Far-left MSNBC released a pathetic apology on Wednesday night after its network’s senior political analyst, Matthew Dowd, said that Charlie Kirk’s “hate” was responsible for his own shooting.
Appearing on MSNBC’s afternoon program, anchor Katy Tur said, “Matthew, I’m going to bring you in on this. Talk to me about the environment. You know, we are, there are reports of exactly what happened are not confirmed yet. But talk to me about the environment in which a shooting like this happens.”
First, the hate-filled Dowd trolled Kirk’s loved ones and supporters by being deliberately absurd with the suggestion that Kirk might have been shot by one of his own supporters

Political analyst Matthew Dowd has been fired from MSNBC after his comments about the death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, according to a network source.
During MSNBC’s coverage of Kirk’s shooting, anchor Katy Tur asked Dowd about “the environment in which a shooting like this happens.” Dowd responded with the following about Kirk: “He’s been one of the most divisive, especially divisive younger figures in this, who is constantly sort of pushing this sort of hate speech or sort of aimed at certain groups. And I always go back to, hateful thoughts lead to hateful words, which then lead to hateful actions. And I think

The president spoke from the Oval Office as he criticized the 'demonization' of political opponents during a four-minute video posted to his Truth Social account. 'To my great fellow Americans, I am filled with grief and anger at the heinous assassination of Charlie Kirk on a college campus in Utah. Charlie inspired millions and tonight, all who knew him and loved him are united in shock and horror,' the president said.

The House of Representatives burst into chaos as Speaker Mike Johnson attempted to lead a prayer for Charlie Kirk after he was assassinated in Utah on Wednesday. Father-of-two Kirk, 31, the founder of Turning Point USA, a conservative youth organization that regularly holds events on college campuses nationwide, was shot in the neck at an event at Utah Valley University in Orem and died about two and half hours later. His assassination not only devastated many members of Congress who knew the activist personally, but unleashed sadness, confusion and anger among lawmakers in the Capitol on both sides of the political spectrum.

Former Vice President Kamala Harris says in her new memoir that Democrats’ decision to allow then-President Biden to decide whether he would run for reelection was driven by “recklessness.”
“‘It’s Joe and Jill’s decision.’ We all said that, like a mantra, as if we’d all been hypnotized,” Harris writes in a newly-released excerpt of her upcoming book on her unsuccessful presidential bid, 107 Days.
“Was it grace, or was it recklessness? In retrospect, I think it was recklessness,” she adds in the excerpt published by The Atlantic. “The stakes were simply too high. This wasn’t a choice that should have been left to an individual’s ego, an individual’s ambition.

If you’re not familiar with the story of Iryna Zarutska, she was a beautiful 23 year-old Ukrainian refugee.
She and her family moved to Charlotte, North Carolina to escape the war.
Iryna took a light rail train one night in August after working her job at a local pizzeria. She sat down in the row in front of a man who had been arrested 14 times before and was, according to his own mother, violently schizophrenic. The video of her murder (not embeddable) is here.

Get ready for more Zohran Mamdani-like candidates -- avowed socialists -- to soar to popularity across New York state and the rest of the U.S.
We the public have ceded control of education to the far left. The result is a curriculum that never mentions the brutal consequences of socialist experiments in Eastern Europe, Latin America and elsewhere, and instead brainwashes students with a fairytale definition of "socialism" devoid of any historical context.
Of course young New York voters are troubled by the unaffordability of the city. But that alone does not explain the appeal of Mamdani's socialist promise. Numerous polls show socialism is gaining traction among younger voters. They're being brainwashed

For the past half century, California has been the driving force in American technology, culture and political development. After all, it was Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan who led the last great resurgence on the Right from the state, and Governor Jerry “Moonbeam” Brown who largely created the green-oriented, high-tech progressive underpinnings of the Clinton and Obama regimes, even if he never reached the presidency himself. Today, history may be repeating itself, but in a way that – to paraphrase Mark Twain – no longer rhymes. Under Nixon, Reagan and Brown, the California connection was a golden one; California was the epitome of American success, the dream cubed.

