Sen. Jim Banks Calls For Investigation
Into Foreign-Funded Anti-Ice Groups

Original Article

Sen. Jim Banks has called for a federal investigation into anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activist groups he says are being organized and funded by foreign entities including agents of the Chinese Communist Party. In a Wednesday letter (snip) Banks urged the Department of Justice (snip) "to investigate foreign influence behind anti-ICE activism. Progressive groups across the country are organizing protests, economic boycotts, and school walkouts to oppose immigration enforcement" (snip) Pointing to examples of protesters assaulting federal officers, blocking and ramming vehicles, and storming churches, Banks argued that the government "must identify who is behind this chaos before it tears the country apart."

Comments:

Senator Banks specifically noted funding provided by the notorious American expatriate Neville Singham operating from Shanghai and the Swiss leftist billionaire Hansgorg Wyss. It is especially ironic that financial backing for violent protests in the United States is coming from China and the European Union, entities that are increasingly intolerant of dissent from their own subject populations.

Why does a Republican Senator have to call for this, why isn't it already being done?

Chances are through covert so-called middle men and women, those groups, probably connected to so-called nongovernmental organizations (NGOS) aligned with the leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrats, are secretly receiving funding from adversarial foreign countries and have been involved in those anti-ICE and Federal immigration law activities, calling for the abolishment of ICE and the Federal immigration laws, including propagandizing a lot of unknowing school age children, who have appeared in photographs in the media marching in groups outside their schools holding up signs, some written in the Spanish language consisting of anti-ICE propaganda, some of which was profane, language, along with the children carrying foreign flags. All that is certainly not a good look, and should be the subject of large scale Federal criminal and intelligence investigations.

Can't these Senators make a direct call to the DOJ, and ask them if they are already investigating? Congressional inquiries take a month to get started, a month of wasted time asking questions, then it's two weeks vacation, another wasted month. The Sun will burn out before these useless lemmings figure out the boat left without them.

First there were parents flagged at school board meetings. Then it was Catholics who preferred the traditional Latin Mass who were targeted for scrutiny. Now, the CIA's retraction of nineteen "politicized" intel reports on Friday -- on the heels of the agency's self-critique last year on its assessment of Trump-Russia collusion in 2016 -- has put the sharpest light yet on the infection of political bias inside American spy agencies dating back to the Obama era. A bombshell X post that has racked up thousands of views in hours lays bare the mechanics of what many Nevadans have long suspected: the 2020 presidential election in the Silver State was compromised by a deliberate, pandemic-fueled overhaul of voting rules by state Democrats that opened the floodgates to widespread fraud in 2020 and subsequent elections. The post from @TheSCIF details a catastrophic surge in mail-in ballots -- from 6,300 in 2016 to 690,000 in 2020. Using the COVID-19 emergency as cover, Nevada Democrats unilaterally rammed through universal mail-in voting, unlimited ballot harvesting, unsecured and unmanned ballot boxes, extended ballot tabulation, and stripped away basic election safeguards.

Don’t worry: Friday’s Supreme Court decision limiting some of President Donald Trump’s tariff powers won’t derail his larger, vital project of rebalancing US trade relations, boosting US industry and safeguarding US supply chains — nor should it. Yes, he’ll need to find other ways (more permanent and legally airtight) to pursue those goals, but the high court’s ruling against his across-the-board tariffs illegal also made it clear he has many such tools at his disposal — including other tariff powers. Even many of his allies warned that imposing import duties under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act was legally dubious;

A genuinely America First strategy toward Iran would mean ignoring the country and the Middle East as a whole. The United States government has no core interests on the Asian landmass. The USG should lift all trade sanctions on the Iranian regime, grant diplomatic recognition to whatever regime is currently in power there, and cease efforts to regulate or manage the Iranian nuclear program.
