Refuting The Media's Latest Immigration Propaganda

Excellent article. It clearly states that the management of the removal of illegal immigrants is in the sole province of the Executive. This drives the Left nuts because they have counted on Leftist courts to carry out unlegislated policy for decades. It drives Leftist judges nuts because they cannot exercise the unconstitutional and dictatorial power that have been using for decades. They simply don't have a say. It drives the media nuts because no matter how they try to twist it, the law is very clear and they end up looking as stupid as they actually are. The simple fact is, the Executive is fully empowered to remove people who are in the country illegally without interference from legislative or judicial branches of government. It's the same kind of power rationally assigned to the President as Commander in Chief. Once war is declared, the President conducts it without Congressional or Judicial oversight. Some things just cannot be run by a bureaucracy. They have to be run by a leader, a President.

There are about six hundred US District Judges throughout the USA, so claiming that one of those District Judges must issue a judicial warrant before an illegal alien under a final order of deportation can be arrested for deportation is ridiculous, as there are many hundreds of thousands of such illegal aliens who are arrested and deported each year out of the about twenty million illegal aliens who are believed to be in the USA. It has been settled Federal immigration law for many generations that illegal aliens are only entitled to the rights that Congress gives them in the immigration laws as they are administratively processed for deportation under the immigration laws, and that has never included anything got do do with judicial warrants having to be issued by a Federal District Judge before such deportable aliens be arrested by Federal immigration officers for deportation. The reasons that all that is being pushed by the leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrats is that they do not want any illegal aliens to be deported, instead they want all illegal aliens to stay in the USA, be counted in the US Census to trigger a congressional redistricting process based upon greatly increased illegal alien populations ensconced in the Democrat controlled sanctuary cities and States where leftist Democrat candidates are bound to win the resulting elections in those moved and newly established congressional districts giving the Democrats majority control of the House of Representatives. Then of course to be able grant all illegal aliens a so-called “comprehensive immigration reform amnesty” thus placing the illegal alien recipients on “a path to citizenship” and of course to be transitioned into becoming millions of future leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrat supporters and voters keeping those Democrats in permanent political power. It’s all political!

HARD FACT: Illegals aren't legally entitled to much 'due process' and are entitled to NOTHING whatsoever from our judicial court system, which has no authority over them. Only the INA officers (ICE officers and INS judges, for examples) have authority over them. And they may be grabbed where ever they are, including in some housing...probably an apartment that they don't even own. More illegals out, faster, please.