In the last few days, the horrific stabbing death of Iryna Zarutska by oft-arrested offender Decarlos Brown Jr. on a Charlotte, NC, commuter train finally broke into the national conversation.
National media — aside from this newspaper — studiously ignored the heinous Aug. 22 attack, while Wikipedia’s editors did their best to airbrush it.
Why? Because they run interference for Democrats, and the story is political nitroglycerine. Not only did this brutal murder of a white woman by a black man turn the Democrats’ racial narrative on its head, it underscored and boosted President Trump’s messaging on urban crime.

While the mainstream suggests the airstrikes “infuriated” Trump, I suspect that Israel obviously acted in coordination with the White House. For years, the Democrats have maintained their goal to take away freedom of choice on health care, wanting government health care for all. The misnamed “Affordable Care Act” took away freedom of choice, forcing everyone to buy a Rolls Royce policy, which obviously made premiums skyrocket.
Democrats continually lied, saying that if you liked your plan and doctor you could keep them, and they intentionally lied when they said Obamacare would substantially lower premiums. What a joke!
The bill had thousands of pages of regulations, and took away lifetime and annual limits, which meant small- and medium-sized companies couldn’t afford the risk, leaving large companies with a captive audience.

Iryna Zarutska’s murder on Charlotte’s Lynx Blue Line light rail was not a “tragic situation.” She fled a war zone only to be cut down on a Charlotte train—a victim of a city government derailed by ideology and the lure of federal transit dollars instead of delivering law and order.
And now her death has become something even more damning: the crime America’s national press corps chose to bury.
Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles responded to the killing with platitudes about “mental health” and “homelessness,” calling it a “tragic situation” and warning that “we will never arrest our way out” of such problems.

Documents have come to light that suggest Biden pardoned thousands, some of whom were violent criminals and most of whom had no apparent grounds for clemency, because he was being criticized for pardoning his degenerate partner in crime, his son Hunter. So he “flooded the zone” with thousands of names that no reporter had the time–or more important, the inclination–to track down. If Americans were asked to vote right now on whether the Federal Reserve should continue existing, the central bank might have a tough time staying in business. Why? Voters overwhelmingly think interest rates and prices are too high and that the Fed is not doing enough to bring them down, as the latest I&I/TIPP Poll shows.
There’s no question that average Americans are keenly awaiting a cut in interest rates. And that anticipation no doubt grew last Friday after the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported a meager 22,000 jobs created in August, with unemployment hitting 4.3%, its highest point since October 2021.

Under Joe Biden, or whoever was running the country between 2021 and 2024, over 470,000 unaccompanied migrant children waltzed into the country. Many of these kids promptly vanished into a bureaucratic black hole. Since then, in a move both heroic and horrifyingly necessary, the Trump administration has located over 22,000 of these kids, arrested 400 traffickers, and uncovered the grim reality that 27 children met tragic ends through murder, overdose, or suicide. Yes, Epstein’s operation was a master class in depravity, but Biden’s border policies might just take the cake, and it’s a moldy, taxpayer-funded one at that.

At long last, the guardians of traditional finance have admitted the obvious: the future of securities lies on-chain. Nasdaq’s application to the SEC to list and trade tokenized U.S. stocks and exchange-traded products is not a gimmick. It is the most significant step Wall Street has taken toward legitimizing the digital infrastructure that crypto builders have been perfecting for over a decade. For years, tokenization was dismissed as a fever dream of crypto maximalists. Now the world’s second-largest exchange wants in.
Nasdaq’s plan is deliberately cautious. Tokenized securities will carry the same CUSIPs, the same voting rights, and the same dividend streams as their paper-era counterparts.

Last month marked the collapse of China’s Evergrande, once the world’s most indebted developer with $300 billion in liabilities. The real estate sector remains a debt bubble, fueled by roughly $695 billion in new government-approved loans.
While the property crisis has been widely reported, the broader scale of China’s debt problem is less understood. Official figures show that public and private debt combined already exceed 309% of GDP, yet even this number understates the true scope. When other sources of leverage are factored in, such as margin trading, shadow banking through wealth management products, and off-balance-sheet local government borrowing, China’s total debt burden climbs to at least 400 percent of GDP.

Since then, I have obtained the current active Order for Arrest for fugitive Nikia Monique Thompson, daughter of New York Attorney General Letitia James’s niece. According to the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction, Thompson remains a wanted “Absconder” (offender number 0898340), with law enforcement actively searching for her.
