Florida designates CAIR, Muslim Brotherhood
as Foreign Terrorist Organizations

Original Article

lorida GOP Gov. Ron DeSantis announced Monday that his state has formally designated the Muslim Brotherhood and the Council on American-Islamic Relations as foreign terrorist organizations, following a similar move by Texas. Texas became the first state to label the groups as foreign terrorist organizations last month, which forbids both organizations and their affiliates from purchasing or acquiring land in Texas and allows increased enforcement against the groups. DeSantis said the new designation is in effect "immediately."

Comments:

Now, 47 more, although there are several which wouldn't dare do so, as they need terrorist votes for the new caliphate.

It's a start, but unfortunately all the states won't sign on to the job..bunch of liberal putzes...what we need to do is export ALL of them to their home crapholes.

There are numerous federal and state statutes banning terrorist acts and providing material support for terrorist organizations. Absent actual arrests and prosecutions based on these statutes, such "designations" have no more force and effect than a mean tweet.

There is no place for islam in America. Muslims are not compatible with a civilized society. Get them all out. They have their own countries. Make them stay there.

GOOD FOR DeSANTIS!!!! If I had my druthers, all Muslim groups and Somalis would be permanently deported, even if they are natives here in the US. These groups refuse to assimilate and in fact, are still hellbent on a caliphate.

A decent start, Florida. But you should have added the Democratic National Party to the designation of a foreign terrorist organization.

A Somali Minnesota college student has come under fire for threatening to “pop” ICE agents in an expletive-laden viral social media rant. Hasan Mohamed was blasted after he posted the menacing anti-ICE tirade on social media, where he vowed to shoot immigration agents the next time they show up in his Owatonna neighborhood. “ICE, I actually heard you guys pulled up to Owatonna, the big O, and you pulled up when I was not there? Y’all so p–s-ass s–t, boy. You’re gonna get popped next time I see you,” he raged in the clip. “Bring the whole cavalry. Yeah, boy, you guys are scared.”

The suspect accused of shooting two Kentucky State University students, killing one, on campus Tuesday has been identified as an Indiana man who was not enrolled at the school. Frankfort police said 48-year-old Jacob Lee Bard, of Evansville, Indiana, was booked on murder and first-degree assault charges in connection with the campus shooting. Evansville is about 150 miles west of Frankfort. Authorities said Bard is not a student at the university, and police have not provided information as to a suspected motive. Frankfort officers responded around 3:10 p.m. to a report of a shooting at the Whitney M. Young Jr. residence hall and arrived within minutes.

Happy Monday, dear Kruiser Morning Briefing friends. Anzaspwer felt that taquitos were a perversion of the purity of minimalist ideals. Gosh, it seems like just last week that I was lamenting the grandstanding antics of one of the members of Congress from my home state. (This is where I wish I had come up with my good friend Stephen Green's "Editor's Note" bit; it's so much fun.) I believe that it was also last week that I wrote something about questioning why I always end up in places where I am not a good fit politically.

President Joe Biden was warned by advisers that his immigration plans could lead to “chaos” at the US border — but he ignored them, a newly uncovered memo reveals. His team doled out the advice to Biden when he was still campaigning against President Trump back in 2020, the New York Times reported. “A potential surge could create chaos and a humanitarian crisis, overwhelm processing capacities and imperil the agenda of the new administration,” Biden’s advisers wrote. The memo warned that a huge influx was possible given Biden’s approach, a backlog from the Trump administration, and COVID hardships.

MacArthur Park has erupted into LA’s fentanyl ground zero — a collapsing, chaos-soaked war zone where overdoses hit by the hour, people die daily, crime crews corner the market — and what used to be a neighborhood park now teeters on the brink of total collapse. The park, the largest green space in the district, now hosts an unknown number of unhoused people, though on most days it’s fair to estimate the population in the hundreds. MacArthur’s unofficial “residents” are made comfortable by groups handing out food and even free crack pipes as part of “safe smoking” kits — with tens of millions of dollars coming from the city

Miller, who also serves as a homeland security advisor to President Trump, said the fraud operation apparently carried out by numerous Somali migrants in the state will “rock the core of Minnesota politics and American politics.” “We believe that we have only scratched the very top of the surface of how deep this goes,” he said in an appearance with Sean Hannity on Fox. Prosecutors have already charged dozens of state residents

For over a decade at this shingle, we've reported on the industrial-scale gang-rape afflicting almost every town up and down the spine of England, most recently on a special edition of The Mark Steyn Show. A suspect has been arrested in connection with the planting of pipe bombs outside the Democratic and Republican National Committees on the eve of the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot, The Post has confirmed. The arrest, first reported by CNN and the Associated Press, comes one month before the fifth anniversary of the melee that briefly delayed congressional confirmation of former Vice President Joe Biden’s 2020 election victory — and closes an embarrassing chapter for the FBI, which had been castigated by lawmakers for the lack of progress in identifying a perpetrator.

Democrats can now add a major city in Donald Trump’s home state — and one set to host his future presidential library — to its list of off-cycle election wins. In a Tuesday runoff, Miamians elected Eileen Higgins as mayor, the first woman in the city’s history to hold the job and the first Democrat in 28 years. Higgins, a former county commissioner, defeated Republican Emilio González, an ex-city manager who had the endorsement of Trump and Gov. Ron DeSantis. Though the race and the job of mayor are nominally nonpartisan, the election generated sizable interest from national Democrats and Republicans. Higgins’ win adds to the slew of victories

ATLANTA (AP) — A federal judge has permanently ordered Georgia’s prison system to keep providing some kinds of gender-affirming care for transgender prisoners, although the state plans to appeal. U.S. District Judge Victoria Marie Calvert last week ruled that a new state law denying hormone therapy to inmates violated their protection against cruel and unusual punishment under the Eighth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. She ordered the state to keep providing hormones to inmates who had been receiving therapy and to allow others medically diagnosed as needing hormone therapy to begin receiving treatment.

Civil war and famine spurred many Somalians to immigrate to the United States in 1991 and settle in Minnesota. That was 34 years ago. Somalians could have assimilated into U.S. culture by now, but American taxpayers have been roped into funding programs that coddle Somalians’ Third-World culture and disincentivize their assimilation. The Somali population explosion has rendered parts of Minneapolis unrecognizable as they impose a decidedly non-American culture on every aspect of the city. Somalis are members of the police force, city council, state legislature, and even Congress, still speaking their own language in those positions and, at times, cutting English speakers out of the loop.

In any case, today the Post makes the case that Obamacare subsidies, the coming expiration of which was the stated reason Democrats shut down the government, should not be extended. Why? Because there is lots of evidence suggesting the program is rife with fraud. On party-line votes in 2021 and 2022, Democrats invoked the pandemic emergency to temporarily expand eligibility for Obamacare insurance subsidies. Preserving these credits, which are due to expire
