Highlighting exactly why Barack Obama, Joe Biden and James Clyburn needed to deploy a 2021 Machiavellian strategy to get her moved onto the Supreme Court, Justice Kentanji Brown Jackson (KBJ) argues for the supreme power of the DC bureaucracy that must not be challenged by the President of the United States (Executive Branch).
In the case of Trump v Slaughter, the removal of the FTC Chair, Justice KBJ argues that presidential authority must be kept in check by the unelected “professionals and experts” who make up the bureaucracy underneath him. The “No Kings” argument is entirely ridiculous given the plenary power of the executive and the constitutional authority of the

This article explains something many are not aware of: The machinations between Clyburn, Biden (or his handlers) and Garland to assure that Ketanji Jackson would end up on the court. C lyburn's support for Biden depended upon Bidedn's getting this black woman on the Court. Garlaned was not to be on the upreme Court. Jackson was.

Like poster #1, The phrase “professionals and experts” belies her ignorance of how we got to current circumstances.
The woman (If I may define it for her) doesn't even recognize her own lack of professionalism and expertise.
Dunning Kruger again.

Exactly wrong, as usual for this dimwit lefty. Bureaucrats are a serious problem, not any sort of a feature.
Any bureaucrat who interferes with Presidential power should be immediately fired for insubordiation.
Bureaucrats exist ONLY to carry out Executive Branch policies, NEVER to set or modify policies. Bureaucrats have NO policy making job or power.

Everything Biden did was a deal with the devil. The one saving grace is he only got 1 Supreme Court appointment.

Why doesn't she get a real job picking cotton instead of cluttering up the Supreme Court?

Yes, she IS a clueless, leftist, nitwit. But we are sadly stuck with her till she dies or retires. There is no serious chance that we will own the Congress to kick her to the curb anytime soon, and even the effort to impeach a black woman (she IS a woman, right?) would probably turn every black and every woman against the GOP even more than is already true.

Executive power is the power to take action, which requires control of personnel in the Executive Branch. No one in the Executive Branch is independent of the Chief Executive, otherwise their power to take action would be compromised. Kentanji is an idiot, unworthy of an answer, as she cannot be fixed.

KBJ and a few other justices are a prime example of why only Constitutional scholars should be on the Supreme Court. Not supposed to be a payback for doing a favor, or for that matter be a political plant. If ever the truth comes out about a few of these judges getting on the court because of this reason, they should be thrown off the court. But that will never happen to demacommies!

Justice Brown is in the same league as Kamala Harris. I doubt either one of them passed the bar exam without help. That's really what you call - lowering the bar. Both are DEI lawyers with no common sense.

Having dealt with the DC bureaucracy for many years, let tell you in no unclear terms that the bureaucracy is why control of DC should go back to the Federal government. The city council is nothing but a bunch of pompous grifters.

Lady, there are three branches of government.
Their job is to keep each other in check.
If a group of unelected "experts" was confronting a Dem president at every turn, you would be singing a different tune. Go read the Constitution.

That experiment was tried through all four years of the Biden administration where unelected "experts" performed the duties of the president and we all saw how well that worked out. Ron Klain, Pete Buttigieg, Anthony Blinken, Sam Brinton, Rachel Levine, Merrick Garland, Alejandro Mayorkas, Lloyd Austin, Anthony Fauci, Jill and Hunter Biden all had a hand in the decision making process. In Ketanji's fantasy deck of cards, the Orange Man is overridden by the Black Joker.
