Bank data for 2024 (the latest comprehensive data available), the per capita share of the GDP in the Dominican Republic is around $10,900 per year, more than five times higher than in neighboring Haiti. And it will only get worse:

The Democrats are certainly guilty of leading parts of the country down a socialist, “progressive” path that has left many of our cities in ruins. They divide the country with their polarizing, violent rhetoric, and they regularly spit on patriots who think it’s OK to celebrate our country. But they have long had a partner, one that has caused as much if not more damage than they have: the mainstream media, or whatever name you want to call the collection of leftist legacy outlets that for many years dominated the news landscape. The board will consider approving the agreement during a meeting on May 8. If approved, Ferguson will face a $4,000 fine, with half suspended if he pays $2,000 within 45 days—

For decades, Tehran has delayed, promised, denied, escalated, and recalibrated — all while rebuilding its capabilities... and preserving the machinery of regime survival. The Iranian regime is not sustained by ideology alone. It is sustained by money, contracts, ports, banks, smugglers, foundations, front companies, privileged merchants, terrorist proxies, and commercial collaborators. Washington... must target the networks that feed it. The regime does not move money through uniforms and official titles. It moves money through family members, front companies, exchange houses, shipping firms, insurance brokers, commodity traders, gold dealers, charities, banks, and offshore accounts. Every one of these channels must be mapped, exposed, and disrupted.
