Police officers and good Samaritans rushed to help Thursday when a mother and her baby were involved in a rollover car wreck in Fort Worth, Texas. The crash happened on Interstate 30 between Eastchase Parkway and Cooks Lane and the aftermath was caught on an officer’s body camera, Fox 4 reported on Friday. A woman and her baby had been ejected from the vehicle and the officers and other people at the scene knew there was no time to waste in locating and rescuing them. The video footage shows officers approaching the overturned vehicle and joining others in getting down on their hands and knees to search for the mother and baby.

The Schumer Shutdown is rolling on with no signs of any imminent deals, and some government benefit programs are starting to run out of funds. One such is the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as the food stamp program. A Virginia federal prosecutor who opposed bringing bank fraud charges against New York Attorney General Letitia James was fired after allegedly mishandling sensitive information related to the case, according to a report. Beth Yusi, who had worked out of the Norfolk office for the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia, allegedly sent investigative files containing James’ personally identifying information to her private email account, CNN reported on Friday, citing an internal email.
