Federal Charges Brought in Brutal Murder of Iryna Zarutska
Against the judges that let him out?
Against the mayor who wants you to understand his pain?
Or, do the feds want their turn
to put him back on the street
14 times, too?

Charges should be brought against 'judges' who let him free to wander the streets. Otherwise it's closing the barn door after the horse is stolen.

I am thinking that federal charges mean he could get the death penalty he so rightfully deserves . Insane or not this person is not fit to live even amongst other prisoners.
His statement after the murder, I got that white girl is testament to the hate this person has.

Nothing I've ever seen is more sickening than the wanton murder of this young woman from Ukraine. DEI DEI DIE. I'm sick of this. Also, no one on that train who witnessed the murder did a damned thing. They just sat there. If a legally armed civilian had been there, could he (or she) have shot the prep before he had stabbed his victim to death? Maybe not in time to prevent the murder, but possibly in time to kill the perp on the spot. The perp should received a 9mm lobotomy.

This judge was appointed not elected. I ask is there something legal where she can be impeached. I think she is culpable in this brutal crime for allowing this criminal back on the street. He has at least 14 charges for various crimes as shown by 14 mug shots and probably has committed more crimes that he got away with. There is no way this judge is competent to represent the citizens in a court of law. The legal system needs reforming as the police do their job arresting criminals and the courts allow them back on the streets and this is one violent example of the consequence.

These continuous murders repeatedly perpetuated by homicidal and very violent Black criminals across the USA, who are actually being protected by the leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrats in the Democrat politically run inner cities, are being reported and shown throughout the world by the international media, that makes the USA look like a crime ridden country, and especially the majority of the US Black population that is actually law abiding, to be the dregs of the earth, to be avoided at all costs.

In the full video you can see there was a group of young white men further down the car and I'm not sure if they knew what happened. It looks like those train car passengers in Charlotte segregate themselves. If the young women had went to the right and sat down by the white people rather than sit where all the blacks were sitting it may have saved her life. But I actually think that monster spotted her and would have been evil enough to go to wherever she sat to get at her. After killing her he walked around the car bleeding and saying I got that white girl so she may have been doomed the minute she walked in. From what I can see in the video she was the only white female in that train car.

If a federal student loan makes that student's school subject to federal supervision, then a transit system built with federal money should make crimes committed on that system subject to federal prosecution.

The so-called judge who let him go was an admitted DEI hire who doesn’t even have a law degree. Did they find her out in the hood somewhere? Our judicial system is a joke. People are being killed due to their utter corruption and stupidity.

Vigilante/frontier justice needs to make a comeback. The criminal justice system is broken beyond repair and civilization is suffering as a result.
Find them on the streeets or forcibly remove them from the jails, and kill them. If judges get in the way...

In the Old West, a man (or woman) caught doing that to an innocent girl would have been shot DEAD and quickly. Justice delayed is justice denied.
Did I miss it in article? I know he was released initially when local police picked him up. Federal charges, I assume, he will be or already has been arrested again and jailed?

no caro has shown itself to be less than useless-on a regular basis. toxic waste human torpedos
have been in use by crooked gov'ts since rome's bread and circuses, now drug mules and vote fraud.
they want to drown pdt in horror-not success. this ensures there's no time or energy to fight the state's well-deserved reputation for malfeasance and evil.

Re #5, One passenger almost immediately began pressing an article of clothing against the victim's wound in an attempt to stop or slow the bleeding (only one of several articles I read reported this.) Also several passengers called 911.

sorry-forgot to remember: Mecklenburg County [released DeCarlos Brown all those 14 times]
....yet they received a cool $3.3 million from leftist NGO MacArthur Foundation to reduce its
jail population ...meaning, its black and hispanic inmate population.
