A New Jersey nurse who reported a doctor who allegedly "cheered and celebrated" Charlie Kirk's assassination is suing after she faced disciplinary action, her lawyer said in a lawsuit filed on Friday. Lexi Kuenzle, 33, a nurse at Englewood Health, filed suit Friday against the hospital, Dr. Matthew Jung and others for the incident that allegedly occurred "in front of patients and staff."

Charlie Kirk, a lifelong advocate for free speech, the leader of the nation’s preeminent conservative youth organization, and a beloved confidant of the first family, was fatally shot Wednesday afternoon while speaking with students at Utah Valley University.
President Trump confirmed the news in a post on Truth Social, writing that Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA, “was loved and admired by ALL, especially me, and now, he is no longer with us.” Flags at the White House were lowered to half-staff in his honor. On Wednesday, the U.S. Supreme Court declined to block a lower court order authorizing a trans-identifying South Carolina student to use the school bathroom of her choice.
In an unsigned order, the high court rejected an emergency request from South Carolina to stay a temporary order by the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. That ruling, as described by left-wing SCOTUSblog, “requires a South Carolina school district to allow a transgender student to use the boys’ bathroom while the teen’s challenge to a state law that requires students to use the bathrooms that correspond to their biological sex” continues to make its way through the courts.
A public school teacher has been suspended after allegedly showing a video of Charlie Kirk’s assassination to students as young as 10 in his class, authorities in Canada said.
The teacher also suggested that Kirk deserved to be killed, and gave the young students a speech about anti-fascism and transgender issues, according to a report.

Finding Kirk’s assassin might prove easier than defeating the left. It’s difficult to rout an enemy who is suffering from a psychological problem.
That problem is narcissism. Narcissism is not self-love, but the opposite. The narcissist is not full of ego. He has no sense of self. The California legislature passed a bill last week that would provide reparations to descendants of slaves in the form of college admissions — despite Proposition 209, which forbids the use of race in college admissions.
The bill, AB 7, provides that California State University, the University of California, independent institutions of higher education … and private postsecondary educational institutions … may consider providing a preference in admissions to an applicant who is a descendant of slavery.” It applies to anyone “who can establish direct lineage to a person who, before 1900, was subjected to American chattel slavery.”
